The parking garage door was not working. Guests had to call the front desk anytime they were entering or leaving the parking garage so that the front desk can open the doors for us.

Brand new hotel, very clean and modern. All things in working order. Yummy meal and drink at the lobby bar. Can make you basic starbucks coffee's, but not a full Starbucks options. Area around the hotel is up and coming, has some resteraunts. 2 Min walk to the stadium, or the Meow Wolf exhibit.They were able to accomodate us with an early check in, and we left our luggage in the storage closet after check out/before our flight. Would stay again, unless price keeps rising....

The hotel was 5 star to me. Very clean and friendly staff and the beds are so comfortabel BUT I would give this hotel an overall 1 star simply because of the parking. I paid alot of money to stay at this hotel because you decided to more then double the price because of the concert. And then I find out I got charged 48 bucks a night for parking under the hotel. The spaces were so small and crowded and had very limited parking and the hotel didnt care. If you cant find a spot to park under the hotel then you have to find steet parking somewhere by, and good luck with that. Very disappointing

While the hotel is brand new there are still some ironing out regarding its parking. $45/night to use their underground garage is steep when the garage doesn’t open properly half the time. The room was nice and the staff were helpful.

Nice bakery and coffee right down the street, Meow Wolf exhibit also close by. Parking is $45 per day additional, no safe alternatives to that, so basically mandatory for girls on a road trip. The food at the restaurant is terrible and overpriced — like paying $15 for airplane food. Staff is very friendly. Bed is comfy. Room facing Fed Ave means loud drag racing type noise every night. Not peaceful — and we weren’t even there during football season.

The courtyard by Marriott is a newly built hotel. The top rating goes to the condition of the rooms, reception staff, fitness room. The downside is surrounding area looks a little sketchy and didn't feel safe going out walking after dark. Another minus surrounding area seemed unsafe to park offsite, so had to pay for parking.

No parking only having 50 spots in their garage they should only book 50 rooms then. Staff was unhelpful and rude when trying to cancel to go else where and told me it was my problem to figure out where to park. RIDICLOUS!

Parking garage was sold at full price as secure, but that feature was broken, so it was just covered parking. Room was clean and tidy, very modern. Views of the city were on point. Overall 5, but had some room for improvement.

The location was close to activities we planned, so we booked. It costs $45 a night to use their parking garage or park on the street. So we parked on the street, which was not much room for guests or close to the hotel on the road. One day we came back & there was no parking signs, we asked for clarification and they said they didn’t know anything about the signs. We ate breakfast at the hotel the first day which was almost $100 then everything was burnt or the burrito was frozen still, not good quality. Then the hall on our floor smelt of sewage, our room started to smell that was as well but we were leaving that day. It was disgusting.

Hotel was very new and under staffed for the evening. Our room still had sawdust, screws and tile was not done in bathroom. Staff was very kind and helpful. Our keys never worked the whole stay. The front desk gal had to let us in each time.

I was in town for a concert and stayed two nights. This is clearly a very new hotel as there were some workers still working on the rooms. The bed was perfectly comfy, and the modern touches in the bathroom were lovely! I heard some folks above me but only if they walked around. Bring earplugs if you are super sensitive to that. Overall, I thought the hotel was in a safe spot and close to a number of restaurants and a brewery in walking distance. The only thing to warn is if you want to park in the hotel garage, you will be charged about $45/night. I parked on the side streets and zero issues finding a space for free! Anyway, I would definitely stay here again!

First time staying here it was amazing , celebrated my girls birthday and wanted a in town get away and this was perfect!! Top tier the room was beautiful and the view was great !!! We LOVED IT !!! Definitely plan on staying again, 10/10 the only slight issue we had was with parking but it was nothing major spaces are just a little tight definitely doesn’t overshadow the stay we had a great time !! And plan on coming back to stay again / for sure !!!!!!!! Really soon !!!!!

Nice hotel, just wasn’t quite ready to open in my opinion. Can’t get anything to drink after 10. Boxes in room, tv not setup and phones not setup. Still plastic on mattresses. Bedding appeared to be put in bags in closet and not washed prior. Very pretty setup and safe environment.

Hotel was clean and nice. Evening staff was great, morning staff was ok. We did not like that we had to pay $45 for parking -it’s not downtown and there was no Bronco game. We could park for free on the street, and we probably should have because there was no security in the parking garage anyway. Also, they charge $5 for coffee in the lobby. There’s free crappy coffee in the rooms, but most hotels have complimentary coffee in the lobby. We passed on the expensive breakfast that was all a la carte. It’s not a bad hotel, just didn’t have some things that we’ve come to expect.

Our stay was great. Dallas was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. My only issue was on a 4 day stay, no clean towels and the trash wasn’t emptied.
Our stay was great. Dallas was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. My only issue was on a 4 day stay, no clean towels and the trash wasn’t emptied.

Expedia has this property listed as 1.5 miles from Red Rock Amphitheater. It is actually closer to 25 miles. When ordering breakfast, they were out of everything we asked for. Never did get cleaning service either.

We stayed for 3 nights and never had housekeeping straight up the room. When i asked the front desk I was told they only come every other day. Bed sheets are very ruff on the skin.

No parking only having 50 spots in their garage they should only book 50 rooms then. Staff was unhelpful and rude when trying to cancel to go else where and told me it was my problem to figure out where to park. RIDICLOUS!

I was in town for a concert and stayed two nights. This is clearly a very new hotel as there were some workers still working on the rooms. The bed was perfectly comfy, and the modern touches in the bathroom were lovely! I heard some folks above me but only if they walked around. Bring earplugs if you are super sensitive to that. Overall, I thought the hotel was in a safe spot and close to a number of restaurants and a brewery in walking distance. The only thing to warn is if you want to park in the hotel garage, you will be charged about $45/night. I parked on the side streets and zero issues finding a space for free! Anyway, I would definitely stay here again!

Location for the things we did was perfect. Likely will try to stay here if I come to a Bronco game. Weirdly nice in a sketchy neighborhood, cross the street and it's nice. Parking garage was sold at full price as secure, but that feature was broken, so it was just covered parking. Room was clean and tidy, very modern. Views of the city were on point. Overall 5, but had some room for improvement.

The courtyard by Marriott is a newly built hotel. The top rating goes to the condition of the rooms, reception staff, fitness room. The downside is surrounding area looks a little sketchy and didn't feel safe going out walking after dark. Another minus surrounding area seemed unsafe to park offsite, so had to pay for parking.

New hotel… some kinks to work out. Garage door for on site parking did not work and I had to call the desk each time I wanted to enter. Location is a little inconvenient for visiting areas other than the football stadium.

The property is waking distance to stadium. There wasn’t many restaurants or cafes within walking distance, but you can find many cafes, restaurants, bars short to highland or downtown. The staff was so friendly. The property was so clean. Since there were no games, we found street parking and avoided paying the nightly rate. The area is quiet.

Hotel was clean and nice. Evening staff was great, morning staff was ok. We did not like that we had to pay $45 for parking -it’s not downtown and there was no Bronco game. We could park for free on the street, and we probably should have because there was no security in the parking garage anyway. Also, they charge $5 for coffee in the lobby. There’s free crappy coffee in the rooms, but most hotels have complimentary coffee in the lobby. We passed on the expensive breakfast that was all a la carte. It’s not a bad hotel, just didn’t have some things that we’ve come to expect.

Check in and out was quick and staff were very nice and friendly. Lobby and room were also very nice, clean and spacious. Overall stay was good except two things: bathtub drain cover had to be manually removed because the mechanism to operate it was not working. Then, people in kitchen were very disorganized. Simple breakfast of egg and sausages took one hour to come out, while we had to cancel other orders and share food with our companions because their orders never came. And there were only less than ten people at that time too. I still liked the place though, just wouldn’t eat there again.

Brand new hotel, very clean and modern. All things in working order. Yummy meal and drink at the lobby bar. Can make you basic starbucks coffee's, but not a full Starbucks options. Area around the hotel is up and coming, has some resteraunts. 2 Min walk to the stadium, or the Meow Wolf exhibit.They were able to accomodate us with an early check in, and we left our luggage in the storage closet after check out/before our flight. Would stay again, unless price keeps rising....

Staff was sooo friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. Room was extremely clean and cozy. Good location to reach diff areas of the city. Not much in walking distance though , otherwise love it. will def be back or recommend to family and friends.

Nice bakery and coffee right down the street, Meow Wolf exhibit also close by. Parking is $45 per day additional, no safe alternatives to that, so basically mandatory for girls on a road trip. The food at the restaurant is terrible and overpriced — like paying $15 for airplane food. Staff is very friendly. Bed is comfy. Room facing Fed Ave means loud drag racing type noise every night. Not peaceful — and we weren’t even there during football season.

The location was close to activities we planned, so we booked. It costs $45 a night to use their parking garage or park on the street. So we parked on the street, which was not much room for guests or close to the hotel on the road. One day we came back & there was no parking signs, we asked for clarification and they said they didn’t know anything about the signs. We ate breakfast at the hotel the first day which was almost $100 then everything was burnt or the burrito was frozen still, not good quality. Then the hall on our floor smelt of sewage, our room started to smell that was as well but we were leaving that day. It was disgusting.

Everything was great and clean, really the only downside was the garage door for the vehicles not opening, apparently it's because it wouldnt read the license plate properly but we were still able to call and have it opened, other than that, amazing!
