Wat hebben we het hier fantastisch gehad! 3 nachten en 3 dagen. Het personeel is zo behulpzaam, heeft enorm leuke ideeën en geen vraag teveel. Midden in de stad een prachtige locatie. Kamer is ruim, wel wat puntjes zoals de vloer van de douche, die bolt op door het water. Verder is de hele accomodatie Netjes, schoon, ruim, elke dag schoon gemaakt. Beide zwembaden zijn heerlijk. Goede sportzaal. Heerlijk dak terras. Het ontbijt gaat we missen. Dat was fantastisch. Lekkere koffie, ontbijt bestel je de dag ervoor. Ook fietsen beschikbaar, heel leuk om daarmee door de stad te gaan. Kortom een onwijze aanrader

vraiment une belle découverte de ces lieux et de l'accueil formidable de l'équipe, toujours à l'écoute et disponible. l'endroit et les lieux autour sont agréables et permettent un accès aux sites historiques facilement. même le service de navette aéroport est très pro et pas cher comparativement aux VTC et aux autres taxis. je recommande plus que vivement cet endroit. Il manquerait juste des meubles de jardin et parasols pour rester au calme près de la piscine

This property is very new. The inside is clean and bright. The owner is friendly and very helpful! The included breakfast to your room is a lovely touch and the pool and hot pool are very nice. My only negative is the entrance is very hard to notice and looks very run down. The area around the hotel is a little dark and secluded at night. I would stay here again!

Wonderful hotel with excellent service oriented staff. The only comment of concern is that a later night roof top patio gathering at the hotel right above our room went very late and kept us up unfortunately. Otherwise, a special place in Palermo.

Walking up to the property you would think you were in the wrong part of town. Even looking the door you would be skeptical. However, once you enter, everything was fabulous. Great staff, clean property, very nice accommodations. It was evident the property has just been remodeled in some areas and there are some punch-list items that need to be finished. Gym needs more equipment. Aside from that, our stay was great. I would stay again.

This is an incredible little boutique hotel in a great area of old town Palermo- easy to walk places and we were sad we only stayed one night. The pool was lovely, staff was amazing as well as the owner Massimo. The room itself was a loft and so well appointed, with cool retractable shades upstairs. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and though we were going to have to check out early and miss it, we were able to place a last minute order when our flight was delayed. We will be back!!

This was a lovely experience. Clean, modern and spacious rooms and extremely helpful staff. It’s very new so still a few small kinks/touches being ironed out but overall we had a really nice stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful jacuzzi and the thoughtful breakfast. Very comfortable beds too.

Otroligt fint hotell precis vid ingången till Gamla stan. Härlig personal med otrolig serviceanda. Pool på innergården, och gym med jacuzzi finns. Osteria runt hörnet och en mängd restauranger inom gångavstånd. Rekommenderas!

We cannot say enough about how good this hotel was. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was so good, and the pool was very nice. The key pad system for getting into your room and the main door is genius! If we ever make it back to Palermo (fingers crossed) we will be sure to stay here. Again, words cannot describe how wonderful the staff was, they truly made you feel like family. Oh and the location was perfecto!

The staff and owner were incredibly welcoming since the moment we step in. The location is perfect, close to the city center and all city sights. The hotel and room are super clean and well designed. The breakfast was fantastic. I would absolutely recommended to anyone plan to stay in Palermo.

The hotel is just lovely. The rooms are comfy and clean, the pools are also amazing. I think that the highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. I think that this was the best service I ever had. Incredibly polite, kind, caring and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place. It's amazing.

Spasimo opened recently when we visited. It was in excellent condition. The loft room was spacious and well equipped. The owner Massimo was wonderful, always happy to help in any way he could and staff were all friendly and attentive. Could not have asked for a better stay.

Don’t stop at the appearance of the main entrance, once you enter the gate you will see the value of the property. Very quiet, spacious rooms, impeccable service, great breakfast! Parked the car in the near Kalsa square and walk all around the city center. I would come back.

We loved this place! It was a great choice in a bustling city. Service was great & everyone was so welcoming. The only negative was the thin walls & the beeping keyless entry to each room. While a great feature, if you have neighbors who go in & out of their rooms, it can be irriatating.

The staff was excellent! The hotel was in the middle of the old district and walkable to many sights including the ocean. The front door was a shocker but would not change it realizing it fit the age of the area with electronic lock. Have absolutely no negative comments for our entire stay.

Spasimo opened recently when we visited. It was in excellent condition. The loft room was spacious and well equipped. The owner Massimo was wonderful, always happy to help in any way he could and staff were all friendly and attentive. Could not have asked for a better stay.

Excellent staff overall - English very good and very helpful. Hailed and farewelled by the very gracious owner. Enjoyed varied selections from breakfast me u - all of anything we wanted in menu, served promptly at time requested. Great location in old district. Highly recommend.

The hotel is just lovely. The rooms are comfy and clean, the pools are also amazing. I think that the highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. I think that this was the best service I ever had. Incredibly polite, kind, caring and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place. It's amazing.

This is an incredible little boutique hotel in a great area of old town Palermo- easy to walk places and we were sad we only stayed one night. The pool was lovely, staff was amazing as well as the owner Massimo. The room itself was a loft and so well appointed, with cool retractable shades upstairs. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and though we were going to have to check out early and miss it, we were able to place a last minute order when our flight was delayed. We will be back!!

This property is very new. The inside is clean and bright. The owner is friendly and very helpful! The included breakfast to your room is a lovely touch and the pool and hot pool are very nice. My only negative is the entrance is very hard to notice and looks very run down. The area around the hotel is a little dark and secluded at night. I would stay here again!

We cannot say enough about how good this hotel was. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was so good, and the pool was very nice. The key pad system for getting into your room and the main door is genius! If we ever make it back to Palermo (fingers crossed) we will be sure to stay here. Again, words cannot describe how wonderful the staff was, they truly made you feel like family. Oh and the location was perfecto!

Not your typical hotel. Good if you’re looking for something very different. Location felt a little sketchy, but ultimately was safe. We’ve even parked our car on the street for two days and it was fine. You have to order the breakfast the night before and there is no buffet. I found it a bit limited.

Walking up to the property you would think you were in the wrong part of town. Even looking the door you would be skeptical. However, once you enter, everything was fabulous. Great staff, clean property, very nice accommodations. It was evident the property has just been remodeled in some areas and there are some punch-list items that need to be finished. Gym needs more equipment. Aside from that, our stay was great. I would stay again.

Bubbelpool var inte tillräckligt varmt vilket är besviken då det var anledningen att jag valde denna hotell. Frukost urval påtagligt begränsad inga grönsaker och dåligt urval av hälsosamma müsli. Samma begränsat frukt alternativ. Skulle inte rekommendera den då det er absolut inte värt pengarna. Personalen var väldigt trevlig, hjälpsam och tillmötesgående så de er det bästa med vistelsen.

Friendly and attentive staff, very professional and accommodating. Clean, comfortable rooms, with memory foam mattress and pillows. The pool and courtyard were a great way to beat the summer heat, and the included rooftop breakfast was also amazing!

This was a lovely experience. Clean, modern and spacious rooms and extremely helpful staff. It’s very new so still a few small kinks/touches being ironed out but overall we had a really nice stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful jacuzzi and the thoughtful breakfast. Very comfortable beds too.

A peaceful getaway from the sometimes hectic streets of Palermo! The staff were so welcoming and informative, and the pool offers a nice way to cool off from the heat. Our room could do with a little updating in the bathroom and a slightly more thorough clean, but overall we enjoyed our stay here. Much of that due to the brilliant staff.

Very special. Stay here!!! The crew isgreat and made us feel at home. Pool, gym, terrace available 24h. Maria, Chiara,Salvatore, Lucas, Marcelo, Silvia and all cleaning and kitchen staff are the best. Breakfast was terrific! Everything fresh and made to order. We loved being there and already miss it and the staff!!
