Great fitness room, probably the best ever water pressure in the shower & chocolate chip cookies @8 PM every night was nice. Low level musty smell thought out the hotel, including my room. I must have overlooked it was a pet friendly hotel as suspect that contributed to the smell.

Staff was very friendly. The building is old and outdated, but room and public areas are clean. Was a bit noisy. Gym has a window unit ac, so if you use that room, go turn it on 20 mins before your workout. Breakfast was good.

Room was ready when we got there and was spacious and clean except we found a candy wrapper in one of the drawers...the hotel was quiet and located near many meal options ...the free breakfast had many cold and hot food options but limited seating...the pool area was clean and new, but the water was FREEZING...i would definitely stay here again!!

The hot tub was closed our entire stay. If we would have known in advance we would have canceled our reservation and switched to a different hotel. Each day that we asked they said it would be open tomorrow. They said it was the chemical balance. They ran out of some breakfast items before 8 am. The hotel didn't seem that full to run out of food.

We were disappointed that the hot tub was being repaired during our stay. The pool was very cold and we could only stay in it a short time. No one else was using the pool. The pull out couch mattress was not very comfortable for our adult son. Bathroom was very very small. Good location next to the Mall. Also note: Extra charges are incurred if your check in early ($30) and if you use the safe ($1.65/day). Check your bill before paying.

Chemical smell was so strong in the pool we couldn’t hardly be in the room. Room carpet was disgusting, bare feet turned black with no shoes on. For a 300$ room definitely not worth the cost.

Arrived to 6 pubic hairs and chunks of human hair in the shower. Floors stained. No offer to change our room or send a cleaner (we arrived at 9:45pm) couldn’t shower or bath after a 8 hour drive. Wasn’t cleaned until next days mid day rounds. Wi Fi didn’t reach our room either.

We have stayed at this property for almost 20 years and loved the update they did a few years ago. Since then, the property has gone downhill. The room smelled stale and old, not a clean smell. The carpet was dirty and floors looked as though they had never been washed, especially in the corners, we hated to walk on them after a shower. The walls are beat up and ceiling tile needs repair. We were supposed to have a queen and got a double. Staff was friendly and helpful. I don't think we will be back again.

Property lobby was pretty clean. Although I did have a slight small ant infestation in the bathroom I killed at leadt eight during my stay. There was something suspect floating in the hot tub. I wasn’t getting in there the next morning the hot tub was closed for “repairs.”

Unfortunately this is an old hotel that just received a facelift and our first room smelt of mold and was visible in the washroom. Was confirmed that there had been a mold in the room from snow melting. Requested a different room and staff were very accomdating. This room should not have been rented out in the first place.

This hotel was old and outdated. Window unit for A/C. Temp in room wasn’t easily regulated. Holds in the carpet. Tv screen was small. Thought breakfast was good but exact same hot foods 3days in a row. The yogurt served was actually expired 2 weeks earlier. Be sure to check dates on things!

This hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious, but the bathroom was tiny! The walls were thin so I could hear the crying baby down the hall and the kids coming in from the parking lot. The rooms were kept warm and toasty for the night and the beds, a perfect blend of soft and firm. Breakfast was eggs sausage pancakes and a mixture of prepackaged items including gluten free bagels . Hot tub was warm and the pool was clean with a pleasant temperature to play in. The kids enjoyed it. We were located near the mall and Aldi for any last minute forgotten items. I will be back even with the small eating area and thin walls. Felt safe and secure with staff willing to help at a moments notice.

We paid $303.00 for a tiny room. The air conditioner is LOUD, it runs fur 2 mins then shuts off. Kicks back in every 15 mins. It’s is still humid enough in our room to not have dried and towels or canvas shoes that had been in a sprinkle of a rain for a few mins to unload our vehicle. The bathroom…. You can’t shut the door without practically stepping into the tub. I’ve stayed in cabins that were beautiful log cabins in the mountains for less $. The beds are tiny and uncomfortable. Definitely not what we expected. The upside is.. the room was clean. And breakfast although the area was set up terribly, it was actually an ok breakfast. We will not be returning. Also will request money back

Walls are a bit thin. I heard music from both sides of my room. One instance was at 1AM. Drains were slow to drain, clogged a bit. But it was a functional room that I could unwind at the end of the day.

It was a newer facility and the sheets were soft and the pillows were puffy. We had the 2 room suite but the sink area in the tiny bathroom was inconvenient and the fridge microwave coffee food area was a joke. No space for anything.

The room was spacious however the bathroom was ridiculously small. Shower head came up to my chest. Maid service was not offered until I asked for it which you should not have to do. They tried to sneakily add a charge for a safe without telling me asking me or me even using it. Breakfast was average but shy on options

We came in for check in and was ignored by both staff behind the desk. One must have been leaving for the day and made a rude comment about “people that check in early” she left and told the other lady good luck and walked away. We continued to stand there with no help the other lady there cracked open her Pepsi and poured it into her glass, continued to wait for 15 minutes before she turned around and finally asked us what we needed. She proceeded to say she “thought” we were waiting for someone. We were right in front of the desk with our luggage! Very disappointed.

Hotel was fine, room was comfortable. Check in was very poor. We had a boat and needed some room to park so we pulled out front. Barb ran out and told us we are unable to park there as the lot might fill up. This was already 8:30PM so it was odd to think that the nearly empty lot was going to fill up. After all of this and me trying to find a spot to put a boat she ran out in the parking lot yelling that my card had been declined. So I stopped trying to park and had to walk back to the office for her to tell me she made a mistake and everything was ok. Again no apologies and very rude.

Check in was a disaster. Took nearly an hour. Staff couldn’t find our reservation and even after we called Expedia (who called the property to sort it out) we are still having issues. Staff called our room at 10:30pm saying they are going to charge us for the night because they can’t figure out the reservation (we’ve already paid). We watched a handful of people check in during this process and nearly every person had some sort of issue. I’ve never experienced a check in like this before. We won’t be staying here again.

The ladies at the front desk were terribly mean, they wouldnt let anyone hang out in the lobby area or at the tables in breakfast area, and threatened to call the cops on us a few time just because we were talking to other guests or waiting for pizza. We honestly were doing nothing wrong and just wanted a place to eat our pizza besides in our room. Also I was charged more then hotels.com said I would be charged and they wouldnt listen to me.

The hotel and the room itself was decent. The location was misleading during the booking. It’s much further away then the booking makes it seem. It’s also a lot more expensive than it was really worth especially given how far away from canal park it is.

Breakfast was the best that I’ve had at a Days Inn or Quality Inn in several years. Took the time to compliment Matt for his work on that. Building is a bit old and some of the wear is still visible, but overall things were quite clean. Each staff person was very friendly when contacted for anything.
