The only negative I have is regarding their airport shuttle. My flight started boarding at 4:30 and their shuttle doesn’t start until 4 am so I had to find a different way to the airport. I booked it because it stated that it provided airport shuttle. So just make sure you have a later flight.

We stayed here before and after a trip. Upon check in we arranged for their shuttle service to/from the airport. When it was time for the shuttle in the morning there wasn't one, and they called an Uber. We were told to call the hotel when we had our luggage after the trip and the shuttle would get us. It took 4 phone calls before anyone would answer. Then the person that did answer was terribly rude and scolding us saying they don't have a shuttle driver, yet we had arranged and paid for this service. They sent us an uber driver again, after multiple unpleasant phone calls. Once at check in we just wanted to leave, but the room had already been paid for and it was late at night so we still kept the room. This will be our last time staying there, and we had been repeat customers for years. It keeps going downhill overall and the lack of friendly customer service is more and more noticeable to the point that it is uncomfortable.

Frankly, I feel that I was lied to and mis-lead, I booked at this location because they claimed to have airport shuttles but when I called them at 12:30 in the morning, they said oh no, we don’t run shuttles after midnight. they clamed it was in the fine print and blamed it on Hotels.com. So there I was stuck at the airport at 12:30 AM without a shuttle and then had to take a taxi who charged me 40 dollars to go 3 miles. I could’ve stayed at a cheaper hotel like Super 8 that I know from experience runs shuttles 24/7 but I thought I’d try something nicer only to discover that they weren’t providing the services. They said they were going to.

Big room! Everything I needed including laundry. There’s also a fitness center and pool. Great value. Breakfast was heartier than a lot of places. Would stay again!

The staff were great about helping secure an accessible room. Their free parking is a great perk. If you are taking the shuttle, though, be prepared to be put in an Uber because they seem to have trouble staffing their shuttle.

I only stayed overnight. Checked in late and left early. The staff was really nice. The hotel was clean and neat. The room was large and well equipped. The only downside I saw was the indoor pool looked a little green as I passed by. I wasn't interested in it so not an issue for me.

We thought parking for our 4 day stay would be included but it was not. Next time, this detail should be more clear when the property is listed on your site. It was an unwelcome extra charge for what was a 7 hr stay before our flight. Kudos to Megan our shuttle driver who took us 15 min earlier then the 4am first shuttle so we could make our 5:20am flight. So nice!

The hotel was great and so was the staff. We were disappointed the pool was under construction so our teens couldn't swim. The room was large and clean. The bathroom had a bathtub that was probably the cleanest i have seen anywhere.

Pros: friendly staff and lovely complimentary breakfast. cons: it seems only certain things are cleaned. •our bed linens were white, clean, and smelled fresh. However, the bed skirt had white stains on it 😞 •the lamp shade had two large orange stains on it. •the desk had a 50¢ size glob of goop on the top left side. •the baseboard in the bathroom had a red crusty stain on it. •the grouted tile floor had another crusty red/orange substance stuck on the grout in between a patch of tiles. We arrived at 11:30pm after a busy day and long car ride and went straight to sleep. It was in the morning when we woke up that we realized what condition the room was in. Unfortunately, I had to be at the hospital by 7:30am and had to rush out before i had a chance to speak with the front office.

Filthy floors everywhere. Elevator, halls, even 8n my room. Did not feel comfortable. Left the hotel. They were nice and understanding. I received a refund. Not terrible, but don't expect very clean

I usually stay at Marriott properties but chose this based on price. The lobby was less then but has a strangely grand chandelier. However the rooms are wonderful. The bathroom was gleaming.

We stayed here after I had surgery at a nearby hospital. We needed a place to rest and heat up meals. I arranged for my wife to check into the room since I would be in surgery the first night. The reception staff were great and checkin went smoothly. The room was quiet and with a roomy refrigerator and even a freezer compartment and microwave it more than met our needs. The large shower and easy entry was ideal for me after surgery. Great place, good breakfast and good price!

The room is big but old. We were going to warm up dinner. I opened the microwave there were left over food all over the microwave. It smelled disgusting. If they didn’t clean the microwave, what else did they not clean? The bed and pillows were also uncomfortable.

I will share the positives first: Check in was great! The lady at the desk was very welcoming, friendly and interactive. The room was clean overall, the bed comfortable and the furnishings were nice. There was really only one negative but for me it was a pretty big one: the room had the very distinct and overpowering smell like it used to be a smoking room. Given how many years it has been since smoking has been allowed in hotels in Oregon, I would think they could have had the smell cleaned out better. It was quite disappointing.

My only issue was the water pressure in the room. You had to take a 25min shower just get to the soap off the pressure was too low. Outside of that no other concerns.

Rooms are beautiful, modern and well planned out. Really everything you would need is there. Pancake machine and waffles are a bonus. My only complaint are their pillows. Very uncomfortable and left us with neck aches.

We liked the size of the room and the comfortable bed, also the large bathroom. What we didn't like was the WIFI service. The free option was a measly 15 mbps, and it was very hard to access from my laptop most of the time. Also, even though I signed up for their rewards program, which promised improved WIFI, I still had to watch a commercial every time I logged on. Also, housekeeping is available only every three days, which seems chintzy, given that the room costs approximately $130 per night.

I chose this property quickly as my mom and I needed a reasonably priced place for a night until I could research a better place. When we arrived we were very surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel. The bathroom was updated, the room was very clean, cool and comfortable. We found great shopping nearby and the free breakfast the next morning sealed the deal and we decided to ask if we could spend the rest of our days in Portland at this lovely hotel. Trish was a great help and went out of her way to not only get us rooms on a sold out night, she gave us a great deal. Every morning brought us a different, delicious breakfast, hot coffee day or night and an easy to park home base for our shopping excursions. I WILL be back.

Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Decent seating area for a suite although the television was focused toward the bed not really shared with the seating space. Convenient to PDX. Only real issue was noise level which, for an airport hotel on a busy road, wasn’t surprising.

Clean and well maintained. Easy access to restaurants, groceries by car and near major highways. Unfortunatey that can be a problem during the evening rush hour as it there is a lot of traffic at intersections around the hotel which slows access a bit. Otherwise great hotel that is well recommended.

Close to the airport very convenient! The breakfast was a highlight. Only downside is the walls are very thin. We had two family parties on both sides of our room and they were extremely loud. It was a weekend so they were pretty packed and couldn’t move rooms.The rooms are outdated as well but very spacious. They had a shuttle that runs hourly. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the service because they didn’t have anything before 8am. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. This is a money saver hotel but don’t expect fancy.

Clean, comfortable, good value. Also quiet, not always the case this near an airport. Decent Bar&grille restaurant in walking distance, also a convenience store. Breakfast was excellent--sausage gravy&biscuits, pancakes, waffles, and all the usuals. We'd stay again.
