The only ice machine was on the lobby floor, and it wasn't working!

Immediately upon walking into the hotel, it was very smelly. The beds do not look like queen size beds they look like full size beds. Once I got into the room one of the pillows had blood on it. The pool was very cloudy and dirty I asked does it get serviced the gentleman stated twice a week I informed him that I'm a pool owner and it should be serviced daily especially since people were entering it daily. The food was horrible. Once I got into the elevator for some reason, I looked at the inspection tag and it was expired on April 2025 we visited in June of 2025. We were out there for five days for a baseball tournament with my family. Never again will l I book at any La Quinta’s especially being a franchise.

We arrived at the property at 4am. We able to get a late check out which helped us get sleep. Check in was fast and the parking was easy and convenient.

Like the hotel, the swimming pool was shut down so couldn't swim the night I wanted to. Over all a nice stay.

Continental Breakfast was good & plentiful, room was pretty clean & comfortable. The pool, however, was filthy, we were planning on spending the evening relaxing in the pool however there was several piles of dirt at the bottom I checked again in the morning & no change. all it would have taken was a quick vacuum.

Couldn’t use my card I wanted to pay with because it didn’t have a chip or tap feature so had to use a card I didn’t want to use… pool was closed for maintenance most of the second day so my kids Coulsnt swim

Have stayed at this location numerous times mainly due to accommodation of pets for a reasonable price. The staff is always friendly, close proximity to I-64, Sams Club just down from this location.

I was quite surprised by the meager conditions of this Laquinta Inn. The hotel door to our room were stuck in the locked position, the elevator jerked when it stopped on each floor, and I saw a roach crawling on my couch. This was the worst Laquinta Inn I’ve stayed at. I will continue to stay at Laquinta Inn hotels in the future, but not this one. There was one young lady at the front desk who was very nice and helpful. She worked the night shift.

I was looking for an affordable and comfortable hotel option close to my company’s HQ. I’ve had great experiences at La Quinta, but not at this location. The lobby had a very stale odor which wasn’t very appealing. Upon arrival, the gentleman who checked me in looked like he wanted to be anywhere else. He literally threw the key down on the counter, didn’t have a welcoming smile, didn’t share any details about the pool or gym or anything. The pool looked very depressing and rather cloudy, so I didn’t get to use it. The odor in the lobby was stale, but the odor in the elevator was nauseating as was the odor in the stairwell. This would be the case all week. The carpet in the room looked very dirty and the room was just worn down. I seriously considered leaving based on the state of the place. I wasn’t expecting the ritz but it just felt rundown and not appealing at all. It didn’t feel clean. 2 of the 3 towels in my room were horribly stained, but the water pressure was good. The one impressive area was the gym. That was clearly on the newer side and though small, it’s enough for a quick morning or afternoon sweat session. The only complaint there is that the lights are motion censored so when on the treadmill it sitting in the bike you have to keep raising your hands to keep the lights on. All in all, it’s a cheap stat, absolutely no frills, dingy, but if you’re on a budget and need a bed, it gets the job done, but there are better affordable options in the area.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lobby was nice especially for first impressions and gatherings. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations. The dark purple accent wall did not make the room feel comfortable or relaxing. There was a thick layer of dust on that purple accent wall and there was trash and dust behind the bedside table. Stains on mattress covers. The room felt very unclean related to these issues. The rooms do not appear to be thoroughly cleaned between stays.

Room was very clean, bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job.

Rooms smelled like smoke and lobby was dirty. Breakfast was sub par

The lobby was gross the front desk you could write your name in the dust and grime it stunk. I would not stay here again.

Noticed a cockroach in the bathroom. Barhtub seemed to have a stain on the bottom

The room was dirty, the room was musty, hair that wasn’t ours in bathroom in the shower and on the floor. This place was loud. The family next to us slammed their doors and yelled in the hallway literally all night. The pillows were also really flat.

Bed not comfortable

Staff was very kind and helpful. The door handle on my room was broken and the front desk came to help me maneuver it in a way to get it open. The room was fine, floor was very sticky & dirty, and there were no extra blankets or pillows in the closet.

I loved that that house keeping cleaned the room each day. We stayed at a more expensive hotel prior to our stay and for being there four days they just emptied our trash and gave us new towels. We were at La Quinta for three days and each day they made the bed, cleaned the room, and gave us new towels. Very good customer service as well. Only downside would be the room is starting to seem dated.

Beds were comfy

Bathroom was dirty on arrival. Thin walls and could hear people in other rooms. I couldn’t hear people on my side of hallway it seemed to be the people across the hall. So maybe they were just loud. They allow pets and I could here a dog barking one night.

The property was conveniently located but that seems to be where the positives end. My room keys had to be "recharged" after each use - even within the same 24 hours. There were several areas where cleanliness was overlooked - sticky spots on the tile floor and sticky cup/glass rings on the countertops, to mention a few. Of the 3 nights I stayed, the internet worked for 1 due to a router issue. Staff didn't seem particularly urgent to fix it since they pointed out that their computer was connected by cable. When asked over the course of the stay, several different staff said they were working on it but didn't really know what to do. The description, photos, and reviews did not match my expereince at all.

I didn't like that hotel looks great on pics but in person is dated , dirty , bad smell I asked to be change of room because the lock did looked right , they gave me a new room that didn't look. The only thingthey offer was the room that didn't looked right, we stayed because they're wasn't refund , and AC did work right eaither. I Couldn't sleep , room was hot , awfull place to stay

Loved the Spacious Room, Vibrant Color Scheme, & Pleasant Aroma. Very Clean & stocked w/Plenty of Towels.

Front desk attendant was extremely rude. I booked and prepaid for a King Room. I was placed in a double Queen room and charged $175 for a $99 room.

Starting at 8 o’clock in the morning on the day of check out, housekeeping would not stop knocking on the door, to clean room and wouldn’t even give you a chance to answer, would just open the door, I would definitely not recommend this hotel, even if it is the only one standing.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy.

They tried to charge me a (certain guest) $150 incidentals deposit. After the blatant disrespect I didn’t think it wise to stay so I didn’t.

The service here was superior. I stayed for three nights and needed assistance on two occasions. Both Nick and Lawarence (I think that is his name...) were super helpful. I would definately stay here again.

I have stayed at this location several times, clean, comfortable and affordable. We came in for the art show, arrived at 2:45, and there was no one at the front desk. We rang several times, called several times, and finally at 3:15, someone finally checked us in. That evening, there was a large family in the pool area, about 7 pm, and yes, the kids were having a good time, which is normal for a motel on the weekends. The parent of the family told us that the motel manager told them to leave because they were so unruly, as in pack up and leave. A very drunk man in the parking lot, English not his first language, strapping the rest of a 12 pack then tried to pick up my aunt and myself in the parking lot. That was an adventure. He was sober and clean the next evening. I’ve never had these issues before, and am hoping to not have them again, this location is close enough to the edge of town, in a quiet neighborhood with great places nearby.

Katie at the front counter was amazing at check in time. Everyone else was extremely pleasant during breakfast and check out, didn't catch their names though. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. This is our third year staying here on our annual trip to Kentucky.

We were in town for graduation and it was well priced and convenient for the event. Staff was friendly and the hotel was above average for the price.

We love the oversize rooms which were also clean! Our bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was pretty good, too, complete with sausage, eggs, waffles, bagels, yogurt, etc. We were very pleased!

Decent stay with an ok breakfast.

Property and stay was okay at best. Room had considerable odor. Breakfast provided was absolutely nothing special. Cleanliness was okay but not very good.

Nice place to stay. I only wish the breakfast eggs were better. I enjoyed the coffee.
