Excellent, clean hotel with friendly staff. Location is great if you want to be close to all the area restaurants and boutique shopping. Parking can be an issue long term. Street parking is 2 hours or the library across the street is 4 hours, except on Sundays.

The hotel was nice and stylishly decorated. We got upgraded to suite which was very nice. It made our room very spacious. Keep in mind that this hotel only has valet parking. Call ahead for fees per night. For me, the inconvenience was tipping the valet each time they brough the car around. Most of the time, we don't carry cash in the right denominations.

The hotel was beautiful. Very well appointed. Parking has to be valet for $30 a night. Otherwise free parking on the street if you can find it. Staff was very nice and you can't beat the location. Downtown Kirkland offers everything you could possibly need and near Lake Washington. Highly recommend this hotel!

Veey nice room, but when I called the front desk a couple of times, they didn’t answer because I needed extra towels, so I went downstairs and they’re just sitting there not answering the phone so I’m just curious why? Also, when you go to check in, it’s not clearly marked that. It’s valet only to park overnight which they charge for. I noticed other people were confused when they pulled up on where to go.

Great hotel close to everything in Kirkland. Walking distance to tons of great restaurants and coffee shops. Close to the waterfront. Great gym. Staff was first class!

Never any complaints about the Healthman. Fabulous room service (they have a restaurant you can order from on the 1st floor), great walkable location to downtown, very clean rooms and quick, friendly service. Not a lot of available parking, so come prepared to valet. But otherwise I would always stay here when given the chance

This was a great hotel experience, cleanest rooms ever, fast elevator, excellent housekeeping and valet services, and super nice staff. The neighborhood is safe, clean, lots of amenities, restaurants, and walking distance to the lake. Will definitely return!

Oh gosh, after staying at cheaper hotels for the week, spending just 20 dollars more to stay at the Heathman was sooooo worth it. Beautiful, clean, huge bathtub. I will definitely be back.

We travel a lot and are particular about hotels and Heathman is hands down one of the best ever. Very clean, incredibly nice staff, spacious, comfortable, nice bathrooms, beds and super convenient for nice shopping and restaurants.

We had an excellent stay at the Heathman. The room was large and beds were comfortable. The hotel was close to great restaurants and within walking distance to the lakefront. Very vibrant area. We would stay there again and leave more time to explore the area.

Everything is great except TERRIBLE WiFi. The staff is great, they even repeatedly apologize for the WiFi. To the owner: you are using a free (no password required) service. Since literally anyone in range can use it no wonder it is ultra slow.

Let me start by saying that I have traveled all my life and this is the 1st time a so called 4 star hotel has accepted a reservation months in advance and when I arrived they did not have a room reserved for me. I travelled 6hrs from another state and then drove there for over 1hr. They blamed their issue on their computer system but I called the night before and one of her employees confirmed my reservation… very interesting! We spoke with the Director of Ops who simply apologized and spent the rest of his time literally hidden behind a wall and in his office avoiding guests. I understand companies have computer problems but the hotel should have called or told me when I called the night before I did not have a room. When there, they simply washed their hands and referred me back to Expedia. No attempt to help whatsoever, they did not even offer a bottle of water while trying to find a last minute hotel during an extremely busy weekend in Seattle with concerts, conferences and game. My experience with The Heathman Hotel was terrible I do not recommend making a reservation and them not honoring it or at the very least, show they care or assist you to make it right.

Used to offer a platinum benefit of a free upgrade when available and they no longer do. Plus was supposed to get free parking and it was included in my bill . I had to dispute at checkout. Overall, the service is not what it used to be at the Heathman. It used to be my favorite staycation location and I won’t be returning. There are better options available.

We always enjoy staying at the Heathman in downtown Kirkland as it is so close to our favorite restaurants and shops. Service at check-in and check-out was smooth as always. Special shout out to Wayne in valet as he held our luggage in a safe place after check-out so we could enjoy lunch before we headed home. Once we were ready to leave, he had already safely packed our belongings in our car and it was ready out front. We look forward to staying at the Heathman again soon.

We had the hotel book us a town car to a big event we had scheduled that we couldn’t rely on ride sharing services for prior to our trip. All was booked and confirmed and we followed up upon check in and the day before. When waiting for our transportation for 25 mins they never showed causing us to miss our event check in time. The best the hotel could do was book a Lyft for us which wasn’t a reliable option meaning we had to leave our event early and the experience was extremely upsetting and a huge financial cost to us. On the first day our AC was broken with no accommodations aside from a fan and portable unit that we couldn’t get ice for without calling the front desk which felt extremely inconvenient for them. The beds felt like plastic and were not comfy. On multiple occasions we called for our car to be brought up from valet and after waiting had to go in to be told they had forgotten. We would wait minutes for staff on their cell phones to acknowledge us standing at the desk some days. Overall a very special trip that we had waited a year for was severely impacted by the carelessness of the staff and their complete lack of follow up to ensure their guest safety and honor their word/bookings. I would never recommend staying here unless you want a terrible guest service experience.

DO NOT STAY AT THE HEATHMAN HOTEL. Customer service is terrible. The valet broke our driver side mirror (honest mistake), but the manager dragged his feet in response. It took 7 days to get a response from him and the insurance company, while we were delayed, staying much longer than we had to in the area, at other hotels, racking up over $1700 in fees. His response? When he finally returned my third call? “We comped your one night stay and gave you a $300 credit for a future stay.” Wow. Any responsible hotel manager would have at least offered to pay half of our stay in other hotels, while were waiting to fix the car, due to delays in getting the parts. Not this one. Camerin did less than the bare minimum to satisfy the customer. Aside from this debacle, it may have been pet-friendly, but it certainly was not pet-convenient. Grass was only available in questionably safe areas at night. Crossing the street to go to a patch of grass in front of the library, I almost got mugged. The hotel room must have been designed for children, as we had to crouch down to reach the toilet seat and the sink. The bed was as low as a futon. When turning on the sink, it sounded like a bomb was going off.

There was a power outage caused by high winds during our stay. We tolerated the no electricity for one night and decided to move as an alternative was suggested by a staff member who said this would be handled at no additional cost due to the unsafe conditions at the Heathman Hotel. By this time the emergency lighting batteries were dead so there was no temporary light in the common areas. That arrangement never materialized so we found our own hotel room for one night. We came back to resume our nine nite stay after being notified the power had come back on and were told by the manager that we could resume our stay in the same room or a suite at no additional charge and our one night not able to stay there would be refunded. The refund was never processed and refunded. Not good customer service.

The is a jewel by Lake Washington. Drop off you car (valet parking) and walk along the water, dining options galore (all within walking distance) and enjoy the surroundings. Breakfast and happy hour at the connected restaurant The Hearth is fabulous. The staff at both locations understand service and deliver! Convenience, location and quality.

Hotel is very clean and nice. close to all downtown Kirkland and waterfront. Refrigerator was noisy so turned off at night. We checked in on a Saturday and the restaurant was closed for a private event that night. There are many other options just thought closing the entire restaurant and bar to guests of the hotel was strange. We would stay there again. Tori at front desk was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay.

I have found my new favorite spot in Seattle. Convenient, stunning, clean, comfiest bed, charming, 10/10 will stay here again and again. Sunday brunch at the restaurant was lovely, the staff was amazing, a short walk down to the lake and surrounding shops was just the icing on the cake.
