We love this hotel. Location is wonderful and close to Empower field & other downtown venues. The rooms are clean & very spacious. Free parking is definitely another plus! Water pressure for the shower was poor but a minor issue. I would definitely give this hotel a 9.5 out of 10.

Room 226. Restroom: Had to slam it to shut it. Floor tile coming up. No maid service unless we ask the day before. The front desk clerk did NOT tell us upon checking in. We told them on July 19th, but it wasn't done on the 20th. Out of Kleenex and toilet paper. I had to get from the front desk. Couch and foot stools stained. Rip in vinyl of foot stool. The bedspread had snags in it. Elevators filthy. Exercise room: clock needs a battery. No towels 3 days in a row. One of the three machines has a broken seat. View into the pool (clean the windows and film peeling off). 3 televisions and I asked the clerk where the remotes are so I could watch tv while exercising. She replied, "I guess they are all broken." Many times there were 2 or 3 front desk clerks. Send one of them to clean. On a brighter note: The shower was great! The breakfast lady isn't paid enough. She worked her tail off to keep things full! You don't want to lose her. The clerk should wipe tables for her.

The property is located at the intersection of two busy roads, but it’s quieter than you would think. You can only pull out of the parking lot going in one direction, so that’s a bit of a bummer. Staff is friendly. Room is clean. Couple stains on the carpet and a few knicks in the wall but the beds are comfy. Shower is hot and has good pressure.

The beds were comfortable. The carpet was not very clean and unraveling on the threshold. The food was good and plenty available. The biggest complaint is that the curtains don’t close completely and there was a light from the bus lot or construction lot and it shone in the window and no way to block it! We finally used one of the kids hoodies and a blanket to block the darn thing. The first nite it was in my eyes all night. Location was easily accessible to downtown and areas we visited. The kids said the water in the pool was cold. All in all everything was clean and the employees were all pleasant and helpful.

Honestly I did not expect to sleep in a room where the rooms were going to be dirty with dog hair… also I have never seen a hotel where they do not have mattress protector cover. I should not have to see stains of pee and whatever else was on the mattress.. Then I report to front desk and they say would you like some sheets. Sometimes you have to make things right… the room was not cheap for their customer service to be so low.

Dirty floors that turned your feet black, sticky spots all over the floors, stained curtains with gunk on them, shower door didn’t close properly so water went everywhere in the bathroom, stains on the pull out sofa mattress so bad it couldn’t be used, sofa itself was dirty. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a clean hotel.

Entry light switch didn't work. although it did flash on then off later in the night. Bathroom door wouldn't close completely. Bathroom tiles were cracked, loose, missing much of the grout. Moldy slime in shower around the drain.The couch probably needed cleaning and the foot stool was torn. The towels were nice and the bed was comfortable.

MOLD! I had a regular room and there was pink mold and black mold in the shower and in crevices in the bathroom. Then I went to a family member’s room on the 4th floor where they had a jacuzzi suite and there was awful mold all over the bathroom, between every single tile, all around the tub, horrid black mold caked in the shower. I’ve never seen a hotel with this level of mold and I lived in Florida for many years where mold is a beast. Otherwise, the front desk staff was fantastic and breakfast was hot and stocked.

Didn't like that the maintenance of the property was poor, carpets worn, little things broken, only a half roll of toilet paper in bathroom and when I asked for more they said I could only have one. Wifi was not available. Staff tries hard but they can only do so much.

The check-in process was fairly smooth, but when we got to our room it absolutely STUNK like weed. Yes, I know it is Colorado but it was disgusting. There was a shower cap over the smoke detector as well. I specifically chose a non-smoking room. When we went to discuss it with the front desk the woman we spoke with just made fun of us to our faces and handed us an air freshener. The room smelled awful and was clearly not thoroughly cleaned/checked for smoke. Don’t advertise non-smoking if you allow your guests to smoke and then don’t bother getting the smell out of rooms!

We had a few problems with our room. One, the AC wasn’t working for the first night and neither was our phone. They did get the AC fixed but couldn’t get the phone fixed while we were there but that was ok because that allowed us to get to know one of the front desk ladies very good. Her name was Celeste. She was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and very helpful with everything we asked of her and if she couldn’t help, she would try to find a solution. We really appreciate her and what all she did to make our stay as comfortable and a great experience as possible!

Room was comfortable and clean and was in great vicinity to activities we were doing. The girls working the front desk west super friendly. However, we got to the hotel about 2 hours before official check-in time and were charged $50 per room to check in early even though our rooms were ready(I had 2 rooms). We have stayed here previously and this was not an issue. I was told this was due to the new ownership when I asked why we are being charged this time. Had we known we would be paying that much extra, We would have gotten nicer rooms elsewhere for that price at a hotel that didn't charge early check-in. I travel quite often and have never been charged an early check-in before. I unfortunately do not plan on staying here again due to this issue.

I had a 4-night reservation over the Christmas weekend. Two days before my scheduled arrival I called to confirm as I always do when traveling. I was told that a party with a block of rooms decided to stay longer so my reservation was cancelled, and they would move my reservation to another hotel. Two days before Christmas in Denver Co didn't leave a whole lot of choice! Was moved to another hotel 9 miles from where I needed to be. It was located in a very industrial area, close to nothing. Made it very inconvenient for my son to get me to and from his home and to the airport for departure. I wonder what would have happened had I not called ahead to confirm and just showed up to find out I was cancelled? The staffer that handled my call said she was going to call me the next day, really...why wait another day on Christmas weekend when hotels are filling up by the hour that weekend? I'm very disappointed in this Comfort Suites policy to cancel people's reservations just because a group decides to stay longer, especially on a holiday like Christmas. As a frequent traveler I've been told by hotels that they were fully booked, and I couldn't extend my stay.

I specifically picked this hotel because of the proximity to the Broncos stadium to make Uber rides easier. They gave our room away because we were the last ones to check in and there was a “flood”, we were 5 minutes from the hotel. Sent us to their sister hotel,Plaza Hotel, which was 20 minutes further away. The Plaza was a death trap! Holes in the bathroom ceiling, trash in the hallways, spray painted fridges and an ungodly smell of cigarette smoke. We missed the whole 1st quarter! I requested a call from a Comfort Suites manager and I have yet to receive one 3 weeks later. I paid the price for the Comfort Suites hotel which was double what the Plaza Hotel was listed. Not to mention the Plaza Hotel was further away from the stadium which made the Uber fees more expensive. Ruined what was supposed a great night with my best friend.

The area for being a downtown location did not seem like the best area of town with the homeless population hanging around and the hotel didn’t seem to be in the best of condition. I will explain…When we first got there, we realized halfway through the night that our AC wasn’t working and neither was our phone so that we could call downstairs. That wasn’t too big of a deal, because we got to go downstairs and interact with Celeste who was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and so helpful! She tried to make sure our stay was the most comfortable and did everything in her power to make that possible. She was such a great lady to interact with and I would definitely return just because of her.

The property is located at the intersection of two busy roads, but it’s quieter than you would think. You can only pull out of the parking lot going in one direction, so that’s a bit of a bummer. Staff is friendly. Room is clean. Couple stains on the carpet and a few knicks in the wall but the beds are comfy. Shower is hot and has good pressure.

Loved my stay here. The room was clean and the only negative thing I can say was my shower pressure wasn’t the best. Other than that it was great! It’s walking distance to the broncos stadium and convenient if going to see a game. Over all it was a good stay.

It was very hard to get into the property. Basically there is one direction only to access it. No nearby places to eat and you don't want to walk to anything because there are a lot of homeless people around.

Facility is what you would expect for a Comfort Suites. Location is another story. Lots of car noise in the front of the building and I think Federal may be a drag strip. Lots of loitering and activity through your the night in the parking lot. I experienced several groups of very loud individuals through the halls at 2:30 and 3:30 am. Front desk wasn't too concerned when told.

This hotel was located in a very sketchy and unsafe part of town. We drove into the parking lot and witnessed lots of shady behavior with people in and around the hotel. We chose not to even stay even though we had already paid for a room. Do not waste your money on this hotel!

Used the Hotel for two nights while in town to watch my team play the Broncos. Stadium was a 20 minute walk from the Hotel. Perfect Hotel if going to a Broncos game. Price was fair. I thought neighborhood during walk to stadium was just fine, never felt unsafe. No thrills Hotel, but perfect for my game day needs.

I really like the convenience of the location to the highway. The hotel was highly visible and it was fairly simple to get into the parking lot and out of the parking lot. I do not recommend staying here for the "continental breakfast." The coffee was terrible and chalky. The food was limited in options and did not taste good. And we couldn\'t make our own coffee in our room because the coffee pot was missing the filter basket. I did like the beds, they were comfortable for me which is very rare! 😊 The property needs some repairs - like the shower handle was loose and the door handles were sometimes finicky. (Pull up instead of push down). I also noticed some of the floor molding needed to be replaced or glued back onto the wall. But, all in all, this place is decent for the money in our "emergency" trip. Normally, I try to plan in advance but this was a last minute unplanned trip. Happy trails 😊

Check-in was easy, room was nice, bed was fairly comfortable. Area is loud at night due to highway and made sleeping hard. Breakfast was not very good, and they were out of many things. Coffee was almost undrinkable, and I drink almost anything.

Awesome stay! Breakfast had a lot of options. The beds were super comfy. Close enough to all the different activities planned. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool only went to 4 ft but still cool and a good temp. Would definitely stay there again!

I did not know you had to have all of the guest on the reservation . One of my Guest arrived early but had to wait in the lobby .. Also the breakfast was really bad. For the price of the hotel . They need a much better breakfast

We ended up at this hotel after a frustrating experience with a double-booked Air BNB. Lindsey at the front desk was SO nice and awesome that it turned our whole night around. Breakfast was sad and basically gone at 8:50am. It closed at 9 (too early). Would definitely go back because Lindsey was the bomb.

Hotel was great. Only complaint was quality of breakfast. Needs an upgrade on the appliances storing the hot food so that the biscuits don't get mushy, and don't over microwave the sausages.

adjacent to very busy and loud highway. not very sound-proof windows. guests smoking pot in the rooms. worse breakfast I ever had, limited options, no fruit, powered eggs, potato cubes and thick, gluey gravy. For this price, I could (and should) have stayed in a nice downtown hotel.

The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very good. There are no restaurants or stores nearby, but the interstate is right there to drive to those places. I would totally recommend staying here.

This hotel did not feel safe and several cars were broken into when we stayed one night. We had two booked but left the second because we were scared. The hotel is okay on the inside. I would not recommend staying here especially with children.

The property is in a high traffic homeless area. The property was not very clean or well maintained. The elevators both went down while we were there so stair access only. The breakfast, main reason I booked here, was a try once and not again kinda thing. The food all tasted just a little off and not like it should. The rooms were okay. The walls were dirty and grimy. All in all it worked bc I had booked it already. But now I know.
