It was a nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a nice view. I didn’t really like having to park in the parking garage across the street because the elevators don’t work after 5 PM and I had to walk down five flights of stairs. There wasn’t a way to get back except going up the same stairs and That didn’t really feel safe. Since they don’t have parking for their hotel guests, I don’t think they should charge over three times as much as the parking garage for valet. The restaurant was just okay. We didn’t like it and regretted eating there. Way overpriced for mediocre food. Overall, I would say stay here if you just want a nice place to sleep and especially if you don’t have a car with you. But if you do have a car, be prepared to park in a creepy parking garage, walk down several flights of stairs alone, and Cross the street to get to the hotel. That part wasn’t so fun. Or, you can pay an arm and leg to valet park. I think they should address this.

As usual the stay at the Colcord was outstanding. The staff was welcoming starting from the valet guys opening the door as we arrived. The check in was quick and the room was perfect. We ate right there at the hotel at the Flint and it was great. The hotel is just a few blocks walk to Bricktown so we enjoyed walking around and hitting a few spots to enjoy adult beverages. We ended the evening at the Flint Bar to watch the end of the Thunder game. Great night and great one night get-away from the rigors of work.

This hotel was gorgeous when you walk in, and the service was top-notch! They even have a Mercedes car that you can be driven and in if you have a destination within a few miles which was really helpful. Anthony was great and drove us to dinner, our event, and back home when we stayed on a really cold night. Everyone was super friendly from check-in to valet and this place is a must stay! Their bathroom toiletries were L'ocitane which shows their attention to detail.

Great location in the city, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful and has lots of character and amazing original artwork. Our room on the 12th floor was a nice size and the bathroom was very large, the water pressure was wonderful and the soap, shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful. The sheets were a very good quality and were great to sleep on, the mattress wasn’t great but we still slept well. The restaurant Flint in the foyer was okay, decent servings, the service was great and there was a good selection of food and a lovely fire in the back.

Absolutely loved staying at the Colcord. Great service, clean, really spacious rooms with nice shower products, Nespresso in the room was great, and very pet friendly (with the gorgeous botanical gardens across the street for a nice walk). This is our new go-to for staying in OKC!

Everything was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was unfailingly polite and helpful, and the location was exactly what I wanted: within walking distance to the Museum of Art, the bombing memorial, several good coffee shops and restaurants, and across the street from OKC’s spectacular botanical gardens.

We love Hilton's Curio collection. The historic beauty of the buildings are amazing and the rooms are like no other. Each location we have been to has their own unique qualities and the Colcord was no exception. Beautiful, clean, and better than a typical hotel room. The beds are extremely comfortable,and the pillows are so soft. The view we had was amazing and was a corner room. The shower was a bit tricky but otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Hotel is in a gorgeous historic building from 1910 in a very convenient spot in dowtown OKC right across the street from the street tram line and the Myriad Gardens. We stayed in a Deluxe King, which had a very nice sitting area, and was overall well outfitted and equipped with good quality linens, a mini fridge tucked away inside the dresser, and a Nespresso machine. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable, and the windows feature shades as well as blackout curtains, so the room got nice and dark. Unfortunately, the double paned windows were a little murky, so our view of downtown was hazy (though I don't see how the hotel could clean in between the panes without completely taking the windows apart). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we opted out of valet parking in favor of the $10/day paid public self-parking garage (Century Center) across the street. As all our plans were nearby for the whole weekend, we were able to park the car, and walk or take the OKC Streetcar wherever we wanted. We visited the OKC Museum of Art, the Film Row area, and various destinations around the Business District. We had a great time, and were always happy to return to rest in our beautiful, nice room.

My wife and I stayed one night just to get away from the Kids for a bit. Wish we would have stayed somewhere else. The bed was terrible, killed my back and my wife's hips. Where not old in our 30s and in good shape. The toilet had a bad water hammer effect when you flush it and will wake the dead (Room 411). The sounds outside from the street are so loud from people racing up and down the road (not the hotels fault but if you want to sleep its bad). They still haven't refunded the $30 dollars from our meal credit they never used. The best part was the ability to walk to places to eat or drink. So all in all I give this place a 2.5 out of 4 stars.

We came to town for a wedding and the Colcord was just down the block from where the wedding was being held so it was very convenient. Our daughter and son in law live in OKC and I’ve always wanted to stay here. The hotel is an historic building and it is stunning to look at. The room we booked had some issues when we arrived and we went down to let the front desk know and were immediately upgraded to a bigger room with a view of the park & the Devon tower(which is next door). Rooms and absolutely beautiful and are fully renovated. The only issue we had was the mattress on the bed, which I believe is a memory foam. I was able to sleep but my husband(who needs a firm mattress) could not sleep at all. He actually tried sleeping on the couch or even the floor but could not find a comfortable spot. I would stay here again for sure but I don’t think my husband will again just based in the bed.

The Colcord has always been my favorite OKC hotel but the condition and service has deteriorated. We ordered breakfast for room service and the food was overcooked and tastes horrible, were given no coffee cups for pot of coffee. The beds are broken down, uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The in room snack bar needs to be replaced more often. I had the snicker bar when we arrived back after a night out and it was stale and inedible. The level of comfort and service I’m used to is just not there.

Great location in the city, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful and has lots of character and amazing original artwork. Very misleading website. This is not a 4 star hotel. You will not get slippers, streaming, fitted sheets, alexa, or a well trained front desk staff. They do not reply to “contact us” from their website. You try to advise them you have no fitted sheet, a mattress protector with holes in it and robes with holes in it and instead of fixing these things, they will offer to send a bottle of wine to your room (even though you tell them you don’t want one). Per the waitress down the street at an excellent restaurant, she wasn’t surprised as all the “good” people left Colcord. I could go on, but I’m tired of typing. Don’t waste your money or time on this place. They also seem to have some sort of issue with Expedia reservations as they made comments about Expedia twice. Unfortunate because this place could be great.

The hotel its self was very nice, the lobby and rooms were clean and elegantly decorated. Staff was mostly friendly and welcoming with the exception of Hailey who was less than cordial at check in and failed to provide even the worst level of service by providing none instead. We had chosen to valet park and I had accidentally left a small paper bag in our vehicle. I called down to request it be brought to the front desk as we didn’t know where the cars were stored. Hailey offered to deliver it to the room, I said if for some reason that is too much of hassle let me know I am happy to come down and retrieve it. Hailey said give her just a bit and she would call our room. When 5 hours went by I went down to the desk to ask for the bag a second time,Hailey stated oh gosh I forgot wait just a moment she went out to valet service to ask for and said it will be here in a few mins. I waited then had to return to our room. I waited an hour then went back down to get it and it was never brought. At this time there was new staff at the front desk who offered to personally retrieve it right then. I requested the car be brought for user so there was no need at that time. Other than that it was a more than pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and plan to visit again soon. I hope on a shift that isn’t dependent on Hailey for service.

All but two of the staff acted like we were a total inconvenience and kept repeatedly asking when we would be checking out starting the night we we got there. It was generally just weird and half the time there was a hostile vibe like they acted like we didn’t belong there and I tried to be optimistic and give the benefit of the doubt that it was just them having a bad day but it continued to the point where it kinda ruined part of our trip and I won’t be going back.

Check-in and check-out were easy. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Light rail has a stop outside the front door. The location in downtown Oklahoma City puts it close to Paycom Center sports arena, Myriad Gardens, and other downtown attractions. The building is QUIET. No street noise at all, no noise from other patrons. We thought we may have been the only people on our floor at times.

Perfect location as I was in town to attend an OKC game. The botanical gardens are right across the street and they were just beautiful. The room size is large. I loved the decor and the overall vibe of the hotel. It was decorated for Christmas, which was lovely. I ate at the hotel for brunch and lunch. I also had room service after the OKC game. The food was wonderful. The room service was prompt. I loved that the room had a mini bar and snacks in the event that they would be needed. I also really liked the coffee machine. The price was so incredibly reasonable. If I am ever back in Oklahoma, I will stay here again and again.

Was very disappointed in the bar. We wanted to have drinks and light dinner before the Thunder game. They did not have one Mexican beer.(modelo is the number on beer in USA). I can understand if you were at a brewery not having it. We left and walked down to the First National BLDG and had dinner and drinks. I think who is charge of ordering beer needs to check the inventory before Friday night and Thunder game.
