Room was clean, bed good. Breakfast very lacking elevator to parking garage then having to walk outside to lobby was shady at first, then got used to it, but made getting coffee. Breakfast in morning more trouble than worth it. Key cards kept going bad. No matter where stored ( not next to other credot cards or phone. Etc) so that you couldnt get in room, and then coukdnt use elevator, had to climb back up or down stairs. Thru underground parking, back to lobby in another building to get someone. . If it wasnt for the misplaced lobby, location w as grest and i believe it was safe, but when not from the area, the appearance of using a tiny service elevator that opens up under a parking garage beside dumpsters is just not a good look and made me feel unsafe initially. Staff, edpecially main guy were nice.

Parking was fine but $10 per day. Breakfast was a joke, room was old and run down, smelled musty, doesn’t look anything close to the pictures. Just plain awful.

The hotel is fine, a bit tattered but quite comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, location to dining good. I may have missed the disclosure but I was surprised to get billed for parking, especially in a mostly empty hotel and with no events at the time!

The hotel is a good value for the money in the lovely city of Portland. the hotel used to be busier and better, but still it is a good value for the money. the hotel is clean, and parking is available for additional fees. Simple continental breakfast in the morning. The swimming pool is closed permanently. nice location and access to multiple surrounding services and shops. staff are friendly and kind. The room has everything you need: fridge, microwave, iron, etc. some people complain about the noise and that depends on the location of the room, if toward the street and if there is an event in the Moda center. but overall, I did not notice the noise during my stay.

When I arrived, I was informed the elevator was broken. Normally, this is not a problem, but for business trips I haul in heavy boxes. The only solution that was offered me was to cancel, which was ridiculous since I had pre-paid and it was a convention weekend. (Everything was booked or very expensive.) There was no suggestion of assistance at all. (It made me wonder about those folks in wheelchairs who had booked ahead of time. What were they suppose to do?) I did see a young lady with a cane have difficulty climbing the stairs. (I offered to assist, but she turned me down.) The up side was whenever housekeeping saw me struggling, they kindly offered to help as did other guests. Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is close to the convention center and the light rail. Food choice are minimal, but there is a Safeway grocery store about a 1/2 mile away. By the way, the elevator was never fixed while I was there.

There was a cream larva with brown head in the bed. Could not sleep. Son was getting married that weekend and ended up taking an Uber for 2 nights in a row in middle of night to his fiancee grandparent's house. The website stated there was an indoor pool...hasnt been working for a year. Horrible experience.

The street noice in room 209 was loud as hell. The room smelled like a damp coffin and one of the lamp lights were burning a whole into its shade.. No shower gel or shampoo in the containers. And the queen bed felt like it was slipping away from beneath me. I guess the saying is true. You get what you pay for. And that is the case here. Be warned.

By far the dirtiest motel I have ever been in. Check the Yelp reviews!! Paint chipped off the walls, peeling baseboard, stained upholstery, stained mattress cover, stained lampshade, stained carpet, bits of crud on the floor around the refrigerator and under the bed, a Slim Jim wrapper stuffed into the chair, more trash stuffed into the box spring of the bed, crud in the fridge, and a musty smell coming from the air conditioner (which gave me an allergy headache). The bathroom was the only thing that was clean, and appeared more recently renovated. Did a bedbug check after seeing the state of things and found none, but did find what appeared to be a fentanyl pipe under the mattress and unidentifiable objects stuffed up into a big hole on the underside of the box spring (fortunately when I went down to the front desk to get someone to clean it out, it turned out to be just trash). The manager was apologetic and appeared to be doing his best, but the state of the place is noticeably worn out and dirty, and the cleaning staff did not do a thorough job at all. During my stay, I requested cleaning service, and left a note for housekeeping, in English and Spanish, with a tip, detailing the places where I had found stains and filth. Yet after they serviced the room, not only did they not change any of the stained linens, they did not even vacuum the rug.

Looked absolutely nothing like the photos. I wasn’t expecting much for a budget hotel but wow, very run down. The lobby had a VERY strong scent that appeared to be trying to cover up an odor. The man at the front desk proceeded to tell us he’s had people sneak in chickens to the room, so not a great start. There was hair all over in our bed sheets, toilet about to fall out of the floor, screen on the window looked like it had been busted out before, and only one of the window locks worked. There was red tape all over a light bulb for whatever reason, the plug ins were so old that noting would stay plugged in, things were very old and very janky. I highly recommend splurging a bit more for your hotel stay if you are trying to make it more budget friendly.

The room was neat found unwanted hair within the body towels, the light fixtures around the walls, and on the table dusty my pillows were musty. The room smelled damp and dreary, stale, and for the price of one night wasn’t worth it whatsoever. and as far as the continental breakfast, I’m not sure if I needed to get there at 7 AM to enjoy the best of the food. At any rate, I will not be returning.

The location was great for the basketball game. Both the front desk out and the housekeepers were lovely. However, both beds were saggy. The sink was very dirty, and when we went for the continental breakfast, there was no butter, no coffee or coffee cups. We ended up having to go to Denny’s for breakfast. One of the reasons why we booked the hotel was because of the breakfast and the location. Also, it seems that someone was living in a motor home on the property?

The property seems to have some cosmetic issues; the pool is 3 ft deep and depressing. Breakfast only offered coffee/tea, Yammi yogurts, make-your-own waffles, and two kinds of cereal. The beds were soft but felt old and not supportive. But it sufficed for 3 nights. 2-star hotel only.

Lobby, hallways, and pool are out dated and a bit off putting. The room was not bad. The bathroom looked newly renovated and the bed was comfortable. Not much to do within walking distance and were told by locals it is not the safest area. Overall, it worked for our short stay but would not book here again.

While arriving at the hotel, I pulled up to a closed lobby with two of the individuals waiting. We were all outside close to 2am so I expected the lobby to be closed and it was new years eve/day but it was not busy and the hospital still had 3 different reservations standing outside until the gentlemen got back. After getting into the lobby and the gentlemen helped with my prepaid reservation. I made a comment that it would have been nice to have a note on the door with an ETA instead of just a doorbell that no one came too. When we mentioned the timing issue the gentlemen proceeded to raise his voice and say that he was gone 3 or maybe 4 minutes. I had mentioned that the other couple were here before me and they had mentioned 10 minutes before I arrived and I was there an additional 5-10 minutes myself after them. I know for sure it was NOT 3-4 minutes as the gentlemen said but at the end of the day his irritation and raised voice after I had been standing in the cold for the last 10-20 minutes was frustrating to say the least. Next the security deposit was the hotel was 150.00 which I felt was high but I knew it was going to be there. My card was charged unfortunately for 190.00. Overall the room itself was alright but the service experienced was far from desirable.

After getting into the lobby and the gentlemen helped with my prepaid reservation. I made a comment that it would have been nice to have a note on the door with an ETA instead of just a doorbell that no one came too. When we mentioned the timing issue the gentlemen proceeded to raise his voice and say that he was gone 3 or maybe 4 minutes. I had mentioned that the other couple were here before me and they had mentioned 10 minutes before I arrived and I was there an additional 5-10 minutes myself after them. I know for sure it was NOT 3-4 minutes as the gentlemen said but at the end of the day his irritation and raised voice after I had been standing in the cold for the last 10-20 minutes was frustrating to say the least. Next the security deposit was the hotel was 150.00 which I felt was high but I knew it was going to be there. My card was charged unfortunately for 190.00. Overall the room itself was alright but the service experienced was far from desirable.

We checked in at 4pm left to a concert came back at 11:45 pm to head to bed. To some horrible loud banging noise every so often to point it woke us up 4xs Went to try a knock on neighbors room to get them to stop, looked to see if the noise was coming from roof. Went to front desk for resolve. They did nothing offered nothing. Left at 12:30. Asked for a refund since we live in Seattle area an had to drive home in middle of night due to noise in room. Nothing was offered in return not even half. Horrible customer service wouldn’t stay there

Front and cleaning staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I did hesitate to book here because of all the negative reviews I traveled with kids so that was my concern but I thought I’d give it a try and honestly not bad at all of course it’s not luxurious but it is clean which is the most important especially when traveling with kids bed sheets were clean I always double check and towels were clean, it’s only a 5 min walk to moda center and honestly with a lot of people going the same way walk felt a lot less. Pool was clean towels in pool clean and available I say this because some hotels don’t have any available at the time you need and here they had a rack full and ready. Breakfast is decent enough to get you through your next meal:). Outside noise was not bad we couldn’t hear noise from our room there’s also enough lighting outside hotel to see everything around you when your walking. Would recommend!

Noisy, no staff at night to deal with complaints. Outdated furnishings, but pretty clean. You're just not going to sleep here without pharmaceutical assistance. Very shady spot- I promise you there are better options available!

The inn was definitely showing its age, but it was extremely clean & comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The waffles were delicious. It was in a convenient location to walk to many different places and right near light rail for more adventures and an easy trip back to the airport.

Overall sketchy area, seemingly more transients than other folks on the sidewalks, and I am very familiar with rampant street disorder that the West Coast tolerates and I like to walk around.. the worst thing though were the inconsiderate guests blaring porn at 2am and others noisily coming in later at all hours. So no sleep is a dealbreaker! The actual room was ok, and there is a good Indian restaurant nearby (Naan and Curry).

The location was great for the basketball game. Both the front desk out and the housekeepers were lovely. However, both beds were saggy. The sink was very dirty, and when we went for the continental breakfast, there was no butter, no coffee or coffee cups. We ended up having to go to Denny’s for breakfast. One of the reasons why we booked the hotel was because of the breakfast and the location. Also, it seems that someone was living in a motor home on the property?

Hotel was adequate for my needs, attending a conference at the convention center (very close by and near transit hub). The property seems to have some cosmetic issues; the pool is 3 ft deep and depressing. Breakfast only offered coffee/tea, Yammi yogurts, make-your-own waffles, and two kinds of cereal. I stayed Quality Inn to attend an event at Oregon Convention Center. It's 5 minutes walk from convention center and LRT station to the airport so it was great location. The one thing disappointed in me is breakfast selection. They had waffle, cereal, yogurt and apples.

The hotel is a good value for the money in the lovely city of Portland. the hotel used to be busier and better, but still it is a good value for the money. the hotel is clean, and parking is available for additional fees. Simple continental breakfast in the morning. The swimming pool is closed permanently. nice location and access to multiple surrounding services and shops. staff are friendly and kind. The room has everything you need: fridge, microwave, iron, etc. some people complain about the noise and that depends on the location of the room, if toward the street and if there is an event in the Moda center. but overall, I did not notice the noise during my stay.

When we decided to book the room it had a pool which was drained when we got there. It said continental breakfast but the only things they had were 2 manual.waffle makers and coffee, a handful of yogurt, small bowl of little apples an a liyttle bit of milk, 2 types of cold cereal wiyh tiny bowls. If thatcwasnt chintzy enough it was supposed to be open ftom 600 am to 1000 am and the guy working the desk grabbed everything at 930 am before i coukd even get a second cup of coffee. Usually a continental breakfast has somd eggs, meat, toast,fresh fruit if a few varieties and maybe some hashbrowns. Very subpar and then to be eushed out esrly was not a welcoming or decent breakfast which was part of the reason I got this room. Decent location though, and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Could've been cleaner but served it's purpose Someone's eye extension was stuck to a plastic wrapped straw in the hotel room, presumably from a previous guest, so that was kinda gross. The chair had a stain but wasn't the worst I guess. The bed was clean, all around it was alright. The desk clerk was a little rude to a guest around the end of breakfast time.
