Hotel in good location with a nice and newly renovated lobby. Other than that, everything is quite dated. The rooms have an old carpet and are pretty sad looking, like the bathroom itself with shower curtains. Definitely needs refurbishing!

This place is happy being so mid and it’s aggravating. Garbages overflowing, rooms not remade within reasonable time periods. It’s a bad hotel dressed up as a good one. I have no words. I’ve stayed everywhere in Providence and if the Omni invested in itself it should and could be the spot. But the rooms there are worse than the raddisson. The Biltmore is probably your best bet if you want a solid hotel.

I was very disappointed with the bed. I ordered a King size and I believe we had a full size. I meant to say something. But we had a busy schedule.
