I stayed on the women's floor. It had a cozy lounge to have tea or coffee and magazines and blankets. There was a security door between the elevator and access to the rooms. Very safe and comfortable.

Nicely sized room on a quiet side street. Room had an odd smell, which the hair conditioner also smelled like. Had to wait a long time to do laundry as the machines are 2-in-1 wash and dry.

Hotel is very nice, clean and modern. Rooms are a little tight for 1 large and 2 med suitcases. We def had to send our luggage out the following day so we can have more room. This hotel offers luggage storage and helps you send your luggage to the next hotel. They also offer in room massage service in case you’re too tired to find a place outside. They also have a laundry room for the guests. You do have to walk a little bit to get to the bus stations but still a let good hotel to stay at.

staff was friendly and nice - could also speak english couple minute walk from Karasuma Station. room was a bit more spacious even for the standard basic room compared to other Japan hotel rooms. amenities were able in the lobby to help yourself - the bath salts were a nice touch. location is close to multiple bike shops if you were looking for any rentals (the hotel doesn't allow bicycle parking FYI)

Okay facility for the price point and good location. Unfortunately, when I inspected the bed on the first night, I discovered an old band-aid with obvious residue under the duvet cover. The staff promptly changed the cover but didn’t bother to change the sheet underneath that was also exposed to the old band-aid.

We could no see through the window. The double rooms do not have transparent windows. That was the reason we left after only one night (we had 4 nights booked). Besides that, the staff was really friendly and the hotel was clean.

Stayed here for two nights. Really great location and easy to get to from public transport. Did a lot of walking from here and found it very easy to get around. The room was small but had everything I needed. I could just about open my cabin bag sized suitcase out flat. Air con was super quiet which was great! Bed was a little hard for my liking but otherwise I enjoyed my stay a lot. Staff were very friendly and spoke some English.

フロント対応の要領が悪く待たされる。事前のチェックイン手続がないので、時間になると集中してしまう。さらに、日本人スタッフの説明が長い、いちいち説明している。マニュアルの通り？に漏れなく説明する事に必死で状況を見ていない。でも、無料のWi-Fi、コーヒーなどのサービスは説明なかった。部屋は掃除ができておらず、床が汚くて閉口した。環境配慮は理解するが、汚くて良いという事ではない。また、タオルの交換も一律ではなく必要に応じて必要なサイズを補充すれば良い。

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, de hecho encontré las lentillas desechables de un cliente anterior. No me hicieron la habitación, pregunté y me explicaron el funcionamiento y las normas, pero la habitación se quedó sucia y sin hacer. El personal no habla inglés y no responde a los mensajes. Antes de ir escribí para preguntar si aceptaban el pago con tarjeta sin obtener respuesta. Olvidé mis auriculares, escribí de nuevo si sería posible que me los enviaran a mi domicilio, tampoco respondieron. Creo que una respuesta, aunque sea negativa, es lo mínimo que se puede esperar. En definitiva, que no me esperen más. Muy decepcionante.

This is a comfortable hotel and reasonably close enough to connecting transport. Apart from being inexplicably given a room at the furthest point away from the lift the room was otherwise good. They have free breakfast but if it wasn’t free you probably wouldn’t have eaten it 😂. Much better options available locally for dinner as well. Close to the market which has virtually everything.

ここの朝食は松屋の朝定食で、それに700円以上払うのは癪だと思って今回は無しにしたのですが、コンビニに行って同じくらい買うとそれくらいの値段ですし、コンビニまで1ブロック歩くので、ホテル1階ですぐ食べられるメリットを取るべきだと痛感いたしました。笑

施設はとても清潔です。静かで過ごしやすいです。市役所近くの御池通り沿いのホテル（当方は京都人ではないのでこの表現が正しいか知りませんが）の中ではどちらかというと烏丸通り寄りで、例えば河原町四条のあたりから歩くと、それなりに横移動します。ロビーのスタッフのご対応は、あまり日本的ではありませんが、それはそういうものとして受け止めれば良いことかとは思います。サービスとして不足があるわけではありません。朝食は松屋の朝定食そのものです。コスト的にはどうかなとも思うものの、まあ実際には並のビジネスホテルよりも美味しいし、ロビー階に降りれば食べられる、という利便性を買っているのかもしれません。と、色々書いたものの、実際には満足しています（笑）過ごしやすかったです。

Restauranten var desværre lukket så morgenmaden blev udleveret fra personalet, Det bestod af fisk, ris og tilbehør. Man skal nok være asiat for at nyde det som morgenmad. Ellers var opholdet fint. Lokationen er nem ift. offentlig transport.
