The place is very clean and comfortable to stay except that there is no elevator which would be a trouble for elders to carry their luggage if their room happens to be in level 2 or 3. Otherwise, overall room experience was very comfortable. The parking area was quite spacious and ample enough.

We stayed there Jan 2 & 3 because we wanted to take advantage of the spa while visiting Vieux Quebec. Unfortunately, the spa was closed on both those days. The place was a short 10 minute drive to Vieux Quebec. Room was clean and there was complimentary parking .

Pros: Good value for money. A great option for travelers with dogs, especially if they’re heading east from Québec City. An easy and short drive away from the town’s attractions. Room was very recently renovated and very large. Bathroom had all necessities (shower only). Free on-site parking. Cons: Nothing really happening in the quiet area and very little dining options (best to head somewhere else). The stairs to upper floors were inconvenient, and the elevator was either out of commission or nonexistent.

À proximité des restos, lieux touristiques, etc. Suggestion: INDIQUER aux propriétaires de véhicules électriques de déplacer leur voiture une fois chargée pour laisser la place aux autres serait grandement apprécié. De plus, la 2e borne était défectueuse et non utilisable.

Réception, le préposé ne connais pas son produit, demandé avec bain à l'arrivé, le préposé répond pas de bain dispo, arrivé à la chambre, il y a un bain...!!!??? Séjour de 2 jours sans visite de la femme de chambre. Tapis et chaises noséabonde décissite un bon champoing. Annoncé avec piscine mais pas dans le même bâtiment. Malheureusement, notre dernière visite.

Comfortable. However there should be more options for EV charging, and a better system. Came back at 11:30 PM to find a non-battery operated vehicle parked in an EV charging spot but not using the charger, when several other open parking spots were available in back. I needed an overnight charge for the long trip the next day but could not. A better system is needed to not allow gasoline engine vehicles park at this charging station.

Pour un déplacement d’une nuitée, c’est correct! Mais la porte de la chambre n’est pas ajustée car elle claque à chaque fois que une personne passe pour aller chercher de la glace au distributeur qui doit franchir cette porte qui mène à la sortie d’urgence.Cela fait une pression d’air. Du côté propreté, il y avait une débarbouillette qui trainait dans la toilette et manque un tapis antidérapant dans la baignoire.Les tapis dans le couloir a l’entrée et a plusieurs endroits etaient tachés.

Le tapis du couloir a un grand besoin d'être changé mais la chambre était propre. Aucun ménage de la chambre pendant le séjour de 3 nuits, pas de changement de serviettes, de nouveau café... et j'ai oublié ma trousse de maquillage à mon depart et elle n'aurait pas été retrouvée (?) Soit la personne à l'entretien l'a simplement jetée plutôt que de la rapporter, soit elle l'a conservé mais dans les 2 cas c'est très décevant. En général c'est bien et commodement situé.

The hotel was nice in general. Check in was quick and easy. I was in building A. I got a key for the building door, and a code for my room. Both the key and the code worked fine right away. Check in desk is only available between 07:00 and 22:00; if you arrive outside that time, you might have a different experience. The room was big and clean. My room was close to the street, and it was noisy sometimes.

I enjoyed my stay, however a few minor annoyances. The toilet holder broke on the first day and blow dryer wouldn’t work in plug in bathroom. Also I was in a room close to guest entrance so a lot of noise late at night coming in.

The suites have brand new decor and fittings, and is very spacious. Recommendations: 1. Upgrade elevators and their operations to standard ones. 2. Upgrade access to the different blocks within the property to use fob key. Wonderful experience otherwise. Highly recommend staying here.

This is a great, affordable hotel to be close enough to Quebec City without all the hustle and bustle. The rooms are not sound proof at all, we were also at the end of a hall and heard every person that walked by. Overall it was worth the price and was clean and had its own AC unit.

Overall it was great. The only thing is that the reception is close after 21h00. You have to pick up your keys at another hotel on the same boulevard. I was lucky to reach someone before the closing time on the phone so she could explain to me how to get into my room and pick up the keys. Also, they're is no modern elevator. There is one elevator, but it's for people in need (wheelchairs) with limited weight. Besides all that I found it very comfortable and nice place to stay all modern.

Everything was good. The layout could be a bit confusing to find your room in the beginning. If you have one of upper floors, it might be a struggle to bring up multiple heavy bags/baggages since there is no elevator. There was also a slight hiccup with our check in…The code we were given wouldn’t unlock the door, however it was quickly corrected.

My overall stay was good, but chemin was a hassle. I arrived late at night and it was very inconvenient having to go to a different hotel to check in and get the keys. Conflicting info on what time the reception closes. Info on Expedia said 11pm, but I arrived at 10:30pm and it was closed.

The hotel room itself was fine clean just what you would expect but nothing to rave about . The first person that checked us in was absolutely unhelpful . Nothing above and beyond barely showed us how to get to the room . The area is not at all what I expected nothing much there at all but if you want a place just to lay your head down for the night this is it.

What I liked was that the room was very clean and the location was perfect for us as we wanted to spend some time in Charlevoix and some time in Quebec City. We were on the third floor and it was quiet with the exception of the AC. The AC was very loud, we had to turn it off at night as we could not sleep with the noise it made.The other thing that surprised me was that their was not cleaning service in the room the three days we were there. I know this limited service had started with the pandemic but did not realize that some hotels still did not provide this kind of service. It was ok as we were only there for three nights but it still took me by surprise. There was an envelope in the room for tips, I put money in it on the first day however when I notice the room was not made when we got back to the hotel that evening I took my money back. I tip if I get a service, no service equals no tips...Sorry

This was a very nice hotel right off the freeway and near the Montmorency waterfall. I stayed in the older part (a Victorian house), and my great-nephew stayed in the newer part in a building right next door. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff were all very charming and helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet.There's also a small cafe on-site. We had a pleasant stay.

This hotel was an excellent value. It was a short drive to downtown and other places I wanted to visit, but much more affordable than downtown hotels. Parking was easy and plentiful. I only have two small complaints. One is that the elevator was extremely scary. I only used it when bringing luggage up to the third floor. I highly recommend the stairs. My second complaint is the the onsite 'cafe' has very limited options and no iced coffee beverages. However, these two issues were only small inconveniences.

This was a very nice hotel right off the freeway and near the Montmorency waterfall.
