Hyatt Place Louisville-East

Good stay. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly. Good value

Room was clean. Some noise but not horrible. Some furnishings need to be updated/replaced but overall very nice room and place to stay

The hotels in a great, safe area. The pictures online make it look way nicer than it is. It appears old and rundown. The bedding had multiple stains on it - both the actual bed and sleeper sofa. We opted to go purchase our own sheets and blankets to put on top of the hotel bedding. The sleeper sofa is junk - even for kids. The bathroom is extremely small. The hotel elevator did not sound great on our first ride upstairs. The fire alarm actually went off and we heard responders being directed to the elevator. Front desk staff were friendly but presented an unprofessional appearance. Overall, I would not stay here again. Definitely not worth the rate I paid because there was a volleyball tournament in town.

Great staff

We enjoyed our stay overall. The bathroom could have been bigger, and some things could use a little updating, but I'd be glad to stay there again if I happen to be in Louisville on another occasion.
