Location was great. Staff was great. Free parking. The property was showing it’s age and I had to go to several floors to find an ice machine that worked but it was fine for the price.

To be honest, we felt that our room could have been cleaner. In particular, the carpet looked as if it needed cleaning. Also, our room door needed servicing as it was difficult to close.

The room was clean the bathroom shower was clean but the floor area around the rubber water guard was in bad condition. Wall paper was peeling on the bottom corner next to the shower. The room cleaning service was good except that not all the supplies were replaced. We had to ask twice for replacement. Asked for extra pillows and had to also ask twice before they were received. Our last night was terrible, a big group of college kids were checked in on the floor we were on. The noise was ridiculous, shouting down the hallways, music level was loud, constant door slamming, as well as loud banging on their room door several times. Sound like they were beating on and kicking the room door. We had a 14 hr drive home and did not get much sleep this night. I called several times to complain but nothing was done about it. They did not quiet down until we were leaving that morning. We will never stay at this location again and we will not recommend it as a good location.
