Rude service denied my service dog then put me upstairs and i cant do stairs i am disabled then didn't even stay there and still got charged for the room

They will NOT Let Service Animals Stay There. And Would Not Refund Prepaid to Orbitz Bad Place

Didn't get to stay information said dogs and cats welcome, got there and was told no pets allowed

The rooms are clean it's a very quiet place water for showers get hot they have swimming pool store is close

After asking several times to get access to the pool and the front desk promising they would unlock it we were finally able to get in after 1pm. The pool was not clean. They had only a little toilet paper in the room and no spares and had to ask the front desk for more. Very little food In breakfast. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels over the years and this was definitely one of the worst.

I am a frequent traveler for business and leisure. I like the place because I found the room with clean bed and coffie maker, easy parking, well priced, friendly staffs and light breakfast. Thank you

I showed up to the property to check in with my service dog and was told because I wouldn’t show her Id card I could not check in and would not receive a refund And I had already paid for a whole week stay I wasn’t sure what to do I used all the money I had to book my room this wa a horrible experience for me and my service dog

The room was it really cleaned well as both a penny and a dime on the floor, as well as few stray hairs in the shower proved. The in room coffee maker leaked as fast as I put the water in. The breakfast was toast and some convenience store pastries. But I slept well, the price was very reasonable, and my car was still there in the morning. So, I would actually stay there again. But I have low expectations of cheap rooms.

NASTY. First you go to check in you need a CASH deposit of $20. You have to sign 4 papers, and a receipt book to do you can get your $20s back. The only way to get that back, is the day of departure at 10AM. No pets, visitors, no smoking. I understand that to a point. But this is NOT a five star hotel. Room was dirty, moldy, dusty. Towels looked like rags, food under the bed. The tub was disgusting. The room smelt. Pool was green with algae. Went to check out. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to inspect the room before giving my $20 cash back. I only needed it for the night. Was a a concert from 5pm-1AM. If this was the only hotel available next time, I’ll sleep in my car.

The room I was assigned did not face the parking area. I did not like that I couldn't see my vehicle. Pleasantly surprised each morning when I saw I had no broken windows and my vehicle was still in the parking lot. Room appeared clean, however the floor was slick, like they used a dirty mop to clean the floor. I could have spent a day in this room alone fixing minor issues that appeared to be neglected, i.e. the faucet was not mounted properly to the sink. Breakfast ended at 9 AM. Why? I will not be booking at this hotel again.

The room had not been cleaned. The floor was not vacuumed, the counters were dirty, and there was dried toothpaste in the sink that someone had spit. The beds were falling apart, there were stains on the sheets and blankets. My son said that one of the two towels had what looked like vomit stains on it. It was so bad we checked out a night early and lost the money we had paid for the second night.

Floors appear to have not been cleaned in... Some time. Crumbs and even crumpled up papers around, tons of hair and stickiness in the bathroom. Bathroom surfaces appeared to have had a basic wipe down, and the sheets were changed. But the room was in desperate need of a deep clean. Every nook and cranny was almost shockingly grimy (and my standards for clean are not high, folks, I often stay in hostels). This was dirty enough that I checked for bed bugs. I didn't find bed bugs, but the sheets and towels were all covered in orange and brown stains (like... At least use some bleach? Everything was white), and I did find a hairy-looking bug hanging out between the mattress and box spring. Probably enjoying the feast of crumbs and hair there. Shower was moldy. Bathroom door was hanging on by one hinge, and the handle appeared to be taped on. When we got to the room the temperature was set to 61 degrees? I was genuinely shocked that the place was in such disrepair and so dirty.

The floor was coming up, the curtains were stained, the comforter was full of burn holes though it was a non smoking room. The toilet was lose from the floor which allowed water and poop to run across bathroom floor. But yet they charge a $20 deposit like you could actually mess up something more. I won’t stay again. They also advertise breakfast which was coffee and a pop tart.

The 1st room wasnt cleaned. The second room was not in decent condition, either. We asked for extra towels and another blanket (the 1st one had holes in it) but we never received anything. The rooms phone was just decoration because the phone lines were missing.

There was mold on the curtains, sticky substances on the comforter and the carpets. Bugs including a roach carwling around. The door had a used klenex stuck to it. The dresser didnt have any bottoms to the drawers. It was absolutely filthy. We left and got a new gotel and just ate the costs.

It was DIrty & outdated!Pillows were flat & wore out.Keep your shoes on or your feet will stick to the carpet!!SO disappointing!Put some money into your business!

The room had holes in the wall. The blanket had a huge tear, and the some of the electricals looked unsafe to use.

I had a smoking room- my room was dirty, the room door was opened when I arrived. There were burn holes in the linens. Grease and food stains on the furniture. Burn holes on the lounge chair. The security lock was missing from the wall. The towels were ratty. Never Again!

It’s okay for a one night stay but the facility itself was dirty, AC unit didn’t work at all and had dirt in the vents and I mean a lot. It had hot water in the shower but it had no pressure and felt like the head would fall off if I touched it

ROOM HAD HOLES ALL OVER COVER I UNDERSTAND I REQUESTED SMOKING BUT IT REALLY SMELLED BAD THE MATRESS WERE NOT COMFORTABLE TV WASNT WORKING BECAUSE THE REMOTE WAS OUT OF BATTERIES OR NOT A MATCH TO TV.

I have stayed here several times and generally I have been satisfied with their rooms. I regret to have to say that on my last stay it seemed like they gave me the worst room they had. The box spring was broken and the headboard frame was loose and would slap againts the wall every time i turned over in the bed. The heater didnt heat very well being cold on a night that we were in the 30's outside. It was on the first floor and the alarm of the car that was parked in front of the room lwould go off about every hour. It was a terrible experience.

I like the fact that process to register was quick. The room has the necessary; microwave, coffee maker, a decent bed, WiFi and ironing board. The hotel doesn’t look great or safe from outside, but nothing happened while I was there. If luxury is important to you, the price is fare for what you get.

when i went to checkin seemed that the employee didn't really know what he was doing. Which is fine i just needed a room for the night and was not expecting a 'nice' hotel. However checkin took about 20 minutes. Other than that the room was questionable, tv didn't work, neither did wifi.

I did not like when I came to get my key I had to do everything I did online that’s the whole purpose of me doing online less talking signing paper I have never had to do that at another hotel I have went to and I feel like staff had a attitude while checking me in and wasn’t paying attention to when I said I got a room by myself and only me was going to be in the room

Well when I first got here I was fully expecting to get my room and them my confirmation but when I got here.... they not only did not have a room. they charged me an additional $20 deposit I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes for them to find the room not even booking the room that I reserved. I got another room so yes I am disappointed I would never recommend Super 8 West Fort Worth to anyone the service sucks

Was warmly greeted by the staff and the three night stay was comfortable and quiet.

i checked in a little late. i was there for a couples get away. i booked a king size room .. i accidently book a smoking room. that was not a problem. when i went to check in the guy seemed to be upset b/c the room was booked in a smokers room. he asked if i smoked i said no. he said next time check in earlier . i apologized. he made me feel like i did something wrong. i said im sorry i didnt pay attention. he said yeah right. like he was upset. he said since i came late around 9:30 pm. we both worked late . they didnt have my room. that he had to :upgrade" me with a room with a double bed. also he stated that i had to change my room the next day. next day i called the front desk to find out what was going on. he said take your stuff , i said i have something to do i will be back in a couple hours. we left had to come back after 3 pm to make sure the room was ready.. we wanted to relax. i go to the office ro get the new room key, he seemed upset still. he said this room is a smoking room . i said ok you told me yesterday. then he asked you are checking out tomorrow i said YES!!!.. he made me feel so unwelcomed and like i had to rush to leave the next day.. the rooms look nothing like the pictures .

The pictures online are deceiving and look nothing like the actual external condition of the property or the lobby. People should know where they are staying when they book the room. The employees don’t like when you ask for anything that should be included, such as towels. We were given two towels for 4 people to use over 3 days. It felt like no maintenance is performed because the toilet lid was missing, the lamp shades were torn up, the bathroom door didn’t lock, and housekeeping did not come by and empty trash or anything the three days we were there. The beds do not come made with more than a simple sheet and the comforter (which is not washed). I’ve never seen such tiny pillows in a hotel room. It’s like using nothing at all. There’s just no feeling of hospitality. We were made to feel like an inconvenience staying here and it is in an area where we felt unsafe. For breakfast there was toast and store bought pastries you usually get from vending machines. I didn’t read reviews before booking through Expedia and I regret it, but reading through the previous reviews, this appears to be an improvement compared to how it used to be. I can’t imagine it being worse.

They make a HUGE deal about the deposit and I still haven't gotten mine back. Tomorrow is SEVEN days. Unacceptable!

Thursday, December 12, 2024 Mr. John, Mr. Jack, and Mr. Sam were most welcoming and respectful. That goes for the lovely lady from La Quinta as well. Miss Flora and the rest of the housekeeping ladies were conscientious and pleasant. All in all, it was a quiet, restful and enjoyable 3 night stay.

No one at the front desk for 15 minutes. Still waiting and it’s 9:30pm. Not well staffed

It was easy to get to and not far from the Stock Show. We were there two nights and our bed was never made and no clean towels were ever put in our room.

Place is disgusting. Couch has what looks like piss and blood stains on it same with the window curtains. Bath tub was stains yellow. They claim to have a breakfast but it is literally just slices of bread and old coffee. I had to wait for almost 30 minutea to get someone to the front counter. They dont tell you that jets fly directly over the hotel while taking off from the nearby naval base. And they have a ton of bizaare rules when you check in. Complete waste of my money. The hotel right next door is really nice.

Not a hotel I would recommend for anybody. The room was disgusting, it was missing a curtain so privacy was limited, the grounds were absolutely filthy of litter and cigarette butts. Never really felt safe at all.

There were holes in the bedsheets, the pillows and bedsheets were stained, the place reeked of weed and tobaco... overall, it felt incredibly unsafe and scary for someone who is femme-presenting and treveling alone in a city and state they arent familiar with. If price is your main concern, great. However, if you want quality and safety, look elsewhere.

I was very disappointed in the hotel, especially being associated with Wyndham ! The place was in terrible disrepair ! The 2nd floor patio had burn scars from where homeless people decided to "camp out" apparently (thankfully didnt burn down the hotel), the lobby was a mess, the staff was very unfriendly and seemed accustomed to arguing with customers, the room was smelly and uncomforable, and left me feeling very unsafe ! I put a chair under the door knob when I was there, just in case

This place was gross. Sheets looked stained, bathroom door didn’t work, iron didn’t work, breakfast was literally bread coffee and nasty ass orange juice, blankets definitely need replacing (it was itchy and paper thin and heat didn’t work, I was freezing). It was just dirty and ghetto.

The price was good however the room was pretty tore up. Some holes in the drywall, toilet not level, and the outside was not picked up. Had to wait at the front desk for a while for check in. Only got one key even tho there were two adults. It also said it included breakfast but we went right in the middle of the breakfast time and there was only a few honeybuns and coffee.

Nice room with affordable prices. Nice staff, and the location is close to a lot of things that your gonna use on a day to day. The breakfast is a huney bun and orange juice.

The breakfast was a joke; just coffee, OJ, white-bread toast, pastries; the toilet did not flush properly. On the other hand, it was (very) basic accommodation at a very reasonable price.

I am still waiting for the $20 deposit that they made me pay when I got there and it is six days later when they said that it would be back on my card within three days.
