Hampton Inn & Suites Plymouth

We stayed here for 3 nights and this place is amazing!! We picked it because of the fitness room and unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it. But it has 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and a stationary bike as well as hand weights. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices. Overall we had a great experience here!!

We were a family of 5, got two rooms in late August. The hotel is a convenient location for area events. Nice clean hotel with comfortable rooms. No closet doors or nightstands, but enough room to hang things. The hotel pool/hot tub were great, the shop had great snacks, parking was plentiful and the staff was very courteous and helpful.

Room was clean and updated. Problem door had a 1.5 inch gap at the bottom could see out into the hallway. Also elevators were not working for the entire week. I understand problems happen but try and get at least one working. Hard to drag a fifty pound suitcase up and down the stairs.

Hotel is dated and in the process of a remodel. Noisy when we arrived. The rest of stay was quiet. Cleaning and breakfast staff were friendly and polite.

Had a good experience here! The pool area is nice and open late. Check in was easy, tge staffs very attentive and the breakfast was great both days we stayed here! The location is nice and located near a lot of restaurants if you don’t want to drive downtown

The hotel is very clean, pool is kept very clean, staff is very nice and the breakfast every morning is very good. They also have a coffee station all day which is delicious.

The room needed some deep cleaning, found some food crumbs and trash under the bed and a build up of dust on furniture and room edges. The free breakfast was fantastic.

I would not stay at this Hampton Inn again... it's not the worst hotel experience I've ever had, but there were some weird issues that overall make it seem like the place isn't taken care of that well. For example: the pillows were super thin, flat, and lumpy, and the chaise lounge in the room was so stained I didn't even want to put anything on it. The bathroom was mostly clean, but there were someone else's loose hairs on the walls of the shower when we got there. :( The alarm clocks in our room and at least two of our friends' rooms had not been updated for daylight savings time -- which was a week ago. When leaving our room, the door did not automatically lock behind us. We had to swipe our key card again, wait for the light to flash green, then blink red, then lock... I've never stayed in a hotel where we had to manually lock the door. We got a text from the front desk after check in saying we could be in touch with any questions, but when I texted to find out when breakfast started in the morning, I didn't get a response. We tried to use the room phone to call the front desk, but there was no dial tone. Finally -- the smoke detector in our room was blinking orange all night. Not sure if that's regular or if the batteries are low... but with the lights out, it was like a strobe light -- I wish I had brought an eye mask.

This is a nice hotel. Property is landscaped nicely. Hotel is clean. Check in was fast and efficient. One of the few with a business center. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and pillows were great.

Stained chairs in the breakfast area. Stained chair and settee in the room. The bed was pretty clean, the bathroom also clean but needs re-caulking, rusty stain near the toilet. I stayed in many Hampton Inns, the one in Plymouth was so disappointing.

The pool was absolutely disgusting! Couldn't let my daughter swim in it. Towels in and around the pool pool needed to be cleaned in general, lots of clumps of hair floating. When i beought it up at checkout said there were lots of kids there and they didnt have anyone to clean it. Very poor management

Half way clean. Toilet I had to clean it because it had hairs and after flush it stay running had to lift lever. Bed pillow smell like sweat and the bed had lost of dog hair (was not fresh blankets or pillows cases) I ended up going to CVS due to allergies from the dog hair.

There were stains on the couch. Really gross

As a standard, cozy getaway this was fine. Rooms were clean and standard, though have the TV at an angle to the side of the room instead of in front of the bed was a bit odd. The free breakfast was good, and staff seemed friendly. The only thing we found rough was that we went for an off-season retreat and wound up staying with a basketball ground of many families, children and teenagers. No problem, we love families and kids, but we worried about the little children in the jacuzzi - there are 3 signs saying no persons under 16 in the jacuzzi, but children between 2 and 10 were climbing in and out the whole time we were there, while parents sat nearby on phones. Again, nothing wrong except I definitely felt some of the little ones stayed in the spa too long, and I worry for their health. Otherwise, it was fun watching them all play in the pool and be excited together 😊

Spacious room and very clean - loved that even after midnight there was fresh coffee - the bathroom is was big and spacious

A comfortable hotel with roomy quarters, good mattresses, and a hearty breakfast.

The room was comfortable and the staff very helpful. Only criticisms were that the room where breakfast was laid out was a little on the small side, and there was quite a lot of noise from either a generator/ air conditioning unit in the evening as we were going to bed.

The room was ok , but the shower was not ok. The shower handle was broken and was not stopping the water, so I had to dress in a rush and call for someone to come and fix it. This is unacceptable for the amount of money that I paid for the room.

Each time the check in is crazy. Last time the computer was down and a line went 20 people deep. Took forever to get signed in. This stay there was only one check in person. Just the entire check in process

I paid for 2 studio suite rooms and they gave me a double room. They told me that if I made the reservation directly with the hotel I would have the room I requested, but I did it with Expedia and it wasn't guaranteed. Would I have the same room I paid for because it's written like that... and I didn't read that anywhere... that if I didn't want it they would cancel the reservation. Terrible service...

Service at the continental breakfast was excellent. Clean and well stock, even after a bus group had just left the dining area. Very friendly staff.

Loved the room, great choices for breakfast. The staff were friendly particularly Dave who worked in the kitchen and was kind and a terrific singer. I have never had anyone sing good morning to me at any other hotel, what a treat. We felt very welcome.

We had an unfortunate incident during our stay. We left the hotel Jun 8, 2023 at 2:30pm. Our room was left with beds unmade and towels on the floor. When we returned at 10:30pm our door to room 219 was left open. The beds were made and bathroom was cleaned. I can only assume housekeeping did not close the door fully. Thankfully nothing was taken, but it is unnerving to see our room left open.

This was a great stay. We visited King Richard's Faire and then drove down to see Plymouth Rock. Nice central location for both.

Can’t only have full dairy every day, not everyone can do full dairy like that. Some lactaid and almond milk products would’ve been good. I would definitely stay here again because it’s near food and shopping in walking distance.

The pool and hot tub were very nice, both were a good size and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with omelets, bacon, hash browns, waffles, fresh fruit etc. We appreciated the 24 hr access to coffee, tea, cocoa and the free cookies. The rooms were large and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the tv was large.

Always stay at Hampton Inns when traveling. Staff here very welcoming. High praise to the morning breakfast staff. They handled 85 kids that were staying there on a school trip and all of the other guests. Great job and very friendly staff. Thank you.
