The only real negatives had to do with accessing the room. There were narrow walkways between separate buildings, which we were directed to go through with luggage racks. The buildings did not have elevators. All the entrances were outdoor entrances. The luggage racks were not very useful. We had to unload everything at the bottom of a pair of stairs and walk it up. The dining area in our suite wasn't really sufficient for the amount of people that the room could sleep. I'm a big fan of being able to sit down together at a table when we're eating. A couple of us always had to sit on the couch. Other than that, the room was great. Very comfortable stay. We would stay here again.

Love the convenience of this being walking distance to Starfire. Breakfast and amenities are good. Only issue was the pool chlorine levels which turned all of our kid’s hair blue/green! Might be time for a rebalance.

Check-in was quick and easy, lots of parking available and parking was free, which was a plus. They offer housekeeping after the 2nd day (we stayed 4 days), but we did not get this service. This was after we informed the front desk we needed housekeeping bc we have young kids and needed trash taken out, more towels, etc. Front desk confirmed the service but we came back to a room that wasn’t cleaned. That was our biggest complaint but everything else was fine with the stay.

For my entire stay with 2 kids, i was given a 3rd floor but the elevator stopped working the first day and wasnt working for next 3 days. We had to use the stairs for everything up and down like 3-4 times a day.. that wasnt nice.. the breakfast timings were also till only 9 am so mostly none of the familt members can join for breakfast.

We stayed here for a recent soccer tournament. Being able to walk to the Starfire facility was amazing. The pool area was great to have access to on a hot weekend. The room size and quality exceeded my expectations. I did have some trouble with housekeeping though.

This was our first time staying at a Homewood Suites. Check in was very easy. We found the property to be in good shape and clean. We found our room clean, comfortable and inviting. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. I did find the.patio chairs a bit dirty, but that wasn't a big deal. I utilized the fitness center, which I found to be clean and equipped well enough. The machines worked as they should and there was a good selection of free weights to use. Come morning, we enjoyed the breakfast options. Hot choices included scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy and breakfast meats. Also, there was hot cereals available, along with several cold cereals, fruit and a selection of fruit juices, water, coffee and teas. Overall, a very good experience. Our expectations were met or exceeded.

The front desk staff was amazing and really helped us feel welcome and accommodated. Minor issue with one of the TVs in the room not working consistently, but the other one worked well. The room was large, clean and quiet. My kids loved the pool and the mini outdoor basketball court.

We definitely were not thrilled with the cleaning of our room before we checked in. We found dirty towels behind the master bathroom door and in the double room there were tissues and someones e-cigarette device on the floor in the kids room. We had to ask twice for them to come get the dirty towels, and it wasnt until day 2 they took them, but originally suggested we leave them outside our door, no thanks I'm not touching someone else's dirty towels. Cleanliness was overlooked in our room for sure.

The room was dirty when we arrived. A half eaten meat stick on the floor and the last persons dirty wash cloths hanging over the shower curtain. The sink didnt drain and garbage disposal was broke. Theres a problem with the light switches not turning on for aboht 30 seconds. When we woke up at 6 to get ready to leave we had a call and knock on the door that staff said "we need to do something about our room" i booked to get 5 kids to tacoma ready for competition early. Breakfast is at 7. 6 is not an unreasonable time to get ready. You shouldnt put a family on the top floor if your tenants will complain. Also shady looking people living in the hotel made it look sketcky. Will not be staying at a hilton hotel again. I thought they were nicer.

I have stayed there before & everything was good but the carpets need to be cleaned . My husband was walking on it barefoot & his feet were very dirty after walking around on carpet for a while. I had socks on & also got cery dirty. Otherwise everything & everyone was okay//pleasant just have the carpets cleaned more often.

Nice hotel for extended stay. The rooms have two sections, one for sleeping and one as a sitting room with full kitchen. The rooms are spacious and overall nice, clean and comfortable. The area where the hotel is set is super quiet and at the same time there is an easy access to major highways.

The room was a great sized room with a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The pool was fun for the kids. Continental breakfast had everything you could ask for! Great location next to the starfire sports complex. Will stay again for sure!

The hotel room was comfortable, and check-in was smooth and easy. However, after checking out, I realized the next day that I’d left a personal bag behind, which contained a necklace. I immediately contacted the hotel to ask about my bag and its contents. Unfortunately, while the bag was returned by housekeeping, the necklace was missing. That experience was both disappointing and frustrating.

We have stayed here many times over several years because it is so convenient for our primary reason to be in the area. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, room kitchens well appointed, breakfast buffet is plentiful and included. The shining star here is the excellent customer service provided by everyone on the staff - front desk, housekeeping, breakfast attendants all are helpful and thoughtful. This means so much to us when we travel even for short stays! While there are other convenient - and lower priced - options in the area, this remains our favorite overall place and it's worth it.

Because of extreme weather and flight cancellations (ours!) we were stranded in Seattle without a car a few days before Christmas, including Christmas Eve. The hotel staff were amazingly kind. They helped us source food (sometimes just giving us things) and taxis and were genuinely concerned with our wellbeing. We will always be grateful and will stay here again (with car) should we be passing through!

The property itself was great, spacious, clean and overall very nice. However, the lack of customer service really brings this place down. Not sure if they are understaffed and miserable or just plain miserable. Requested early check-in, not honored or even the slightest sympathy that they weren't able to accommodate us - they didn’t even acknowledged I had asked. I was greated with a smile, but one time from one person. When asking a question, it felt like i was annoying them. Gave us the wrong times for breakfast on a weekday, thankfully we managed to get the leftovers. However they gave us a face like how dare us and couldn't even provide us with a packet of ketchup, for which they said "we ran out".... really? Not to mention the breakfast was horrible. Meat with no name of what type of meat it was, everything was cold except for what u toasted. Lastly they bluntly told me i was not going to get any room service, they say maybe every other day, but nothing. I am very unsure if i would stay here again.

Here for soccer tournament and checked in at front desk for late check out. Manager said 1200 was the latest. Others in our group who inquired for late check out (after we did) were given later time. Will not bring soccer team here again.

I’ve stayed at the property a few times, even though there is a train that passes by it’s still a quiet area and don’t notice it. Very clean, the breakfast isn’t the best at least some of the options for my stay. Also never allow early check in

Tucked away, just a short drive from shopping and the freeway; a roomy suite with a pleasant woodsy view. Nice breakfast items and responsive staff. One thing: the railroad tracks are very close. IF that sound annoys you, not your preferred choice. It was perfect for a writer's getaway!

We have stayed here several times. The walkable proximity to Starfire is very convenient. The pool and grounds are nice. This time we had sugar ants in our room and the room smelled a little funky, like someone had tried to mask cigarette smoke. The full fridge and freezer are useful, as is the microwave. There was no dish soap in the kitchenette to clean dishes. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff was working hard to keep everything stocked. I do wish there was a larger room option that included a balcony. A hot tub would also be nice.

Very convenient, apartment style units. We got the two bedroom option, worked out great, like airbnb, only better! These suites come with housekeeping, free breakfast and convenient parking. The location is great, very close to shopping, dining and minutes from the airport!

We used to stay at this hotel often, but my company has a nightly budget that is too low now to book this hotel. what has remained top drawer is the staff and the room cleanliness. sadly the breakfast is about equal to other hotels we stay at and it used to be the absolute best.
