Front desk employees were super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay again. I would like to say however that the info on Orbitz needs to be updated. It says there is a sauna. That is a big reason we chose this hotel. According to the front desk staff, it has been gone since 2019. I was not able to locate a rooftop garden either.

Javis front desk 3 to 11pm is so great customer service but the pool area had ac on not heat the pool was suppose to be heated but it was cold i told staff nothing changed also the lady front desk 7am is rude bad customer service she didt care about anything i was asking about i asked for housekeeping she said what do you want wow i didt know front desk was so rude then i asked her about pool cold she didt care about that either i only stayed a extra day because of Javis great customer service my sister is in Emory hospital that's why i was at that hotel never again

Convenient location (walking distance to Publix is nice), extremely friendly and attentive staff, spacious room, very clean and quiet. The gym is small but adequate. I would definitely stay there again!

However, the attendant working in the area where they put out the food for the Continental Breakfast was a little rude and seemed to have been in a bad mood or agitated by the hotel guests.

Staff was nice but property was not very clean or convenient. I had to switch rooms because first room had bad smell that smelled like smoke. Very nice about letting me change rooms and next room was better but not very clean, especially the bathroom. Website says 11 minute walk from Emory University but with location on a busy road that would not be a very easy or safe walk. Location was not great and for same cost there is probably a better option that is cleaner and more convenient if you are here for an event at Emory.

The room was very nice! Very roomy, king bed, sofa, refrigerator is double the size of the usual room refrigerator, microwave oven, desk, color tv, nice bathroom and the water coming out of the shower head felt great! The room looked recently renovated. The complimentary breakfast buffet is also very nice. The staff is very friendly and service oriented. The only negative is the housekeeping was late to clean rooms. We were out of the room by early to mid morning and would come back in mid to late afternoon and the room had not been cleaned yet and we did not have the sign on the door to skip cleaning.

The Holiday Inn Express was awesome!!!! The room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub and shower were great. The bathroom had Dove Hand Soap and Body Wash and Lotion and Shampoo and Conditioner.

Ok, tv had no signal for several hours. Bed totally uncomfortable it was sleeping on a marshmellow. Air conditioner did not cool room even though it ran nonstop.

This was the best hotel experience we have ever experienced. There was a minor problem with the black out blind and the person on staff (late night) was new and although she was not aware of how to fix the issue, she jumped right in and created a temporary solution until things could be addressed. The breakfast was the nicest variety of food, the area was super clean and the breakfast goddesses were great!! A+++++++++ to all of everyone we encountered. We will be back!

Area around the property didn't seem the nicest but hotel was comfy and the staff was excellent even checking in a bit later! The free Breakfast was loaded with great options. Pancakes, cinnamon rolls, biscuits, veggie omelette, sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice!
