ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser Wien

Das Hotel liegt ausserhalb von Wien aber trotzdem noch zentral gelegen, in der Nähe von einer ÖVNP-Haltestelle und in der Nähe des Prater auf der anderen Seite des Donaukanals. Das Personal ist super freundlich und konnte uns bei jeder Gelegenheit helfen. Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig für 2 Personen und hatte alles. Auch das Bett war bequem. In den Übernachtungspreisen ist das Frühstück pro Person enthalten. Das Früstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und bietet für jeden Gaumen etwas. Alles sehr lecker! Die Mitarbeiter im Service versuchen Ihr Bestes, damit immer alles sauber ist. Vielen Dank für das schöne Wochenende. Zum Glück hat das Wetter mitgespielt. Jederzeit gerne wieder. PS: das Hotel hat auch einen eigenen Parkplatz, die Preise kosten bis zu 30 Euro pro 24Std.

Das Hotel ist gleich bei der U-Bahn-Haltestelle der U1 gelegen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist gut. es gibt eine Sauna ganz oben mit schönem Ausblick. Das Frühstück ist gut und die Auswahlö an Speisen ebenfalls.

Ich hatte ein Comfort-Zimmer gebucht und habe in einer Suite übernachten können. Super Upgrade! Danke. Komfort, Sauberkeit und Frühstück alles tiptop. Einziger Negativpunkt: In der Wellnesszone sind diverse Anlagen ausser Betrieb. Am zweiten Tag ist nicht mal mehr die Sauna gelaufen. Schade und enttäuschend.

Vi ble oppgradert til suite. Det var veldig romslig og veldig fint. Det er kanskje litt langt fra sentrum, men det er veldig nært t-banen, så lokalisering var ganske fint. Veldig god frokost med varme retter. Fin terasse, adgang til basseng, sauna på 5. etasje

Desværre var servicen på hotellet, især den første dag, ikke tilfredsstillende. Til trods for at de besvarer spørgsmål, virker de ligeglade og undlod at eskortere os til værelset eller vejlede os til garagen, hvilket resulterede i, at vi blev forvirrede den første dag. Hotellet og vores værelse var dog upåklageligt rent, og afstanden til alle de steder, vi skulle hen, var også god. Vi blev opkrævet en betydelig pris på 28 euro pr. dag for parkering i garagen. Det synes vi er dyrt.

Alles im allem gute Unterkunft mit einfachem Zugang zur Innenstadt. Wir dachten die Tiefgarage sei für Personen die eine Unterkunft in diesem Hotel haben ohne kosten zu zugänglich. Leider mussten wir dafür einen überteuerten Preis zahlen. Das Personal an der Rezeption kam uns sehr unsympathisch rüber und man hat oft nur wage Aussagen bekommen und musste mehrmals nachfragen.

Mit einer kleinen Eckküche, ein Wohnzimmer mit einem zweier Sofa und Fernsehen und auch im Schlafzimmer gab es seperat nochmal ein Fernseher. - Das Bad war traumhaft und riesig und beinhaltete sowohl eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne. Die Toilette und das Bad waren voneinander getrennt bzw. In zwei seperaten Zimmern, was hervorragend war. - Nicht nur für eine Städtereise, sondern auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Familie top Hotel und top Zimmergröße. - Wir sind erst in der Nacht gegen 02:00 Uhr morgens angekommen. Das Einchecken war Dank dem netten Sezer (Night Manager) kein Problem. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. - Sehr freundliches Personal - Top Sauberkeit - Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab eine recht gute und ausreichende Auswahl. - Das King-Size-Bett und die Kissen waren sehr gemütlich. CONTRA: - Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Stört jedoch kaum, da die Zimmer eine hervorragende Größe haben und täglich top sauber gemacht wurde. Ein extra Lob an die Reinigungsdamen. - Viel zu hohe Parkgebühren für die hoteleigene Tiefgarage (30€ pro Tag)! - Ich bin ein Kaffeeliebhaber, und leider schmeckte der Kaffee nicht wirklich gut. Kurzgefasst: - Ich würde das Hotel definitiv wieder buchen.

Nice quiet hotel, close to the conference centre and the U-bahn station. The gym was not operational while we were there and that was a major disappointment. The hotel took this for granted and did not make any effort to make amends.

Service was ok, but nor so nice as before. My bathtube was not clean - i was cleaning it my self before i use it. Airconditioner was not working prpperly -it was very warm in the room.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in process was the slowest I have ever experienced. Waited 30mins for 4 people ahead on me while checking in and we arrived at 3pm. And that was just to look up details not explain anything about the local area or anything. Weirc knock on the door from two guys after check in to see if we wanted anything from the minibar when we were relaxing after our trip so it was annoying and breach of privacy: if we wanted we would have told you. Door into the room had a stuck mechanism and had to be unlocked by staff at 2am.

First, they claimed they were overbooked and tried to get me to go to another hotel farther away. Then, there was only 1 towel for 2 people, and had to wait until almost 11pm for bedding, after asking 4 times, and then made the bed myself. By the way, walking through the halls at 11pm at night, I could see that the hotel had a lot of empty rooms as rooms were either marked occupied or vacant.

However, I wasn't happy with the room, very limited electricity points, the TV didnt have any English channels working and the AC never worked for the 4 nights that I stayed there. Though, the reception is fantastic and I really loved how Muhammed in the reception is always smiling and helpful no matter what. Overall I would definitely stay there again because of the location and the breakfast and the staff, but I wish the rooms could be made functional for the next stay.

The best thing about this property is its location, if you are going for businness at the VIC. This hotel is literally accross the street from the VIC and U station. The food was also very good. The cons were the dated carpeting and attendant stuffy smell. For the same price, I prefer staying at NH Danube City, which is a 3-minute walk from the VIC.

I found the room I had to be a little dated. Lack of electrical outlets for charging laptop & phone, those that were there were not conveniently placed for practical use. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast really good. Very well located for working at the Austria Center, and train station.

The train station is just a few meters away, that was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is nice. They have fresh bread, there are lots of options for teas, coffee, juice, and they have lots of fresh fruits, veggies, deli meats, smoked salmon, soups, eggs, bacon...the works. Just a heads up that the front desk staff was a bit weird about me asking them to clean my room the morning of. Something very unusual for a hotel. They do have a system of requesting it the night before through a QR code. There is no house keeping if you don't request it with the purpose of being "green." I hope this was a one off experience but I had dropped and broke my makeup compact that morning and it made a mess in the bathroom. I was rushing out so I figured I'd go to the front desk and quickly request the cleaning. Both ladies at the front pestered me for the QR code request and insisted I needed to make the request through the QR code 24 hours before. I had to almost argue and explain I needed the cleaning that day. I never thought it would be that difficult to request day-of house keeping at a hotel. Mind you it was 8am and I didn't care if they came at 3pm. They finally agreed and it was done. Aside from that, everything was great.

I had 3 pm check-in and I arrived early as 9 am. Reception informed me that they will give me a room as soon as one available, however, they did not even though other people came after me and they checked in. Also, there was an option to pay 50 euro for early check-in but they didn’t mentioned it when I went for the reception couple of times except when it was already 2 pm. I booked a king bed room, however, it was two twin bids attached together and the cover was two twin size covers. I paid almost 300 USD a night for the room, however, there was no water or even a note book in the room, also trash cans were without bags.

I stayed at the hotel both for work and vacation. Prior to my arriving at the hotel, I had contacted them to confirm I could ship some work materials for them to store until I arrived. This was confirmed by the hotel. A few days prior to my arrival, I sent a note to confirm they had received the items, but received no response. On checking in at the hotel, the staff had no knowledge of the materials. The first working day after my arrival (I arrived Friday evening, so the following Monday), I discovered that the materials had been refused by the hotel owing to an unexpected customs' duty that had not been paid. On resolving this matter with the shipping company, and confirming with the hotel they would let me know when the materials had arrived, the materials duly arrived and all was well. However, prior to my resolving this matter, I sent the hotel a number of emails to ask for an explanation why they did not simply pay the charge on my behalf and charge that to me, or at the very least contact me to explain they had refused to accept the packages. These emails remain unanswered, which is a frustration. Furthermore, as the Hotels.com booking was separate from the business booking I had made, I had let the reception team know this on check-in and prior to the start of my Hotels.com booking, and yet it still prompted a 20-minute at the hotel while they sorted my room key out, after it had expired. The hotel is overall good, but clearly communication needs to be worked on.

Value for money. Customer service was exceptional. Many thanks for the exceptional welcome and attentiveness . Kudos to Claudia, Vivian, Rodolfo and Alexis- all gems of the Hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, dennoch ist Kommunikation leider nicht die Stärke der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. So waren die Auskünfte bezüglich der Anreise vom Flughafen mit U-Bahn bzw. Bus sehr mager und leider teilweise falsch. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Kaisermühlen ist derzeit wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt, dies Info hätte das Hotel für anreisende Gäste weiter geben können. Die Abreise mit dem Shuttle-Bus erfolgt übrigen AUSSCHLIESSLICH von der gegenüberliegenden Haltestelle am UNO-Center. Die Shuttle-Bus - Haltestelle vor dem Hotel ist lediglich für die Ankunft, nicht für die Abfahrt gedacht. Der ahnungslose Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gab uns leider die Falschauskunft, man könne auch direkt vom Hotel in den Shuttle-Bus einsteigen, was definitiv nicht stimmt. Dadurch haben wir schließlich den Shuttle-Bus zum Flughafen verpasst und waren gezwungen ein Taxi zu nehmen, um noch rechtzeitig zu kommen. Guter Service sind anders aus, vor allem in einem 4-Sterne -Hotel!!! Thema Frühstück: Großes Gedränge am Buffet morgens ab etwa 8.30 Uhr und mit dem Ansturm völlig überfordertes und zu wenig Personal, das mit dem Nachlegen und dem Wiederbefüllen der Kaffeeautomaten einfach kaum nachkam. Lange Schlangen haben sich in der Folge vorm Kaffeeautomat gebildet. Auch hier übrigens keine Kommunikation des Personals mit den Gästen, das würde viele Fragen erübrigen.

I loved my stay in this hotel alot, I went for business and the location is perfect and very close to the subways. Beside the staff are friendly and kind especially Georgina!!! I met her once but she was very welcoming and full of positive energy even though I wasnt in the mood to talk and laugh but because of her I forgot my tiredness and started to smile. The hotel should always hold this kind of staff!

One of the best Hotels that you can stay in Vienna. 200M from U1 Metro station and 2 stations by Metro to Westfield big shopping center. Very decent breakfast.

I attended a conference at the VIC which was a stone's throw from this hotel. Comfortable, clean, not so far from the airport and perfect for business and leisure travelers. The room was fairly large and could fit in a young family easily.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es la buena conexión con el Metro con el centro de la ciudad. Lo peor es que es una zona mas bien de trabajo y hay pocas opciones para comer o desayunar.

Ottima sistemazione a Vienna! Stanza spaziosa e pulita. Colazione ricca e molto varia. Comoda anche per la metro, basta attraversare la strada con il sottopassaggio pedonale e si arriva alla linea U1. Con sei fermate si arriva a Stephansplatz.

Ok hotel i kort avstand fra t-banen. Bra rengjort og hyggelig personale, men dersom du skulle ha noen allergier, vær forsiktig. Ingen merking av allergener og de greide faktisk å ha gluten på bacon ved å ha brødskiver i bunnen av baconbeholderen til frokost. Ikke stol på at de har ala carte i restauranten. Da vi kom hadde de kun middagsbuffet… som ikke var merket.

Good hotel near the UN and a metro station. The breakfast was fine. The restaurant has limited options for dinner. The rooms are relatively large and comfortable. Staff is not particularly welcoming but is overall professional.

A peaceful setting and not troubled by children. Mainly conference clientele. Rooms need some attention e.g. power sockets, accessible bath for older people. Limited food in the evenings, especially for vegetarians.

O hotel é muito bom, principalmente para quem está em Viena a trabalho na ONU. É muito perto da estação de metrô (U1) e também do ônibus que leva para o aeroporto (VIE). Mas, na minha opinião, o ponto alto do hotel é o café da manhã: excelente, com muitas opções de comidas internacionais.
