You don’t even get access to the pool, despite them using it in their pictures. They don’t offer any help with check in, it’s really backward. The key was difficult to locate and just in an unlocked postbox. The room was a mess with sticky stuff all over the floor. And to top it off there’s no working air con, roadworks outside, and no sound proofing. Avoid at all costs. No luggage storage either. Whoever manned the WhatsApp kept deleting messages too. They said I can’t use the pool and when I complained to hotel.com they delete their message. Avoid at all costs!

The staff is always helpful and the rooms are always clean with fresh towels daily. The pool is also nice

The room was exactly, modern, and clean, with great facilities, housekeeping every few days, and a great base for the city and the markets. The building was secure, with card entry only with friendly security, a great pool, and a gym

My husband and I, along with our family, had a wonderful vacation. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, from the kitchen to the washing machine. One of the highlights was the pool with a stunning view of the Saigon River. Watching the sunset from there was simply amazing. Our kids and grandkids absolutely loved the space. The location is also a big plus—very close to the city center, Ben Thanh Market, and the Fine Arts Museum. The staff here were attentive, especially the owner and manager, who were incredibly kind and always quick to help. If you're looking for a great place for your family, this is the perfect choice.

We were very disappointed with our stay at D1Mension Residences. The photos on the booking website did not reflect the apartment we received. Ours was on the 3rd floor with a view of a construction site and a dirty alley. We traveled with our two children (4 and 7 years old) who were excited about the pool, but it was not accessible to non-residents — something that was never clearly stated. The host was unresponsive to my messages and only answered when my Vietnamese friend called directly. They even falsely claimed to Hotels.com that someone came to help us access the pool, which never happened. They had our contact details but never tried to reach us. The apartment itself was average and certainly not worth what we paid. There were very few towels, and they were small and low quality. Worst of all, the stay was far from relaxing. Most online reviews are suspiciously positive and all say the same things — I seriously question their authenticity. We decided to leave after two nights and moved to a much better hotel where we are finally enjoying our vacation with attentive staff and a peaceful atmosphere. I would not recommend this property, especially for families expecting a smooth and restful experience.

Loved everything about this hotel. Clean, quiet, and comfortable

I am a pretty picky traveler about cleanliness but what surprised me here was that it looked extremely clean, there seemed to be no shortage here. It was great.

Super spacious, clean, and had everything we needed — toiletries, cooking utensils, etc.

The apartment was beautiful and the attentive service made our stay comfortable.

The host was very detailed in explaining how to retrieve the keys to the apartment as well as how to gain access to the building. She was also very easy to communicate with and available to answer questions. The apartment was very spacious as well.

Decided last minute to book a vacation to Vietnam, booked the hotel and flight only to find out a few hours later that our VISA would not be approved in time. After only a few hours, we reached out to the hotel to see if we could get a refund, or at least a partial refund as we where not going to be able to visit Vietnam this time around. At first we called the hotel that asked us to send an email as it was night time and they dont want to speak on the phone during night time? I found that very alarming, is the reception located next to the rooms!? Anyway, he gave me an email address to send to, which was a strange gmail address that did not even work!? Long story short, the hotel management stopped replying to our phonecalls and whatsapp messages. Notabene, the hotel has a few different names listed on Hotels.com, therefore while we where looking at the options, we confused some of their offers and booked a non-refundable option (our bad, yes, but while looking at multiple different selections they offered, this was not on most of them. We therefore missed that this option was non refundable) As explained to the hotel contact, we did not demand a refund, only asked for it as we only held the booking for a couple of hours and given the scenario, we where not going to make it to Vietnam at all. My frustration is mainly regarding the hotel staff attitude, the fact that they just stopped answering, without even informing us of their decision implies dishonesty, Be careful!

I was never able to check in and had to make other arrangements. Your website listing said staff would be available for check in. There was no staff. We never stayed here. Your website AI chat was useless in resolving the issue. I could not get a live agent.

Căn hộ này thật sự vượt ngoài mong đợi. Rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và có đầy đủ vật dụng cần thiết. Wifi mạnh, rất tiện cho làm việc từ xa. Vị trí ngay gần trung tâm nên đi lại rất thuận tiện.

Great location, spacious and very convenient. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 young kids. The location is very central so easy to walk to the main sites and also two malls in very close proximity. The hotel & residences is itself part of a plaza block which has restaurants, ATMs, starbucks, bar, convenience store making it very convenient. The staff were very courteous and speak good english too. Room was very clean and spacious, included washing machine and ironing board.Overall, highly recommended.

I appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was while still being close to many lively spots and attractions within walking distance.

깨끗한 객실, 친절한 직원, 사방이 다 보이는 멋진 뷰! 아침식사도 풍성하고, 가격도 저렴해서 대만족! 다만, 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 화장실의 샤워기가 조금 낮은 듯한 느낌이었어요.
