Booked on-line. Arrived 30 min later @ 10pm. Had to check to see if there was actually a clean room. Not sure why they offer rooms if they don’t have any. Thankfully the room was available and clean. Took 30 minutes to track down their only luggage cart, so we could get our luggage to our room. Said their breakfast shipment had not arrived. Only coffee in the morning. Wish my room had zero carpet. Part carpet part vinyl flooring. Unfinished kitchen- had only a dish towel. You can rent a package of dinner ware and/or cookware. Bed comfy. Room quiet and clean. That is really all I needed. Would stay again.

It is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and kind. The property is clean. The only thing i hated was my last night a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night! It really interrupted a good night sleep and I have a bad heart.

The staff were super friendly and great but the cleanliness on the other hand was terrible. The hotel is dated and not well kept, the bathroom had chunks of floor gone by the shower and the bathroom it's self was not well kept and had a very dirty floor. The floor was dirty throughout the whole room but the bathroom was the worst, we covered the floors with towels so our feet would stay clean. Photos dont show its dated and lack of upkeep.

It is in an amazing location and beautiful on the outside. However, inside is a different story. The lobby is well kept, but the hall way to the elevators needs some attention. Hasnt been swept in quite some time. The elevator doors are very dirty. Our room hadnt been cleaned well either.

When you sign in you must sign a form you will not smoke anything in the rooms. When we walked up to the 3rd floor where our room was the smell of weed hit you in the face. I told the front desk and they did investigate. Beds were terrible and the room was clean but the reviews show differently. Rooms need a makeover as the trim was coming off the walls, paint was scratched off and the sink was stained and gross looking.

Over all the stay was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. They didn't hesitant to give us more shampoo tubs and an extra blanket and pillow. The only thing is that the pullout bed was not sleepable or she didn't want to. My daughter had to sleep on the cushions from the couch on the floor.

The staff was super friendly. The grab and go breakfast was very minimal and which they had offered fruit. The room was clean,bed was comfortable. However if you are planning to use the pull out couch not an option it was discolored, brown and smelled terrible and had spots that looked like dried blood room 136. We rented two rooms 135 same set up different type of tv it was larger. The bathroom was not the cleanest. However overall the room was clean.

Had to wait at least 45 minutes to check in after I picked up the phone and they told me that it attended was on his way down and once I get into the room two hours later, I get a phone call from the front desk and somebody at the front For me and I’m like what the heck is going on. Hotel is not supposed to give any information out, but this one did then when I entered the room it was already a dirty cup sitting on a table. I didn’t say nothing about it cause I was tired. Just wanted to sleep so I took a picture then going to the bathroom. it’s burnt marks all on the sink counter and in the tub.

Not a bad hotel to stay in when flying out of Louisville SDF airport. Was comfortable for one night not far from the airport or restaurants. The only problem was when trying to check in they required a Credit Card to put the incidental charge on, not a debit card, which had never happened to me before. We also had to wait several days to get the incidental fee back. Luckily my wife had her credit card or we would've been without a hotel late at night. This is ridiculous in my opinion and is why I would not stay here again even though it is decent and close to the airport. Also, staff was not friendly.

Just a late night stop on the drive home. Booked online and when we arrived the staff said they were booked full. We said we just booked and paid online. We said we either need a room or refund. After 1/2 hour the late night staff figured out how to log into the computer get us a room. The late night staff was sorry for situation and helpful getting us a room.

Breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced in this type of place. Very minimalist place. Charging stations on desk, bedside, etc. nonexistent. Hallways were smelly - smoke-like smell.

It was adequate and staff were kind and helpful. The pull out couch mattress looked extremely old - flat and dingy. The continental breakfast was very minimal, just coffee, oatmeal packets, and a few packaged muffins.

Clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was about par with all of the others in offering just a quick packaged muffin and a coffee, so that was the only disappointment.
