Check in lady was less then friendly. Made you feel like you were bothering her. Didn't mention you have to use the room key to get on the elevator. Only after standing there for a bit and another couple staying there came to the elevator did we find out. They weren't told either. Hot breakfast was cold and eggs were rubbery. Hot tub was luke warm not hot. Rooms were big with lots of room

Air controls did not work as heat on. Very dusty and a bit musty. Requested no cleaning but some extra coffees and TP which did not occur. Well cared for by front desk staff to remedy.

It’s noteworthy to know it’s literally an old storage warehouse so it doesn’t have your typical layout. There are brick walls that may not seem so cozy, but it’s just fine, the beds were clean it just wasn’t anything super special.

The elevators need some work. One elevator during our stay couldn’t close all the way and was kind of noisy while we were in it before that happened. The other elevator the buttons were cracked and other things were broken on it. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Liked they had shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. Breakfast was not worth the $25 that people pay. Hotel was quiet besides some street noise. Had a good time and stay was good otherwise. Staff were great.
