It's a very nice hotel. There are indoor pool and gaming room. My only complaint is that it was a two twin beds room; not two queen beds as described on hotels.com.

Property was great...updated rooms, nice bathroom appointments (but small), nice TV, nice indoor pool area with hit tub that gets nice and hot (sandals/flipflops are helpful as the floor surface is kind of rough). As usual, there were some loud/annoying guests but the hotel can't really control that..didn't impact our stay though. Great location...close to Franconia Notch area. This was our 2nd time here and as long as the price is same, we'll stay again next year.

Check in was a breeze. The cabin was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. However for some reason it was very damp and no matter what we did the dampness did not go away. Tried the AC on cool and dry. Nothing helped. It was disappointing because we really enjoyed everything else. The pools were clean and well maintained and the breakfast was adequate. We expecially enjoyed the special attention at the waffle makers!!

Indoor / outdoor pools were nice. Hot tub is big. Little dated. Neighbors were outside smoking alot. smoke comes through the gaps in the doors . So its as if someone is in your room smoking. Plus you can hear everything. Lights are so bright outside everydoor that your room is lit right up. Breakfast is make your own waffles , toast , cereal, oatmeal and yogart. Muffins prepackaged had mold. Otherwise its not far from lots of things to see and do. Restaurant/ bar two buildings over.

The staff was above and beyond, excellent staff. The first room we were in had a musty smell, some grime, and a very odd bathroom. When I mentioned my concerned we were moved to a much cleaner room. The AC wasn’t very clean however. The grounds weren’t bad but in the back was a lot of litter and debris. The game room was ok but some games wouldn’t work and ate our tokens, another failed mid game. Outdoor pool was excellent, one of the best hotel pools. Indoor was decent. Large hot tub indoors but the indoor pool was always crowded. Overall a decent stay, would stay again, the cabins are a great feature and relatively private. Again though, the staff was really great and made the entire experience better.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, especially Chris! Breakfast was also very good, the waffles were amazing! The bathroom, however, was not very clean. There were hairs in the tub and on the shower wall. There was built-up dirt around the sink drain, and the faucet was broken. Overall it was convenient but cleanliness should be taken more seriously so guests feel more comfortable.

There was mold growing on the walls above the shower and there was mold on the caulking in the shower, baseboards in the room were filthy. Carpet was starting to come up where it meets the tile flooring. In the game room you could tell there had been a leak in the roof and when you walked on the floor in that area it felt soft. Power went out in our building for about 2 hours the first night. The cabins that are owned by Days Inn behind our building had power and the building down the street had power. Very disappointed in our stay considering what we paid.

The room was not clean. The floors weren’t cleaned it was so dirty. The bathroom shower was gross. I had to go get my own cleaning supplies just to make it more comfortable to stay in. They should really consider getting new people to clean the rooms. The conditions was not great at all.

The hotel (indoor pool area and outdoor area) was old and run down, but acceptable for a budget hotel. The breakfast area was clean, but the selection was very poor. The room however was downright dirty. There was hair everywhere, dried fluids of who knows what on most surfaces, massive dust bunnies, garbage left from previous guests, etc. We cancelled our reservation and were granted a refund for 2/3 nights.

I’ve stayed here before.. maybe in a more renovated room. This room had seen better days. It is an older building that had been renovated at some point but needs it again. My reason for leaving this review however is that even though the beds were made and fresh towels in place the floor in the bathroom had hairs on it. The corners and edges not clean.

The room was dirty. random hair on the pillows, dirty in all the corners of the room and bathroom. drawers were also dirty. scuff marks on most walls and doors. Super loud, could here every foot step in room above and in hallway ( and that is with earplugs). The door draft on the front door leading to outside was broken and duck tapped on but kept falling off leaving a .5 gap in the door allowing cold air to come in.

Property is old and in need of updates. Room I was in was clean enough (would love to see a hotel actually clean the electrical outlets behind things) but had stains on ceiling from obvious water damage in past. Also, the shower head was dirty (hard water maybe?)and there were chips in the surface of the shower itself.

This is a cheap motel, not a hotel. It reminded of the Motel 6 but with nice views of mountains. The sink was out of order. The stopper had to be pulled out of the sink manually. Further, a large person in the room of above me began pacing at 3:30 in the morning for half an hour until I pounded on the ceiling. I had to get up at 5, for a 19 mile hike, so this was especially annoying.

Good location for a quick, inexpensive stay. I don't think I'd stay more than 1 or 2 nights. Could easily hear the people above us walking around late night and very early AM. Not very quiet place to stay.

Never gonna stay here again. I’ve stayed a handful of times and it’s always disappointing- a little dirty and not very comfortable but ok for the price. This time we got a room directly next to the front office, where a late night guest showed up and they were “making noise” for over an hour around 2am. The walls are paper thin. Could literally hear the breathing through the wall. The place didn’t seem that busy so not sure why they’d put us next to the office with those plans in place for later. The bathtub was also dirty and stained blue for some reason. Ended up leaving in the middle of the night and getting a room at the quality inn next door. WAY nicer room way cleaner and comfier bed. This place isn’t worth the savings.

There was a staff telling us “they wonder why I want to quit my job”. She made the waffles the day before and was miserable asking guests “do you want your waffle or not”. Very poor attitude toward guests. Cottages had broken windows and sharp edges on the glass. Hair on the sheets and a huge pee spot under the sheets.

Room was clean, though somewhat worn looking. The keyless lick was quite tempermental. The staff especially, Chris at the front desk, was A1!! What a personality. All Inns should a front of house as pleasant.

This is a very nice property; great location, attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast was really pretty good; they had a good variety of offerings which was nice. The staff was helpful and communicative. The hotel is located very close to Franconia Notch which is really pretty.

You get what you pay for, great place to stay while skiing. Comfortable room, nothing special, relatively clean, all ok. Convenient location to Loon and Cannon skiing, close to dinner options in Lincoln and Woodstock.

We had a pleasant stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham Lincoln. The front desk lady were friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth. The hotel's location is ideal, situated just a short 15-minute drive from the main attractions of White Mountain National Park. It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes, which is a huge plus. The room, while a bit old, was spacious and comfortable enough for a short stay. It worked well for our 1 night visit, especially given the affordable price. The hotel seemed well-frequented by other tourists, so we felt safe during our stay. The breakfast, however, could use some improvement. While there were options available, there weren’t many healthy choices, and there were no eggs or egg-based items, which was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider returning for the convenience, location, and value for money.

The Days Inn in Lincoln was a nice place to stay while in the Lincoln/Woodstock area. Staff was really friendly and helpful and it is great spot for Loon and Notch area. Looks beat-up from the outside, but I found the room was clean and well maintained.

This is a very nice property; great location, attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast was really pretty good; they had a good variety of offerings which was nice. The staff was helpful and communicative. The hotel is located very close to Franconia Notch which is really pretty.

Breakfast was great with options like waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs, assorted cereals and porridge, coffee and hot chocolate as well. I felt safe! The staff were lovely the two pools are clean as are the rooms and they are quiet and cosy! Definitely recommend!

This was a last minute 1 night boking and the room was just right for our needs. Disappointed that due to a small number of guests, management decided to not offer a hot breakfast (eggs etc). However, there was cereal, toast, waffles, yoghurt and plenty of coffee.

We arrived late and left early the next day. Just needed a place to crash for the night. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and the free breakfast was wonderful. Hot and cold cereal, eggs, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit and more. We would stay here again.

It was concerning when the fire alarm went off about 10 pm. Had to call the front office to be reassured. Thought it was odd that room phone did not have an easy way to contact front desk. When I got the outside line and called their number it just Rang and then cut off. I finally called on my cell phone. I loved the game room! The breakfast was very tasty and the woman working there was very pleasant and helpful with the waffle machine

This location is under construction and is a total mess. Difficult to access after hours. Parking was awful. Breakfast was below average. We got kicked out of the breakfast room at 9:55 (breakfast was supposed to be served until 10).

Although the room itself was comfortable and clean, the lighting was very poor. The bathroom is in dire need of rehab. The sink and toilet were clean, but the floor had caked up dirt in the corners, and the tub and bathroom door were filthy and stained. I was able to wash off some of the crud with a baby wipe. The bathroom vent was also caked with dirt. Disgusting. Outdoor pool was not available as there is construction going on. The inside pool was available but the jacuzzi was not working. The walk to the dining room was quite a distance from our room and breakfast item selection was extremely limited, Staff was overall friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed there a few years ago and this place has gone down hill. The outdoor pool was not available, the WiFi was not working at all and with very little cell service really could have used the WiFi. The breakfast was sad. They had a waffle maker and that was it. This place was definitely not worth the money they were charging.
