There was a snow storm and checkout was at 11 and no one was smart enough to have the parking lot plowed and I had to shovel myself out of the parking lot while the guy just sat at the door and watched me. And I ended up scratching up the side of my car trying to get out. Common sense isn’t so common anymore.

Old and door did not work

The sheets was dirty, I requested for new sheets and they had stains on them, one of the lights didnt work and the jacuzzi had stains in it, the staff called before checkout saying it was ready to check out I FELT AS THOUGH THAT WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! my partner woke up with a bomb on his neck that was so red.

Room was not clean. Had order. Refrigerator door was rusty and A/C wasn't properly marked. Also towels were very old and had holes. No coffee pot. Toilet paper rolls we not wrapped.

I really like staying there was peaceful not a lot of noise I think my only complaint is that I paid for a king size bed when we got there the room was clean it was nice but the TV didn't work. Instead of upgrading us to a nicer room because of the TV not working we had to move two different room we moved to a smaller room with a smaller bed I would have liked an upgrade to be honest but other than that everything was great the staff was super friendly. The rooms were very clean the bathroom was nice and that's rare in hotels like this I did enjoy my stay though but as I said before my only problem would have been not getting an upgrade and actually ge.tting downgraded to a smaller room

The stay was okay , the key card to open the door didn’t work , they gave us the wrong room when we arrived . They gave us a ten size basic room instead of a king size which needed to be fixed immediately. It was but with an attitude and was lied to saying it wasn’t available even though have the hotel was empty wouldn’t recommend.

This place was a certified dump. Shower nasty. No garbage can. Very bad odor. Microwave was cracked. Refrigerator did not get cold. Never staying in this dump again.

Love staying here.. we got the jetted tub which was so nice. Staff is always very accomidating. Just a short ride to ac. Bus runs all night and picks up close to the hotel which is nice if you want to go to ac and not worry about driving. Will definitely book here again.

The room was as expected, needs lots of updating, the bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was nice.

Un pésimo servicio, las habitaciones desagradables, las camas tenían manchas desagradables, había cucarachas y otro tipo de insectos, afuera de las habitaciones había demasiado suciedad por todo el lugar. De ningún modo recomendaría este lugar es una pérdida de dinero.

We checked in and front office was disgusting. I went to room and it smelled awful, carpet was dirty and stained everywhere, and bathroom mirror dirty. I turned around and walked right out. I went to front office and told him about snell and uncleanliness of room and turned my key in. We drove 6 hours home rather than stay in that dumpy motel.

I like the price. I didn't like the dirty bedding.

It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't have bed bugs

The outside looks nice, to draw you in. ONlY thing was Bed was clean and fairly comfortable. But the room was filthy. rug sticky, toilet looks like not cleaned. dirty liquid running down side of microwave. Base boards filthy. Cigarette burns on side of tub. Dirt stains running down walls in bathroom. Sink bowl and faucet filthy. Both mirrors look like they were cleaned with white substance. The more you looked the more dirt filth was found. If I could have we would have left but had no where else to go, only stayed 1 night. Room was on ground floor. Room located on the right, next to ice machine. How this had 6 stars ?? maybe past guests were blind and no sense of smell. Never again, I would sleep in my car & I am a senior citizen. PIG STY would be cleaner. Pigs actually don't like dirty they lay in mud because it is cooler.

Our room was dirty walls, stain everywhere they should remove carpet the thing smells and also they said not smoking room and when entrance terrible cigarette smell!

Looked like a transient hotel. Not the most comfortable or kept property. Comfy beds are the most about this ppace

Easy check in and clean room with comfy beds. New linens and shower curtain so it felt nice and fresh

This place needs to be upgraded asap! The building has great potential for good business but needs proper investments. The furniture is old & outdated. The rooms needs paint jobs. It’s bad that the owners can’t invest in good comforts

My experience was horrible. First off I was trying to contac the property to cancel one of my nights. Trying to contact this property was a nightmare. I received conflicting emails about my refund. The room was musty and smelled. When I went tonturn the air down a foul smell was emitted f3om the system that made me gag. I had a friend with me and was totally embarressed about the condition of the room. He opted to sleep in the car. The carpet was not clean and there was only 1 wash cloth and hand towel. I felt like that stay was a waste of money. I will not be returning.

Great room clean cool staff

Booked for Non Smoking room after check-in found they alloted Smoking room only. Called property and get to know no other room available. Also room was full of insects flying around. After couple of insect bites decided to move out.

The staff was very helpful. I have a service dog and they were more than happy to oblige.

Always friendly staff and very accomidating. Highly recommend

There are a lot of properties you can stay in around the area that are cheaper and way nicer than this facility. All the furniture was old, stains and smells in the bathroom, hotel itself is next to an abandoned gas station and old warehouse. Really not a nice place to stay. Not worth the price.

I have stayed at over 15 other properties. This one is far nicer. Everything is clean and the location is great for easy access to the Garden State and the Borgata. It's the best place outside of a casino that I have found.
