Really clean with friendly staff. Pool area was really loud with machinery echos, but pool was clean and well maintained. Parking was $39 a night and a little tight to get into. Large vehicles might have trouble. Breakfast was only fair so after two days we decided to go out to breakfast.

Quiet studio room with well equiped kitchen, full size refrigerator with ice maker. Parking in garage is $39 per night. Parking on level 5 lets to into floor 2 of the hotel. Breakfast is included and had basic offerings. Coffee was good.

Breakfast was crazy due to big groups in town but hotel staff did a good job making sure everything was full and area was organized . The bar tender was wonderful and gave helpful tips of places around town and transit . There was some confusion on getting the correct change for the laundry mat and the front staff were not well informed on check in with a group rate procedure . The parking was a little tight if you are in a mini van or larger truck . Overall great stay

Stayed her overnight after a friend's birthday party. Great location, close to the freeway so easy to navigate to, but well-insulated so you don't hear any noise. There is a nice riverfront path across the street that is very safe, and lots of nearby bars and restaurants. The continental breakfast is definitely one of the best I've experienced, and that includes living in hotels for three months last year while our home was being remodeled. Parking is $40 a night but that's not unusual for downtown.

This is a great property for a sparkling clean stay with great views of the Willamette River. The hotel is close to the river stroll that extends the length of Portland’s downtown. Even though it is next to freeway exchanges-it is quiet-the area is tucked away from through traffic. Several dining options including a great bar and bartender on property

The property was under construction and under staffed. Do not stay here if you plan on parking a Van or large suv and in their lot. The entrance to the parking structure is a sharp 90 degree angle with structure beam in the lane and no wiggle room. It was extremely difficult to get into this narrow space and my vehicle was damaged.

The hotel was clean, with a large suite to accommodate a family with 5 kids very comfortably. We have a view of the river and some city life which was nice to wake up to. The breakfast included was also well displayed and had a good variety. Will return to this place if looking in Portland. Staff was friendly and parking garage at hotel felt very safe to leave car in over night, worth the price. Cheaper than the local parking garages.

I didn’t like that I found what I suspected was dried blood on sheets and pillows in first room, requested to change rooms. Then next day talked to manager, all they offered me was to comp my parking fees. Otherwise stay was Okay. But I recommend checking the bedding in the room.

Was an ok hotel. Definitely not up to par on cleanliness. The bedding for the pull out sofa had to be put on which was fine but it had blood on it. And the cupboard for dishes contained some random pill and a used tooth pick plus all the dishes needed to be washed before they could be used. The room was strangely both quiet and noisy. The soundproofing from the freeways and rest of the hotel was very good but the noise levels of the fridge and heating/cooling unit in the room were overly loud and my entire family was woken up at least once every hour because either the fridge or heating/cooling unit was kicking in. The room only provided 3 towels for 4 people. The pool never once had towels ready to go without having to request them to be brought up which meant dragging the kids down a floor to the lobby and then back up to the pool. $39 usd for parking that was not fully secured was a total rip off.

the room was definitely not clean sheets had dirt stain but worse was a condom wrapper was found by my baby niece on the couch and they said the form of compensation was a new room obviously but only to write off the parking ticket that they didn’t even write off for me they still charged my card for it. Won’t be coming back.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was clean and presentable. One thing we would have liked is the pool to be open abit longer. And in our 3 day stay we did not have housekeeping come to tidy the room. Not sure if they were short staffed or if we needed to call for room service. I will definitely book my stay at this hotel in Portland again.

Medical, quick trip, check in staff was wonderful. The room was well equipped but it needed to be better cleaned, there was hair in the shower, crumbs in the kitchen and simply not very clean (the floor). Great location for our needs !

Hotel is under renovation so the reception area and elevators are dirty but our room was clean, big and very new. The staff was very friendly give us the top floor. Free breakfast which was nice. Parking was 39 per night which cheaper than others in the areas which some go up to 55 dollar. Hotel next to the high way so little of noise but it didn’t bother us much since we out most of the day and too tire at night to care. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

The two bedroom suite is an absolute dream for traveling with kids. The accessible suite has a washroom with a roll-in shower that perfectly accommodates a crib, so a baby can sleep undisturbed while other guests can use the second washroom.

We have stayed there many times as a convenient, safe, and nice place to stay during visits to OHSU. What we don’t like is the new couch. It couldn’t be more uncomfortable! Also, those are the worst pillows on the bed. Couldn’t you offer one soft and one firm on each side? Again! Super uncomfortable. Worst night’s sleep.

We stayed in a king bed suite and it was so nice and spacious! Clearly a well thought out floor plan. Our room faced the river and it was so pretty. The freeway was right above on the bridge but we didn’t have any noise issues. Very clean hotel, super comfortable bed. The staff was friendly, nice pool and hot tub and a really nice breakfast in the morning. We appreciated the parking deck ($39 per night extra cost, but worth it in downtown.) Only drawback was not many food options close by so we DoorDashed dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

I appreciated the free breakfast and in-room kitchen. Having a full sized refrigerator, sink, dishes, and stovetop were super convenient for traveling with kids. The location requires you to drive to most Portland attractions, however if you want a quieter space and don’t mind driving I would recommend it. The room needed small repairs, like the molding in the bathroom peeling off the wall, but overall it felt clean and safe.

About what you would expect from an extended-stay hotel. No restaurants or anything around the hotel - a bit far of a walk from anything decent. 10 min drive to decent coffee. Main complaint is that when we arrived, we were told we were "upgraded", but were not told that "upgrade" included not being outside. Really claustrophobic and not at all comforting.

The check in process was a disaster. They couldn't find our reservation using any method because it was booked through hotels.com. We had our itinerary number, copy of paid receipt, and all the details. We had to wait over an hour for them to figure it out while we waited in lobby with our toddler.

The staff at the front desk were professional and friendly. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel as a whole as well as the room I stayed in. I needed some extra items for the room and they were provided them without any delay. The breakfast was great and there was a good assortment of food to choose from. Everything was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. It was very relaxing to use after a long day of exploring downtown Portland. This hotel is in a great location. There's a transit stop right next to the hotel entrance and the river is within a short 5 minute walk. I was able to get around mostly using the street cars and Trimet buses.

Everything was good except front desk service. had to ask them twice for everything. i requested one time for some extra towels in the morning but received in the night time after i called service desk again. and then received extra towels next day again but just 30mins before checkout. despire this everything was good breakfast was fresh lobby and high traffic areas were cleaned. parking rate was a bit high.

I love the location - you can step outside and walk for miles along the river. There are also plenty of places to eat and nice coffee shops too. If you want to head downtown, you can use the wonderful public transport and leave your car at the hotel.

Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived early so we came by the hotel to see if could get an early check-in. The front desk staff was able to accomodate our request and we were able to check in. We appreciate that the staff member checked. Also just an overall great location on the river. Nice riverwalk area with good restaurants and shops within a short walking distance.

They let us leave our luggage before we could check in so we could go to eat. Complimentary breakfast was good , we had eggs, sausage, yogurt, coffee and waffles. We were 4 so two slept on the queen bed and the other 2 people slept on a full size sofa bed. We asked for extra sheets. We stayed two nights. Thanks!

Breakfast is nothing to write home about. I have stayed in other Residence Inn locations and they all have better breakfast. Very limited items and the only fruit on offer wa banana.

Breakfast area was nice, lots of seating choices, but the breakfast items were disappointing for such a nice property and higher price. Old bananas were the only fruit. No peanut butter, No bread except bagels or English muffins. One choice of muffin. Decent oatmeal.

The property is well maintained and location is pretty good. To improve: Breakfast options are limited. One of the juice option was always out of order during our stay. One of the lift was also out of order for all 4 days which was really painful with only 1 lift functioning.

Lovely place right on the river walk with lots of dining options. Big room that was quiet and clean. Only complaint was lack of promised hot breakfast(no eggs or bacon etc) due to staff shortage.
