One word describes it all: Roaches. In A/C unit, in bathroom, behind door/wall signs. Can’t believe they had a poster at the front desk claiming they have a 96.5% cleanliness score.

As a single female traveler, I would NOT recommend this place. My room was connected to the room next to me by a door INSIDE MY ROOM. Luckily the locks were on my side, but if I was crazy, I could’ve gotten into their room. The walls were so thin, I heard everything they said. Men came knocking on my door late at night multiple times. Also, there was hair in the shower and walls caving in. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable the entirety of my stay.

The room had roaches and the ceiling in the bathroom was damaged. The wall behind the door had a hole in it from the door handle. On top of that the air conditioning had buttons broken on it. The carpet felt sticky to bare feet and the bottom of the trash can was so dirty I couldn't tell if it was a sludge from stuff being forgot down there or mold growing.

Cockroaches were found in the bathroom, a part of the bottom trim was coming off showing mold or dead bugs, and tv wouldn’t even turn on
