The heat was out in the pool area and I was advised to swim at my own risk. It was the second time I visited the property and the pool was not available. Overall the staff was kind and courteous. Unfortunately because I booked through a 3rd party the staff was unable to view/confirm that I had purchased breakfast. I spoke with several staff members on several occasions regarding breakfast. Initially the burden of proof was my responsibility to prove I purchased breakfast. The breakfast was not good. The bacon, sausage, and eggs were overcooked. The baked goods were not fresh.
