The Shuttle service to the airport is contracted out; meaning it goes to different hotels before trying to pick you up, so by the time the shuttle swings by this hotel, is usually full and no one cares how you will get to the airport when is advertised that they have one without mentioning all this pains. So next time people see that they have shuttle service. Don't believe it because it is a gamble weather you will go or not.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The room for my week-long stay was beautifully clean, comfortable and very quiet. The bed was king size and extremely comfortable - one of the best! The pool was very welcome on those hot Dallas days. Travelling from overseas and being without a car, I found the hotel generally isolated from anything within walking distance - especially eating places - apart from the burger restaurant next door. My one real frustration was with the shuttle service where I was frequently left with long waits for pickups from the airport.

It was nice that they had an airport shuttle which is what we were looking for. Hotel is older and could use some TLC. Breakfast was a typical midrange hotel breakfast with Texas shaped waffle irons. In am shuttle only goes once an hour at 10 minutes after and it was late but it services 2 hotels and I think the guy he picked up before was late. Overall it wss fine for the price

The switchbto turn the jacuzzi jets didnt work, but it could have been a bad switch. My wife said it was a little dark, but it was fine from my perspective on the ligjtong for a couple to get away for the weekend. Oversll a pretty good experience and Whataburger was right next door.

A couple of nice staff but otherwise staff not helpful. Hotel is run down. Fitness room has all broken equipment and no soap or hand sanitizer. Pool is small and dirty. No pool towels and pain to get some. Housekeeping staff are extremely loud in the hallways in the morning so you cannot sleep in on vacation. Rooms are run down lots of cracked or ripped furniture. Location is only okay as it’s a walk to get to stores. Breakfast however was good. Would not recommend and we will not ever book this hotel again.

The room was terrible: stains on the sheets, holes in the walls - big by the air conditioning unit, weird smells, poor construction, dirty floors, thin walls, loud neighbors. We stayed only one night, had to leave in the morning for an event, and only came back to pack our stuff and leave. The front desk assured me I would get a refund for the last two nights and would email. No email. No refund. Awful hotel. I had to pay for another hotel that was clean and habitable.

The carpet in the room smelled damp, like it was wet, and it gave off a strong odor. The staff member at the front desk seemed careless and more focused on her phone than assisting guests. I had to check in while she was on a personal call. As I was leaving, I asked if I needed a parking permit, and she responded with “of course,” as if I should have known already. Later, I returned to request extra pillows and blankets since there were four of us and we had paid extra for them. She told me she didn’t know where they were. I asked how I could find out or who I should speak to, and she said she would call her manager. She made a call, asked for my room number, and told me someone would bring them within 15–20 minutes. However, we never received the pillows or blankets.

The hotel had roaches. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and around the tub. The door frame in the bathroom was rusted. Subpar repair to a hole in the wall in the bathroom.

Terrible room condition. Terrible smell. Must have had water damage in carpet. Unethical to even offer room in first place. Had to leave for another hotel the smell was so bad. Moldy musty swampy stank. Need to change carpets or deep clean asap. Send a health inspector.

We stayed one night for a concert. It was a decent enough room. The bathroom left a lot to be desired… the room was EXTREMEMLY hot when we arrived. We found that the heater had been turned on and was clearly working! When we went into the bathroom we assume the heat from the room caused condensation on the toilet seat (which was gross looking to begin with) was wet! The toilet seat looked dirty, but it wasn’t. It was like they used the wrong chemicals on it and it was deteriorating.. very rough.. the room was very close to clean. Just a little out dated I think. The beds though!! Insanely comfortable! Made me consider purchasing myself a new bed!

It was a convienient location for the purposes I was in the area and the best price of several hotels right there. But its in the landing flight path for dfw so there is constant jet noise. Also, there is constru tion next door that was noisy as well. People were up and down the hall all night talking loud. Bright hallway lights shining under the 1 inch gap under the door and a bright nightlight built into an outlet by the sink helped keep me awake as well. Top that off with the worst pillows I've ever had at a hotel I got little aleep. The bed itself was comfy though and the room and place in general was clean. Breakfast was the usual and not bad except for the "eggs". I'm not even sure if they were real eggs but they were nasty and we both had to throw the ones we got away

Check in and check out we’re fast and efficient. Deposit is actually $50. The workers were also willing and helpful to provide for us if anything was awry. 10/10 would recommend and visit again

Somewhat shabby hotel. The chair at the computer table was so worn out that if it were mine, I would have thrown it out. Shower was constantly leaking a little bit of water. Breakfast was carbs only. Staff was friendly, though, and the location was great.

The young girl Riza at the front desk when we checked in was awesome, friendly and very helpful. We just needed a nice place to sleep, we got that with comfy bed and clean room. There was a simple breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs,link sausage, dry cereals, muffins, waffles, orange and apple juice, coffee or tea.

I was arriving later than expected and called the motel and they said it was fine, which I thought was very nice. Arrived and was put in the wrong room(smelled like wet dirty carpet), my room was supposed to have a whirlpool and had a regular bathtub. I went back to front desk asap and they quickly accommodated and moved me. This room also smelled like dirty wet carpet. The bed was uncomfortable, no pillowtop mattresses. The free breakfast consisted of waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, apple juice and coffee. I grabbed a coffee and I’ve definitely seen better free breakfast. Baffled me to see a sign near the breakfast that said don’t take it back to your room. You have to eat it there in their breakfast area. I don’t think. The stay wasn’t horrible but it’s mediocre, nothing to brag about. If they made it smell better, I’d consider going back.

The Continental breakfast was good waffles, eggs, sausage, orange or apple juice coffee, cereal, muffins toast and milk. Everyone was nice and the rooms were kept clean. The price was affordable.

I'm very upset they stop serving hot breakfast.. I had to go out every morning to get a hot breakfast... They need to change to Continental breakfast and not hot breakfast on the website..The bread/muffin looked old need to change daily.. Imma have to stay somewhere else with a hot breakfast.

This is a clean hotel and right by the Parking Spot South location. It isn’t a new hotel and needs some upgrades and remodeling. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good enough hotel for the price-particularly if you have an early morning DFW flight.
