We had family with us from Oregon. We all planned to swim in the indoor pool and all of the kids were super excited. Went down to the pool but it was closed for maintenance. It would be great if that was advertised. The indoor pool is the main reason we chose this specific hotel.

It was just okay. It was a very small hotel. The bathrooms in the room are so small. We got a room by the road and the cars were SO noisy. The breakfast area was small and out of everything by the time we got there. The construction made it a little inconvenient to get in & out of the pool. The front desk lady was not very nice on our last day and we felt very rushed by the maids the day of check out. Overall just okay& outdated. Wouldnt stay here again.

Overpriced service is horrible workers are rude and rooms too small and very out dated walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors especially the ones above you indoor pool is small and and cold and hot tub was tiled over. Worker actually said they are low on inventory and only aloud to check in so many guests a day

The hotel lobby and rooms were in need of wear and tear repairs. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We have a large dog and she was very comfortable there. Parking and amenities for walking a dog safely were plentiful.

Entire stay was good. Only problem was the elevator door does NOT stay open very long. It caught my arm caused a good size skin tear. The large bandaid that my wife had packed was not large enough. We had to go to the store to purchase larger bandages.

We checked in one evening and stayed 2 nights. The hotel staff never cleaned or re-stocked our room. We had to ask for fresh towels expecting the hotel to go to the room as we were going out the second day. The desk clerk told us we could pick them up ourselves. When we got back to the hotel we did pick them up at the front desk. First morning we were there we ran into the maids and as soon as we did we smelled marijuana smoke immediately. Probably why the room wasn’t maid up. Never again!!

There was a huge cockroach in our room. Mold on the shower head. The towels, wash cloths, hand towels had stain spots. The breakfast room area was very dirty…..the floor was sticky with syrup, the food counter was littered, the attendant told us there were no eggs left (at 8:15 a m), although the desk clerk told her to bring out more. Very disappointed….Hampton Inn is NOT what Hampton Inn used to be.

Well,unfortunately for the amount of money paid I would think the accommodations would be up to code/better. 1. The fire alarm is hanging from the ceiling with wires cut and sticking out. 2. Large hole in the back of the bathroom door. 3. Rust stain in the tub. 4. Broken toilet seat. 5. The shower head is popped off the wall with rust around. 6. Broken tile in the entry 7. Wall paper pealing off the wall in the bathroom. 8. Bathroom door hardware does not lock. My wife took a shower with her sandals on because the bathtub looks unsanitary.

Nothing made us want to change our room, but I did question myself whether our room had been properly cleaned. There was hair on top of one of the top sheets of one of the beds, there was wadded up toilet paper under the bathroom vanity, and the bathroom door didn't lock. But everything else looked clean. The refrigerator must have been about to go out because it made a horrible noise all night. It was nice having a late check-out and an indoor swimming pool.

I check in went to my room TV broken. Had to go downstairs to get another room WIFi didn't work, shower broken. Went down to Breakfast no water anywhere unless I wanted to buy a $3.00 bottle of water from the front desk. Never will recommend this place.

Even though it is old, the room was nice, the A/C was noisy at first then settled to a nice hum. There was no shampoo in the shower dispenser. Service was good. Breakfast was good was well!

could not establish a wifi connection. when I went to the front desk for assistance the clerk also couldn't log on and blamed it on my computer (my computer works fine and subsequently at home I successfully logged onto wifi).

Property very loud in the room you heard the sewer and water pipes all night long. Very expensive for the conditions of the property. Couch in room you couldn’t even hardly sent it was so sunk down everything felt very used

Was supposed check in at 3. Arrived abd was needing to use room to get ready was in town for concert. Had to wait over hour to check in bc was told they didnt have it ready. Made us miss our dinner plan . Tje next morning about 945 housekreping just walked into room as we were compromised. Not very pleasant experience at that moment.

Arrived at 9pm and although a reservation, no rooms available. Communicated I would take any other room class available. Sent to a dirty room with unmade beds etc from last customer. Then told room would be cleaned in an hour. Again it is 9pm. A room was cleaned a bit quicker but a very unwelcome arrival. Also breakfast was very poor. Some hot items completely exhausted and milk was not cold.

I paid through Expedia but they charged my credit card that I gave for incidentals for the room that was already paid for. They did charge the 40$ and repaid it back but also charged 233.00 for a room I paid for. Not happy and I called about this I will try calling again watch when you give credit card to use for incidentals they will charge you extra.

The staff was amazing!!!! I thought I had booked for three nights but had only booked two. The desk clerk called me after they found my bags still in the room, and scurried around to ensure that not only would I have a place to stay, but I was able to retain the room and not move my stuff. The property is older and it needs a little love, but it is clean with friendly staff. Traffic noise was a little disconcerting at night but it is near a mall and restaurants so that is to be expected.

Every question I answered was true in heart, I was so pleased I pray that the same kind people are working there. I believe these people deserve a raise. I will continue to go to this hotel as they were helpful with every little or big issue we had . From microwaveing hot water to billing they were excellent to outstanding!!!! The cook for the breakfast was great!! I have NEVER been so pleased. God bless you all !!
