Check in was great with Melanie. She gave us a glass of champagne as we were celebrating. Rooms are a good size. The only thing was our room faced the airport and the noise from the airport was evident. Also beware of $45 per day parking and a high hotel fee even though pool was closed.

Outstanding like all Four Seasons. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bedding luxurious and pillows very nice. Bed was not too firm or too soft. Room was cleaned twice daily, great service. The hotel is one of the few in Vegas that is smoke free. The pool was relaxing, not crowded and no smoking.

This is a fabulous place at the end of the strip - no casinos and a smoke free hotel!! Surprised that the pool wasn’t open - they said it is closed from November to March. Restaurant was great.

This Four Seasons property is by no means luxury! Constant drone of planes taking off, single ply coarse toilet paper, refillable dispensing toiletries, resort with pools emptied for winter and no indoor heated pool, view of empty pools and airport runway from room, drab boring room decor, resort fees, parking fees, ....I could go on - just not good value for the price you pay.

Upscale environment, all shiny intricate design marble floor in the hallway, very courteous and helpful staff, rooms filled with extras like umbrella, slippers, ironing board even with starch spray, bathroom with soft towels, robes, rugs, everything excellent except the shower did not drain fast and the water builds up to the ankle, felt had to clean up again the feet in the tub and apply disinfectant to my feet. Excellent breakfast buffet. My room though was the last in the long hallway walk, bell boy came fast and trustable to bring them to our rooms.

Amazing hotel in a quiet location. Great staff, including housekeeping. Our room overlooked the stadium and it was 550 sq ft. Comfortable bed, pillows, and two chairs plus sofa. Large bathroom, nice amenities, twice daily housekeeping. It was great to leave the hectic strip and easily arrive at our hotel via tram or Uber. Mandalay Bar is attached with easy access to the casino, many good restaurants and two additional pools to choose from. Absolutely the best hotel if you want a relaxing stay after a long day.

Very nice, quiet hotel, with a peaceful vibe, which is unusual in Vegas. Very easy access to the Mandalay Bay casino and their pools. The beds were just average and nothing special, at least in the standard room, but otherwise the room was very nice and clean.

Stayed in presidential suite for NYE, had a wonderful view of the strip and fireworks. Quiet, comfortable, and well appointed rooms. No noise or crowded like other hotels on the strip. Definitely would stay here again when back in Vegas.

I would not stay at four Seasons resort no more because they gave a joining room and the people was loud so we move hotels and then the new room was so load because from the room they gave us mandalay Bay elevator noises right through the room all night long.Then when told them they apologized and gave us $100 credit and ask if we would like to change to room right next to that one we said no because tired of moving. So we are not very happy about are stay here I think some money back but they said can’t do that I booked it though Expedia The four seasons is a 5 star resort. I also had family staying here and they was not please.

The Four Seasons is great for service but the room is quite noisy, at least if you are facing the casino side of Mandalay Bay. The droning sound of the HVAC units is incessant. Also, the powered flush toilets causes the pipes to emit a creaking sound, so if your neighbors are flushing alot, expect to hear alot of noises throughout the night. I slept with earplugs and could still hear it.

One word summarizes our stay: "flawless". All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were blown away by their attention to detail. All the small gestures, such as complimentary treats while at the pool, to putting fresh ice in the ice bucket in our room while we were out, to letting us check out a little later than normal when we really needed that extra hour to recover from the late night before, added up to an overall experience which vastly surpasses any other hotel we have previously stayed in. Thank you for boundless hospitality and we look forward to staying with you anytime we are in Vegas again.

Had a great experience in Vegas at the Four Seasons. It’s a little away from the main strip, which suited us just fine as we wanted to be in a quieter area. We even got upgraded to a suite when we arrived, which was amazing. Also big shout out to Paul on the Concierge desk who went above and beyond to help us get tickets to a show that we were struggling to purchase on Ticketmaster due to our non-US phones. I will definitely be staying here next time I come back to Vegas.

We booked two rooms to surprise our kids and wanted this to be a relaxing end to our stay in Las Vegas. It is a beautiful property, however, we wasted an hour checking in because they preauthorized our credit card too many times and it wasn’t registering on their POS system -and our credit card company then blocked our card. We were told we needed to preauthorize another credit card or we would not get access to our rooms- however upon checking with our bank, we were in fact already charged the full amount for both of our rooms. After trying unsuccessfully explain to the woman at check in who was belligerent and not apologetic for this, we asked to be escalated to a manager. While he was nice and bought us a coffee, he did not follow up with us as promised to provide an update on what was going on. Upon checking out, we came to realize they put through another preauthorization without our knowledge or consent. We booked at the Four Seasons because of the quality of the hotel and expected a higher degree of service and professionalism from the front desk staff. We’ve been to many high end hotels around the world and while the Four Seasons brand is tops, we left feeling let down by the chaos of checking in and checking out. We hope this improves next time we stay.

Very pleasant way to stay in Las Vegas and perfect if you want to stay away from the hubbub of the main hotels on the strip. However, if you do stay here, you need to understand that you need to take cars (Ubers or Taxis) everywhere. The other methods are long and complicated.

I had a great stay here for 3 nights. The hotel is actually located within Mandalay Bay so you have easy access to the casino and restaurants. The poker room is close by as well. Although it’s at the far end of the Strip, the hotel is a short ride to the airport and you can take a tram to Excalibur, cross the pedestrian bridge and then walk to catch a separate tram at Park MGM which will take you to Bellagio and the heart of the Strip.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in Las Vegas, this is by far my favourite! If you want a peaceful hotel, no big casino, private pool, this is the place for you! The Mandalay pools are right next door, and the Mandalay casino and restaurants are a short walk as well. The restaurants in Four Seasons are incredible! We went many the times. The staff in all of the hotel are so friendly and helpful as well. Loved the rooms! The views! And the whole atmosphere. Will absolutely be returning here.

We could have just stayed and enjoyed the hotel and never left our room/hotel for 3 days. Our view from our room was phenomenal. Service was exceptional. The pool vibes were relaxing and serene. The brunch buffet was incredible!!

This Four Seasons is average at best. I was expecting something spectacular being in Las Vegas. Average food, terrible cocktails, service was average and rude at times. The property was tired. The windows were dirty and the carpet in our room was stained. I was underwhelmed. The bed was very comfortable, and the spa services were good.

Nothing is too much trouble for the amazing staff who go out of their way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The Four Season is not a huge property, occupying only the top five floors so you never feel lost in the crowd, a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. The Bourbon Steak restaurant is also outstanding.

The hotel is sharing the building with Mandalay Bay. I wouldn’t call this hotel a true four seasons experience. The walking entrance to hotel is quite tricky. The quality of the in-room dining food was average to poor, the breakfast was terrible to be honest. Staff friendliness at the reception: 3 out of 5. They request the info about our stay and none of the provided info was used. Moreover, the welcome message on a TV was addressed to a different person.

Absolutely loved it. Beautiful compound, very stylish interior, classy service, very comfortable bed, great view – and fortunately a wonderful separation from the gaming masses. Only spent 1 night but would definitely consider this for a longer stay. Veranda is a great restaurant within the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas. We sat down for a late lunch/early dinner prior to Jelly Roll concert. It was exactly what we needed, and it was on point, i.e. very delicious.

This was one of the loveliest hotel experiences we ever had. The level of courtesy and consideration was amazing. The room was lovely and the bed was extraordinary. We loved that there was no smoking anywhere. The restaurant was fantastic. One tip: if you are there on a weekend, make a reservation for breakfast because the buffet is popular with locals as well as guests.

This was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The room was spacious and clean. I traveled solo and felt very safe. I left my safe open by accident one night, and nothing was touched. There’s a of talk regarding other hotels on the strip stealing from people’s rooms. This hotel is top notch. The staff were amazing and I’m coming back for my next Vegas trip! Thank you for an amazing stay.
