for the price the hotel was fine. several homeless people milling around outside and the vending machines did not work very well but there is a gas station within walking distance. upon check out the staff was friendly but they did not follow through very well with some things that I had issues with and I had to call them for several days to finally get it taken care of. they did take care of it it was just a lot more work than it had to be

The bed was comfortable, the price was great, and the location was very convenient for what was on my agenda for the weekend. I took a 1.5 mile walk in the morning before checking out and never felt unsafe. I didn’t eat at the restaurants right next to it, but it wasn’t a very far drive to get a choice of several good local restaurants on Bardstown Road. I would’ve given it a higher rating if there was a refrigerator in the room.

Went to check in at this place and was told my reservation was for the next day and they didn't have any room available my reservation was for 7-16-26 we arrived at 4pm didn't like like the look of the place looked very unsafe so we told her to just cancel our reservation and she stayed that they still had to charge up for the night and we said why when you said you didn't have any rooms available long story short we left.

Stayed 3 nights

3 floors, with NO working elevators, but was told they were active. Had to switch rooms 3 times due to bug infestation. Then was told if I complained again about bugs that I’d be asked to leave. Staff was never at the front desk, always had to call and wait for help. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all! The pictures make it seem okay, but there are roaches all over that place. We couldn’t even bring our belongings into this hotel. Horrible staff and not a bit helpful. Good luck getting your deposit back too, they just seem to hold it until they feel like releasing it
