We enjoyed the hotel very much, a little disappointed that the spa was closed due to upgrade. We were looking forward to a couples massage. Also very surprised that they were charging from $120-$150 for the use of lounge chairs and cabanas around the pool. BIG TURN OFF we’ve stayed at other hotels including the MGM and those are handled on a first come basis.

The only issue I had with Cesar's Palace was have both my key cards deactivated twice. The most inconvenient time was on exiting the parking structure.I was assured the key cards would function after checking out. No, both failed. I've never had a problem with at other hotels. This was my first and last start at Cesar's.

The receptionist didn’t add the parking fee when I checked in. Because of that, I had trouble going in and out of the parking lot and had to pay the regular $25 rate instead of the $20 guest rate.

Pool was open to people not staying at the hotel so it was impossible for me to get a chair at the pool even though I was paying to stay at the hotel. They just care about renting the cabanas for $500 a day! Will not stay there again.

I arrived about 2:30 and they wouldn’t let me check even though they said they had a room ready they wanted to charge me extra. The room keys didn’t work well for the parking they had to give me a second set.

Everything was great didn’t have any body wash . But they took care of that . If your driving parking is horrible. It’s a 20 min walk to parking garage . If you forget something it’s a big hassle to go back to car. And in and out process . Does not work correctly had a lot of trouble.

It was first time staying at Caesar’s palace but it definitely won’t be our last! We were lucky enough to score an upgrade on our room and check in early to make the most of the trip. The hotel was beautiful and we greatly enjoyed the pool area and wish we could have used it more. The only thing we wish is that the pool area was opened past 5pm given the scorching heat in Las Vegas. We did appreciate all the options onsite for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The rooms were very clean and quiet at night. The location is great. It does get super busy down in the casino and lobby. If you don’t like big crowds, this is not the place for you. There is plenty of shopping and food options around. Finally, the pool is not monitored and ANYONE can come to it. It’s impossible to find a chair even by 10am, unless you’re planning to rent a chair/cabana. There were also a lot of unattended teenagers acting like fools in the pool areas. The 21 and over pool isn’t open during the week, so if you don’t want kids around, again this is not the hotel for you.

The room felt very neglected in cleanliness. We decided to use their bathtub with jet stream. The minute we filled up the tub and started the jet system, black tar particles filled the water in addition with human hairs. When we checked in to the bathroom light was out, had to request maintenance to come change the light bulb. The mini bar was half filled when we check in, it was then fully refilled when my room was service the next day. On the day of check out, I was changed for all the missing items that were replaced the next day. I had to explain to them that we didn't consume any items for them to write them off. Overall my experience wasn't the greatest.

Room was disgusting. Smelt like someone just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes. We booked a non smoking room. Walls in bathroom were gross. Brown stuff splattered on walls. Carpet was sticky and old.

Very disappointing experience. The room key didn’t work twice, and we had to go back to the front desk both times. The room was very old — it must be part of the original building, not the renovated section. My room was at the end of the hallway near the emergency exit. It looked like it hadn’t been occupied for a long time — there was dust everywhere.

Caesars Palace is wonderful. The really work hard to get all guest check-ins completed rapidly and efficiently. My room was spotless clean. At night, the room was wonderfully quiet. There are wonderful accessories in the room if needed. The casino, restaurants and shopping is totally fabulous. Wish I could stay longer.

Hallway to enter room for overnight guest smelled awful like mildew the room was smaller than anticipated elevators was nasty with trash and hair skin was irritated during stay I got bit lastly blankets had blood stain and other stains next time I’ll stick with the Venetian from here on out

The hotel itself is fun and has a great location on the strip. The forum was great for shopping and the restaurant options were okay. We had strip view, king room in the Julius tower and were "upgraded" at check in to the Augustus tower. Our upgraded room was a little larger I guess, outdated, with a (very dirty stained) couch, dirty dingy carpet and furniture and a view of the roof of the casino building.....I would visit Caesars again for dining and entertainment but not to stay.

We stayed in room 2007 which was suppose to have a strip view I don’t think this was I only saw a parking garage and alittle piece Harrahs building from my view definitely not a strip view. The room was nice the staff for checkin atleast the guy I had was very poor customer service asked where to check in bags and got a finger pointed that direction nothing else. Overall not worth it he money

The room was really tired . The carpet was torn in several spots, the furniture was beat up, the bed skirt was torn, the towels were small and very marginal. The bedding itself was nice and the pillows were also good ones however. There were NO room amenities, not even coffee that they weren’t charging for. You got a bar of soap and a tube of lotion and the 3 usual bottles in the shower and that was it. Not impressed at all!!!

I stayed in the palace Tower on the ninth floor. The room was clean housekeeping was excellent. for the price the room was a little dated. The curtains were sticking together the entertainment center, where the television was had wear and tear on the bottom I had family staying in the Augusta Tower, and their room was immaculate. The palace tower may be a little older, but overall I had a good stay

Room 360 in Julius Tower is looking at the roof and facing another tower so you have no Vegas view. Not even a street, not a hotel window view. Your best view is to see some clouds and to get daylight into your room. Aside from that it was great. It didn’t bother our weekend trip since we did t spend time in the room but I can’t give 5 stars if my view had no signs of life.

Beautiful property, among the best in Vegas. The furnishing and the hotel ambience is truly breathtaking. Massive property with all (and more) amenities that you would expect. The room was large, well furnished and luxurious. Only disappointment: They charge a "Resort Fee" of $52 per night for Wifi and Gym access. This fee is MANDATORY and you cannot not pay this. However, you are not informed about this at the time of booking!!!

The property is beautiful with lots to see, but we won't be back. We stayed in the Colosseum Tower, and our room had a constant banging noise. It sounded just like shoes in a dryer. The front desk was unable to help. The Hotel nickle and dimes you on everything. Outrageous prices for anything on the snack bar (22.99 for a small bag of nuts) and room service had a 12.99 fee. They don't have a fridge for guests to use unless you want to pay a daily fee of 20 dollars, and even after paying the resort fee, we had to pay a daily fee for parking too.

I’ve always trusted Hotels.com for my bookings, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. I stayed one night, yet I was charged twice directly by the hotel in addition to my Hotels.com booking. This is completely unacceptable. I rely on Hotels.com for accurate billing and a smooth experience, and this has been the opposite. I am requesting a full refund of all incorrect charges immediately. I hope Hotels.com resolves this quickly, as this situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Bad experience from the staff who checked us in. We had to wait for 10 minutes when one staff was on the phone talking. After 10 minutes, she got another lady came to help us. The one who checked us in was so rude and really bad. Not even said hello or told us why she charged our credit card; not even said sorry or thank for waiting… The hotel itself is good and the cost is decent; but I don’t think we come back to this hotel again and definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

We had trouble with our room card keys since the beginning, they wouldn’t unlock the door had to constantly go to front office to let them know we would get new key cards and problem still not fix so had to get security to open our door every time we would come to the room.

Central to everything on the main strip. Plenty of food options from food court to sit down resturants. Forum shop and honestly stayed within the resort for 4 days. Just be aware of the in-room fridge is pre-filled with their drinks. If you require or desire to place your own items in the fridge let the front desk know so they can make accomedations to bring a separate fridge to your room. Outside of that we had an amazing time

I ENJOYED MY STAY BUT MY ONLY INCONVEINCE WAS THE UBER PICK UP SPOT BEING SO FAR AWAY, I HAVE A BAD BACK AND HAD TO WALK FROM THE OCTAVIOUS TOWER TO THE COLLISIUM SIDE. ALSO I CHECKED OUT ON THE 18TH AND WAS CHARGED FOR ANOTHER NIGHT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL OR KNOWLEDGE TILL I RECIEVED A EMAIL AND TEXT CAUSING A FINIACIAL INCONVENIANCE.

Clean room, close to Starbucks and the food court as well as coliseum valet. Very quiet hotel, rooms were nice, clean and simple. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. $62 resort fee is the reason we wouldn’t return, I just don’t see how it’s so much more than the other hotels, and it’s way smaller with less amenities. It’s nice, but for that resort fee I’ll stay at Palazzo or Venetian.

Great stay in renovated Coliseum Tower, good restaurants and good location for the Strip. However the service aspect is lacking. Nobody offered to take our luggage arriving by cab from the airport, and it is hell hauling roller suitcases on thick carpeting, first all the way to registration, then all the way to the tower at the other end of the resort. Ah yes, resort fee of $60 per day essentially for Wi-Fi. Room television does not have Netflix. And cherry on the cake: you have to call housekeeping every day to get your room serviced, it is not automatic even though it is included in the room price. Bizarre. For checkout we were able to use a very helpful and charming bellboy, no idea why they are not instructed to help people on arrival. Overall a good choice for Vegas but would be so much better if service was kicked up a notch, this is not a cheap hotel!

The hotel was amazing. The food options were excellent. The staff super friendly. We ate at MOKBar, bobby’s burger, amalfi, Brasserie B, Dominique Ansel and cafe americano. They were all excellent except cafe americano. The place was not as clean and the food was subpar.

The hotel is always great. So many food options. The biggest downfall is you can’t get a glass of water and not be charged, no coffe pods for the room. Unless you pay the outrageous fee from the stocked bar area.
