Very disappointing. The sound has no buffer, very noisy, loud in room.. The pool was very unclean. Unable to swim. No one at the reception desk to puchase snacks from in the evening. Breakfast mediocre. I purchased two night stay and my cards were deactivated after the first night, had to go back to the front desk to be reactivated. Just overall well below my expectations of quality.

Booked this property due to location and amenities. After we got fully checked in, we were informed the pool and fitness center would be unavailable. If we knew this, we would’ve gone elsewhere.

We had a fantastic stay. The room was clean & comfortable. Staff was very friendly and would say hello as we were coming & going. The indoor pool was nice. The towels at the pool were not restocked as often as maybe they should be but we had our own so it wasn’t a big deal. The breakfast was good. There is a nice breakfast area with restaurant like seating.

fine for 1-2 nights however pool wasn't to my liking as nobody used it and pool's filter wasn't even on, so decided not to us it myself to avoid contracting anything.

I like the swing in the front with the little trees growing around it but it would be nice if there was walking stone to the swing. The swing would be great in pictures for the family but no real way to get to the swing.

Great location and easy to find. Plenty of restaurants, stores within a short walk or drive. Quick friendly check in, friendly staff. Clean room, nice size, very good continental breakfast with a lot of variety. Safe on site parking. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Our room was definitely not clean when we arrived and the window shade was not functional. Other than those deficiencies it was a decent stay. The breakfast was typical. Certainly not on par with previous Holiday Inn Express experiences.

At check in I was told I would get the $20 extra person fee back because I had 1 adult and 2 kids instead of 3 adults and my card was charged the original amount. Breakfast was below average, room had an odor, killed 3 spiders in our bathroom. 2 of the desk workers were great, one was unfriendly!

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was on the third floor and the only time I could hear other guests is if I was standing in the hallway. Room was clean and everything worked. Only downfall is the shower head it makes it like a sprinkle or three daggers… nothing in between. I’ll be back for sure!

Problems with the room: thermostat does not work, so the air conditioner was shut off by the hotel staff and did not operate afterward. The bathroom basin has no hot water-- only cold. There were no other rooms available for us to move.

It was a convenient location, clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and we loved the suite we had with the two rooms and three beds. Traveling with two tweens that aren't really old enough to have a separate room, this was the perfect solution. Breakfast was good, lots of options, cinnamon buns were delicious! The hotel was decorated nicely, up to date and modern, and the holiday touches were nice to see.

They over booked and gave our room away. We had to use a room with a king bed and a sofa bed for 4 adults. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Do not suggest using Holiday Inn Express.

The staff was very friendly from checking-in to morning greeting to the lady helping/serving breakfast. Coffee was always available in the main lobby. I had left my charger for my light in the room & I called them and they had kept the charger! They mailed my charger back, so thankful for the help!

We travel from illinois to Tennessee yearly and always stop in the Louisville area. We have tried other hotels, but after this stay, we have found our Louisville home. The hotel is in a good location, the room was exactly as expected, the hotel employees were very nice, and the free breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have had. See you next year.

Breakfast: The cinnamon buns are great. Pancake machine was not working: probably out of batter. Housekeeping did not enter our room to clean during our 2-night stay. We got a letter under the door Aug. 16 telling us not to expect cleaning.

A good place to stay but the breakfast was not up to Holiday Inn Express. The kitchen and dining rooms were small with people tripping over one another. The biscuits were burnt and the gravy was cold. The drinks were not very cold. The sausage was good.

A very nice clean comfortable room which is what we needed after a very long drive. Breakfast was great and my daughter was enthralled with the pancake maker. Overall, could not have been happier.
