The most relaxing place that I ever encountered in my life! The garden and rose scent were like magic. Architecture and extravagant decor were like from Versalles. The fact that the movie Sound of Music was made there explains everything.

All the rooms have a very intense furniture varnish smell from recent refurbishing. But grounds and breakfast were amazing!

This hotel was more fantastic than I could have imagined. The view of the lake and the mountains was stunning. The staff were wonderful, we had great drinks and snacks at the bar each evening. Breakfast was delicious. I was worried about staying so far from the old town, but the walk into town was very pleasant and I liked staying in a quieter part of town. 100% want to come back again.
