Couldn't even stay... The room was dirty, bread crumbs all over floor and windows seal. The bed had blood spots on sheets. We wanted to go straight to bed but the common room is all bare hardwood and loud with people talking right outside the bedroom door. When they couldn't find the key for the door and acted like it was no big deal to sleep in an unsecured room, we packed up and left. It looks nothing like the photos. We left without a refund to stay somewhere else. I can't believe this is a verified business on hotels dot Com.

This was a terrible experience. The listing advertised two separate rooms with a kitchen, bathroom, and living room, but we were instead put in a cramped attic with two beds pushed right next to each other—no space to walk or even open suitcases. There were no outlets for charging, no WiFi, and the connection was terrible. We were also forced to share the space with strangers, which was never disclosed and made us very uncomfortable. We requested a refund due to the completely misleading listing, and the host offered no solutions or accommodations. This place is not as advertised at all. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Overall, our stay in Zurich was pleasant, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The kitchen was a bit challenging to use. The oven was complicated, and we were unable to figure it out, which was a shame. Also, the stove was electric, and we couldn't find any instructions. The bathroom was generally clean, which we appreciated. However, the soap wasn't restocked during our stay, even though the room was cleaned daily.

Everything is shared!!!! If you are looking for something private this is not the place! Men and women walking in underwear around the apartment, no heater.
