The JW never disappoints! The only complaint, was the pool area, a bit dirty and don’t get me started on the lounge chairs!!! They were rusty, falling apart and the cushions were disgustingly dirty! You can do better!

Hotel was great. Pool area was not. Pool chairs are old, the cushions they used are old, faded, full of stains. The edge around the pool needs to be power washed as it is black in many areas.

The room was nice, and the staff were helpful. We didn't find out until we arrived that the spa was closed during our entire stay. Since this property is off strip, that was quite an inconvenience, and we ended up not getting to enjoy any spa treatments during our vacation.

Great facility, mostly helpful Staff. The room service is non existent and the quality of the food is fair. The pool needs to be open much earlier or later or both as it’s only open at the hottest time of the day. How do kids handle that?

There was a really bad rotten egg smell in the Palms Tower lobby and in all the hallways the second night we were there. Probably some sewage issues. The smell somewhat seeped into our room so we just slept with the window open that evening. Otherwise perfect stay.

On their website and on posters in the hotel they say they are "newly renovated," however I had to ask them to move my room, opposite the spa building, because the steam shovel, jackhammer and chainsaw that woke me my first morning there at 8am. So they are "renovating" not "renovated." That's some BS.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a significant concern for me in this review. The bed sheets and pillows smelled unpleasant, and I found a fake eyelash on one of the face towels. Additionally, there were blood stains on the bed sheets. While the hotel was beautiful and had many amenities, the lack of cleanliness in the rooms was a significant issue.

Overall our stay at JW Marriott was good. Our suite conditions were just not at its best. We had cabinets with chipped wood coming off. Floors were stained and did not seem very clean. Shower was a bit dirty and did not drain as it’s suppose to. Location was great and quiet. Would definitely reconsider next time as this is suppose to be a luxurious hotel.

Everything was excellent the only issue we had was plumbing in the shower and bathtub were somewhat backed up. The shower filled all the way up to the point if I continued to shower it would have spilled out onto the floor. Shower also had what appeared to be black mold coming up from the drain into the backed up water which is another reason I had to end my shower. The bathtub took several hours to drain.

Property nice overall, though common areas could be cleaner and are showing wear. Service was good with exception of policy that I had to take my young daughter into the smokey casino area to request a bandaid because apparently the front desk can\'t provide a bandaid and a "report needs to be filed". Though this was not actually the case, it would be nice if the front desk could just provide these. Breakfast at the restaurant was subpar. The pool area was nice though pool furniture was quite worn.

Beautiful, elegant hotel. Lush grounds. Our room was spacious and beautiful and comfortable. Room could have been a little cleaner, as there was some debris on the rug that should have been vacuumed. Same with the bathroom, as dust was accumulated in the corners and along the baseboards. It would have been helpful to have a grab bar in the shower, as the tile/marble was slippery. But the bathroom was roomy and gorgeous.The light in the walk-in closet was burned out, which we kept forgetting to mention to the front desk. The upholstery on desk chair was worn and torn and shredding. Plenty of lamps located in the room. It was wonderful that there wasn’t noisy heat and AC units. Loved that there were a selection of restaurants in the hotel, however the Italian restaurant was not good. The entire staff, everywhere, was wonderful!!! Overall, we loved the hotel in every way, and would most definitely stay there again

Beautiful resort, large spacious room and bathroom. Elegant and exceptionally clean. Valet service, bellhop, front desk staff were ALL on top of their customer service game the entire stay. Clean restaurants and a great variety of diverse dining. Pristine grounds with relaxing koi and benches to sit. Large pool with food and drinks! Definitely worth it! Will be returning soon! Highly recommend!

We had a nice stay here. We had some wind noise from balcony door, but wasn’t a huge problem. Pool was nice, water temp was awesome, really enjoyed the pool. Pool chairs could use a nice refresh/update.

We reserved a view room with a balcony for sitting on. A Juliette balcony is not a real balcony. We had no view except the roof top. We were next to the elevator which made noises like thunder all night long. Not a pleasant stay. Very disappointing. The front dest said they would move us but since we only had one more night, packing up and moving and unpacking would have just added to the misery. .

We were in the Palms Tower which is in desperate need of a renovation. The bed linens where falling apart, the light bulbs in the hallway and bathroom if our room flickered the entire time. Housekeeping showed up at 8am and we asked them to come back as we had just gotten up. We had to ask another 3 times for Housekeeping to come and they finally came at 7:30pm. The cushions on the pool chaises looked very worn as were the beach towels they provided. Overall, very disappointed in the entire property and wouldn't stay there again

I usually stay at Red Rock but chose JW Marriott based on the positive reviews! From the moment I drove up, the valet (Brent) was so helpful and kind. Then Marcus helped Me at the front desk and really set the tone for my 4 days there. Rooms were wonderful, I loved the jetted tub! I stayed in the Spa tower and absolutely loved it!! Grounds are beautiful

It took an average of 15 min for hotel operator to answer the phone. Did not clean the rooms everyday. Nobody at the front desk (Palm Tower). Carpets are worn out. Whole place feels grimy.

The entire stay was great! Would have loved more roulette tables in the casino lol. We didn’t enjoy the cabana as it had black widows in the cabinet below the tv. We requested some help and were dismissed. We finally spoke to a manager and she also informed us that she couldn’t do anything for us and that she understood. Which made us feel as though she wanted us to go away. Outside of that, all else was great.

An amazing experience. I’ve stayed in many hotels through out the years and I have to say, this was my most enjoyable. Everyone, without exception was engaging, helpful and extremely pleasant. The facilities were clean and fresh, not to mention, beautiful. The location was very convenient. And once again, the staff was exceptional! In a world of 5 star reviews, i give them a 10!

The overall experience was great. When you pull up to the property, the valet staff fast and attentive.The front desk personnel were polite and very helpful. When I visit Vegas again, I will stay at this property! Definitely!!

Pros:Valet staff was top tier! View from room was breathtaking and the bathroom was enormous and felt so luxurious!! Cons: Hard to get a hold of the front desk for issues, resort fee expensive and non-refundable even though I didn’t use any of the amenities. Wanted to get a massage at the spa but the prices were outrageous!!

Absolutely gorgeous place and spacious rooms. I have been to several hotels and this one is in the list of top 5 nicest hotels that I have stayed at. The place is peaceful and relaxing. Great place to be at for anyone who wants to relax and take a break from the noise in Vegas. Would definitely stay here again.

A really lovely resort hotel. We had a large, first floor room that was clean and well appointed with a patio. The staff was universally friendly and helpful. Restaurants were ok. It is an approximately 20 minute ride to the strip (+\- $30 Uber ride).

The JW Marriott is a beautiful property as you drive up to the valet parking. Valet immediately welcomed me and provided me with valuable information about the two towers as I was unfamiliar with the layout of the hotel. Entering the first tower lobby, the entry is wide open, bright, and attractive. Front desk staff were helpful and accommodating to a few requests that I asked for. My room was clean, and the views from my window enjoyable. I checked out the Spa but wasn't able to use it this trip. I had dinner at the Italian restaurant (Spiedini Fiamma) where the food was very good and the customer service - excellent. I would recommend the Burrata with the Meiomi Pinot Noir and the Porcini Crusted Salmon with the Santa Margherita, Pinot Grigio. I also found the sports book exceptional - staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast at the Cafe' was probably the only disappointment. The food was overcooked - especially the omelet. I would stay at this property again without hesitation.

This was our first visit to this resort. We came to celebrate a friend’s 40th bday. The pool is exactly what we needed. The bar, the food at every restaurant we tried was affordable and delicious. The service of all staff members was A . Cliff w/ Valet was the man. Sam at Starbucks a total sweetheart. Planning another visit w/ my kids
