The hotel staff is great but that’s where it ends. The pool was green in color, non operational and gave off an offensive by odor in the parking lot. Carpet throughout is torn and dirty, curtains in room torn, a/c unit not fully operational, carpet in room had an odor. Poor quality overall for Marriott.

We arrived several hours before check in after having travelled for 8 hours with our dogs. Bethany at the front desk was extremely polite and knowledgeable in addition to being sympathetic to us. She told us we could come back in an hour when the room was clean. Jackie clean our room spotlessly and was able to give me an extra pillow. Both Bethany and Jackie deserve to be recognized for their professionalism and hospitality. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great breakfast, very clean and quiet. There are many places to sit within the hotel to relax and watch tv. The pool area was nice clean and enjoyable. I would definitely stay again

Eh? People were great, but overall the place is run down. Lights are off or dickering in the lobby and hallways, ice machine on our floor was out of order so was the breakfast juice station. Our bed had one side that was absolutely sunken in so much it was like climbing a hill to the other side of the bed- horrible and deformed.

The room had an odor that hit you directly in the face as you walked into the room. The room was not in the best condition for the IGA name and cost of the stay. The bedding had a sunken spot the forced you down no matter what side you slept on. The curtains would not close completely leaving an open space for the outside light to blar in. Overall the stay was disapppinting for the Marriot brand.

I was booked for a three night stay at this hotel. Upon checking into my room, there was no soap or tissue in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to ask for some and I was told the hotel was all out. The following day, I went to the dining room for breakfast and they were out of coffee. I was away from 8:30am until 8pm. When I returned to the hotel, there were signs stating there would be no water the following day from 7am until 3pm. When I got to my room, it had not been cleaned; still No soap or shampoo. When I talked with the front desk, the young woman working said she couldn’t do anything about it. I said I wanted to check out and get a credit for the remainder of my stay. She said she did not have the authority to do that. She made a note for the manager; I left the hotel to go to a different one. I did not hear from the manager the following day. This was the worst experience and I will never again stay at a Fairfield Inn.

This hotel is in serious need of a renovation. Our room had a strong musty smell. Was probably due to the bath having a serious constant drip (really more of low running water). If there are other options I would suggest considering them. I would not stay here again.

I was not given the type of room I booked. I booked two queen beds and got a king with a pull out couch that was a twin size. It was not a huge deal and it worked out fine, but it is not what I booked. And the bed and pull out were very uncomfortable. I won’t book there again for those reasons. It was very clean though. And the shower was amazing!

The front desk gave a room key to a MY ROOM . My wife was alone when a strange man walked into our room. Front desk manager said simple mistake glitches in the system no big deal. Bullhockey it is a big deal. This is the second FairField this has happened to us booked by Expedia. Front management only wants to comp the room this is not enough or acceptable. I expect more from Fairfield and Expedia. Top management has to speak with before check out. It would be nice if you talked to me as well. Thank you

The overall stay was not bad. The downfall was that when we checked in it was a downpour. Which I know is not anyone’s fault except that when we went to go inside (at 2 or so am) the door was locked and no one around to let us in. We had traveled all night and were exhausted. We called the hotel itself and the phone rang and rang. We tried calling hotels.com customer service they were no help just said well go find another hotel. The problem was it was a college championship going on and there were no other hotels that had availability. We banged and banged on the front door until finally a woman woke up off the dining chairs and let us in. I spoke to management she said she would offer some type of reward points etc but I never have seen a thing. I get that it was late but isn’t that their job to watch the front incase there was any problems!?

It was a nice hotel, staff was friendly and accommodating. The only downside was there was not a hot breakfast, apparently the delivery truck did not deliver so they had very minimal to choose from.
