The place was beautiful. The only issue is that 4/6 elevators were broken at the same time, and the next day they still didn't work right. (No signs were put up, either.)

My family and I decided not to leave the resort since there were so many fun activities to do there. We watched a movie at the movie theater, lounged by the beautiful pools, and even bowled a few games at the alley. There are also many places to eat. The hardest part was choosing where.

Horrible service - would never stay here - especially if you go here for the pool- management did not care about the way people/kids behaved running/screaming/jumping and splashing guests - also shut down 3 pools and 2 hot tub pools for a concert they were setting up which wasn’t for 2 and half days later - they crowded everyone into the main pool and didn’t give one care about how many people book this place for the pool experience - would never ever give them my money every again - not to mention the rigged gambling going on here - this is money grab and you can feel it when you’re here unfortunately people get sucked in with the flashy pictures and advertisements- don’t fall for it :( sadly we did. - I included the pics of the pools that were sitting empty all day for multiple days ….looks great but don’t touch!

When we got to our room the pull out couch was clearly dirty. We pulled the sofa bed out and the sheets were dirty with dirt and pubic hair. We called the front desk to come and change them and when they pulled the cover off the mattress, it was completely stained/soiled. They ended up proving roll away beds for the night. This was the VIP king suite and for it to not be kept clean was a big disappointment. The staff who helped remedy the situation were extremely helpful, and I will give them credit for that. I just hope they change the mattress and pay more attention to that.

Checked into a room that smelled of raw sewage which was confirmed by the maintenance staff, unable to switch rooms due to being fully booked on a Wednesday night. They did remedy the smell but the damage was already done to the mood of the trip. Almost stuck in the parking garage elevator which is like a hot box, a group of 4, my friend and I and 2 elderly women, while trying to go down from floor 4 to the casino on the elevator it decided to go up a floor then down a floor randomly and then jostling up and down more while all the floor buttons and screen went dark for another minute. The elevator was in limbo for a couple of minutes. Not pleasant at all imagining ourselves being stuck in that inferno, but we all had the thought. Finally the elevator opens on the floor we had originally borded on, we all jumped out, looked at each other and proceeded to the stairs. My friend and I gladly helped the women down the stairs which they never should have been basically forced to take due to fear. Pretty wild stuff for a supposedly high quality resort. Should have had a full comp for the 2 nights, but do due to booking on Expedia were unable to have that done.

Toilet had a pocket door, which is slid open when housekeeping cleans. But, once slid shut the back side of the wall was dirty. Looked like somone vomited and some got on the wall. It wouldn’t be noticed unless the housekeeper, looked behind the pocket door in toilet room.

The room layout, size and view (canyon) were all great. Cons - the room had not been deep cleaned before arrival, lots of hair in the bathroom, and sticky substances on floor and door handles. The public areas of the hotel smelled of smoke and unappealing room freshener, however the rooms did not, which I was pleased with. On Saturday night there was super loud music. I was on the 14th floor and struggled to sleep from the noise. Would have liked the pool hours to be extended as well. Pros - free parking, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, great food options in the resort, wonderful off-strip location with tons of shopping and dining options available, and great pool area. Would consider staying again.

The staff is not friendly. They stand around on their phones or talking to other staff members. The only staff that spoke was front desk and it was basically “why are you bothering me”Hospitality has gone way down hill…. There was mold and water stain over the toilet in the bathroom. I have pic of this. Only there for the 1 night back from 16hr flight. Exhausted so I just didn’t care as long as I could shower and go to bed. Felt like everything needs a heavy clean and updated bad. Have stayed here multiple multiple times and it’s never been this bad.

Beautiful place with great service. However, we woke up with bug bites. Possibly bedbugs. The walk to the elevator was far. The swimming pools are limited to no more than 4 feet depth. The pool is in the shade until noon so no pool time in the morning.

The room was huge and comfortable. Great choices and prices for the premixed cocktails offered in your mini bar. The staff, everywhere we went in the resort, were friendly and seemed happy to be there and help us have a good time. The other patrons were super nice/neighborly and the entire place had a relaxing atmosphere. We ate at Naxos for dinner twice and it was exceptional. We had an awesome healthy & hearty lunch at 8 Noodle Bar, and one full breakfast and a morning "to go" coffees and pastries from Lucky Penny. You have to have one or more of their pastries. Everything was so delicious. Pool & the pool attendants were the best also. Fun times. Will be back!

Good staff, everyone was very nice. Little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Room was clean and very comfortable. If you don’t plan on buying anything from the fridge or dresser don’t pick it up. I was charged $12 for “mini bar” when I called they so if you pick something up for more then 15 seconds then you get charged. Hopefully they take it off my card, lad I spoke to said if it was consumed or damaged then I would. I would def recommend

I was on the 5th floor facing the pool. The music/night club ends at midnight. Our room walls were shaking, and our kids couldn't sleep. If you have a family, I recommend staying on a higher level.

My first time at Red Rock Resort and I will be back. The resort is clean and everyone is very friendly. The prices are good and the service is top notch. My room was great with full amenities (except a coffee maker) but that’s a small negative for so many positive qualities.

No coffee or microwaves in the room forcing you to go to the shops at $5 cup in the morning. No fridge and received a $25 charge for putting "doggie bag" food in the mini bar Had to ask for towels and maintenance when at the hotel. Came home to find an extra $754.25 charge on my credit card. Called and the front desk hung up on me pretending to lose the call. Do not recommend this hotel.

Arrived later than expected due to airline delays. Staff was more than accomodating as i had to change from regular to disability accessible room. We like the isolation from the rat race at the strip and downtown. Lots of dining, shopping and other areas of interest and another casino in the neighborhood. Resort is very clean and smells clean not smokey like some others we visited. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and others...

Lobby bar service, staff and menue ootions were superb. Same for the pool and the bartenders and food server. The resort itself is fantastic. Bell service and Valet amazing as always 5 out of 5 stars Very poor experince with hotel check in desk and with hoise cleaning staff. do not disturb sign light on 8am got a knock on the door said please dont come in and maid service walked right in. It happened a second time with the do not distrub sign up. Asked if was possible for a late check i was told i could have an extra 30 mins for free by the hotel chdck in staff. I was out by 1120am and i got charged for an extra hour. Lastly, i went up to the front desk staff to ask a question if they had a bottle of water to take medication i was "I cannot help you I'm busy. I have a line" I love Red Rock Casino stayed there over five times never a bad experince until last time. Room rates are going up and getting a vacation day is rare for me. I like to enjoy my vacation and have a relaxing experince. Maid service coming into the room THREE times for no reason with a Do not distub light on is absurd. Getting told absolutely, you can have an extra half an hour to gave your things since you were rudley awoken by maid service and then getting charged is ridiculous. Asking for a bottle of water quickly to take medicstion and being rudley told and eye contact not even being made "Sorry I'm busy I can't help you."That was.truly unhospitable behavior and not what Station Casinos stands for

After waiting more than 10 minutes to ask a question at the pool, a staff member said they were understaffed, and that she was doing a lot. Federal Chicken & Donuts was to open at 7am, but at 8:05, the lights were off and there was no front staff, in the food court a person whom was talking to a staff member climbed over the counter, not sure if they worked there or not. In the lobby bar the server asked if we could close out check because she was done for the evening, which is fine, but then she cheered when her mom showed up and yelled, “I’m done!” right in front of us. The room was dirty, floor in bathroom was dirty and sticky from previous occupant. Had to call for glasses for the room. When I asked the house keeper for glasses she told me they were out. Also, when K came back to my room after breakfast, the housekeeper was in my room, she let me walk in and take my purse and never asked me for id. This was truly alarming that she trusted that it was my room. This was a very disappointing experience.

Two front desk experiences were bad due to one unknowledgeable person and later, one who was rude to me. The servers at the Rouge Room cabana were also rude, while offering nearly non-existent service. But, the property is lovely, and some of the restaurants have standout service, notably T-Bones Chophouse.

Lovely property in beautiful Summerlin. This was a quick weekend staycation for me, and Red Rock did not disappoint. Spacious rooms with awesome views of the Strip, a number of things to do within in the casino, close to Downtown Summerlin and other shops and restaurants, as well as Red Rock Canyon. Would definitely return again.

Would highly highly recommend if you want to be off the strip. Very clean, beautiful pool area, staff were lovely. The mall across the street is very accessible and has some great stores and restaurant options, the national park is close by. Overall, much more relaxed feel. I stayed here on my own after staying on the strip with friends and it was the best detox and relaxation. I felt very comfortable and safe as an individual woman staying there.

Beautiful property but we didn’t realize it was so far away from the Las Vegas strip. The hotel doesn’t have a shuttle bus so the only option would be to driver or Uber for 30 mins. There isn’t much to do around the property although we did drive around the red rock national pqrk area which was beautiful. It’s probably great for young families.

We loved everything about the Red Rock resort and casino. Check in was quick and easy and we found our room to be comfortable, clean, and very nicely appointed. Dinner at Leoncita was delicious and we enjoyed great drinks at several of the bars. Our kids loved the kids club and the arcade and didn’t want to leave! The pool was gorgeous, clean, and fun, and the food, drinks, and service were awesome. And finally, our daughter left a beloved stuffed animal behind and housekeeping and lost and found we’re able to quickly locate it and send it back to us very quickly. Overall, we are so impressed and will be returning.

Was very disappointed in restaurant service. Long wait once seated, wrong orders. 2hour wait for room service. Left 2 restaurants because no server showed up. The outdoor restaurant could only serve cold foods because they had issues that day. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Rooms were perfect.
