We were disappointed to find that the slide designed for five people was broken during our visit. As a family of five, it was the only ride we could all enjoy together, and we had really been looking forward to it. Its closure not only affected our experience but also made the lines for the other slides much longer, which added to the frustration.

I've been to both Kalahari (Poconos) and Great Wolf Lodge. Yes - Kalahari is massive and dwarfs GWL, but I found their accommodations unimpressive. At GWL, my girls loved having their own bunk room with TV, but they did say the bed was uncomfortable. I thought the room was fine for what we were there for, albeit pricey. This was my first time being there while the outdoor area was open. There were lots of guests there during our overnight stay, so I'm glad we were able to spread out between the indoor park and the outdoor pool. A lot of attractions are packed into the indoor area but my girls seemed to not have a problem with wait times. They really did have a ball. The food was just ok. We did most of our eating at local establishments. Honestly, we were pleasantly surprised at Williamsburg's food scene!

The water park was worth the visit. Lots of slides and other activities including lazy river, wave pool, surf, large hot tub for kids and adults. Food is relative expensive but that's the case in these kinds vacation spots. Employees are always active and keeping an eye on the kids. There were lots of activities in the main lobby for kids, there is a laser tag and arcade as well.

This is a nice place for children and teens. They have a lot of children activities in addition to the swimming. My teenage grandsons loved the slides. We enjoyed playing the indoor golf. The boys loved the arcade. I enjoyed the shopping and also having a Dunkin Donut Coffee Shop. You definitely get your steps in each day. Our room was adequate but I really wished the furniture was more comfortable. We had 5 of us in our room and there wasn’t enough seating. The family suite we had didn’t match the picture I chose. No sink in the bathroom.

We went to wolf lodge for the indoor Waterpark. The workpark was great, but we are disappointed with everything else. From delayed check-in, to getting a not so clean room, and not having any house keeping service made the overall experience bad. The room was ok, but had uncomfortable bed. There were plenty of parking. The place was very busy and our concerns were not addressed when we spoke to the front desk. We will not return to this location.

Very nice family experience lots for the family to do while there. Wishing more hand sanitation stations were available, but other than that no issues with cleanliness. Nice buffet breakfast. Looking forward to our next visit!

The room was super dirty, the sheets on the bed had blood, full of hair. The deck full of bird poop, couldn’t even step in there. The carpet had stairs and rips all over them. Terrible place

GWL Williamsburg was wonderful! I received my 1st welcome text 3 days before, the next day I got an opportunity to upgrade my room for FREE. Check-in was quick, front desk was wonderful about explaining locations of everything. Very welcoming. Room and bathroom very clean and spacious. Outside ground area clean and well kept. We celebrated our grandkids preschool graduation, they enjoyed and we definitely will be back. GREAT EXPERIENCE

We stayed here on our way back home from a longer trip to give my daughter something to look forward to. The room was cute. The staff at the hotel, water park and magic shop were so sweet. We had the best time. Can't wait to go back. Everything was clean and safety seemed very important to the staff. I've always been reluctant to give it a try but really really pleased as a family destination

We have stayed at Perryville 2x before. This was our first time at Williamsburg. We really enjoyed the service, the location of our room and easy access to it. And the water park was fully staffed with attentive lifeguards. It didn’t seem nearly as crowded as perryville, and not nearly as LOUD. It was busy, but peaceful. The one bummer part was the pull out bed in our room… was very old and slouched down a lot. Our teen was quite miserable sleeping on it. The bedding on the queen beds were loose. Not tightly tucked. So they wrinkled very easily and the mattress cover and such was all bunched up through the night.

They book me for a room that i requested a balcony , when i walked in the bigs ac units and the water pumps was right in front of me with loud noise non stop even night time , when i went to the front desk to ask to change the room , my kids couldn't sleep , they said no rooms are available .

The hotel is getting a bit tired, staff were wonderful but beds are needing an upgrade particularly the sofa bed. The food must be reevaluated, not much is available for healthy eating.

The bowling alley had 3 broken lanes. They were either missing card readers or they were broken off and the staff said “thats just how it is”. The arcade is t an arcade it’s a kids casino. Water resistant does were really good with short waits. Food is trash and way way overpriced. They tack on weird charges after you leave. It is absolutely not worth the money. Air conditioner didn’t work first night. They don’t have central ac. This was the absolute last time we will visit. Don’t go.

We went to wolf lodge for the indoor Waterpark. The workpark was great, but we are disappointed with everything else. This property is everything that we imagined. As you drive up to the parking lot you get a WOW experience. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. We are having an amazing time and we will plan to return.

I asked pool staff if they can do a happy birthday shout out for my twin nephews after the activities and the response was if they do it for them everyone else will want the same. A very lame and lazy excuse after spending thousands between the 2 parties that reserved space. Our party of 6 adults and 9 children was very disappointed.

Was a great overnight stay! Fun for the teens and comfortable, clean accommodations. I do; however, ask that housekeeping staff not come barging in the room before guests are fully out of the room, telling us we need to leave because we checked out. The kids had a blast soo much to do, but i recommend if you get hungry to just order pizza... we ordered food from snack bar chips were stale, cheese was watery, and cost 4 times more than 2 pizzas which werevhot fresh and delicious

Pool amazing, staff amazing, however food poor but cheap, under 3 ate free so that was a bonus. Next time I would book a lodge to cook ourselves. Ten pin bowls need looking at.
