The room was absolutely fantastic and the staff were super helpful . However, I would never stay there again until they figure out their parking. Both covered parking and the outdoor parking were completely full when we tried to return to our room the second night. We were diverted all over the place and drove around for two hours, trying to get parking. There needs to be dedicated parking for guests.!! Not just first come first serve for casino and other event goers.

Parking is kind of hard after a certain hour, you can’t enter their parking lot. You have to go through another hotel and they want you to swipe your card and they charge you. Need better pillows. Cheap toilet paper. Hot tub didn’t work the whole time we were there. Trying to use the TV is kind of weird, it throws up “not available”screens in between channel changes.

Would recommend keeping the pool open until 10pm. Currently pool closes at 6pm which is ridiculous in Las Vegas during the summer when it’s over 100 degrees. If pool hours were better, I would definitely return. Property is beautiful, very clean, friendly staff. Easy free parking.

Very standard room and facility. The pool was closed for renovations that were not happening. Did not feel like a "resort" at all. The staff is friendly which was great. No daily housekeeping, just clean towels. Do not waste your money. Not worth it.

Location was fantastic within a five minute walk to the Westgate monorail station and walkable to the Las Vegas convention centre where I was meeting. Hilton had the nerve to take my non-refundable reservation through Expedia and then AFTER it was booked, notified us that the pool is closed. This is Vegas! Everyone wants a pool! I tried to cancel the reservation because of the pool and they told me the reservation was non-refundable. This is false advertising and nothing was offered from Hilton for false advertising! Expedia did nothing for false advertising! I will never stay at any Hilton again and I will be stopping my business with Expedia! Terrible customer service!

I didn't expect much from this Hilton. Just a clean room, a comfy bed and things that worked. When I got there the bathtub had hair in it indicating it had not been cleaned. There was a kitchenette but the coffee maker had not pot. The bed was fine but not what I would consider comfortable and there was a stain on one of the pillow cases. Also, the climate control didn't really seem to work but the temperature was comfortable enough to deal with it. The TV had some crappy Google OS and it was very slow and the channel guide didn't align with the channels which was just annoying. A detail that to me should be simple to take care of. All in all, I would call this par for the course since 2020. Average hotels that are understaffed and cleaning crews that cut corners so they don't have to work too hard. While I would recommend staying here just keep your expectations on the low end.

We had a great time. Customer service was in top of things. Quiet and not so crowded. The only down side was old carpets in hallways that smelled. Bathroom in our room was very small. But all and all for the price we paid it was the best choice. It was also very close to monorail which was great to use for the first time.

We chose this property after reading other Expedia reviews and I must say it was definitely worth it. The rooms were extremely clean, the hallways had a clean smell , we loved that the property was very secure in which you couldn’t enter or use the elevators without a key card . The property is not directly on the strip but only minutes away which is nice because you don’t have all that crazy traffic but still close enough to see the strip lit up at night . This property will definitely be our go to place anytime we are in Vegas !

The room was very clean and housekeeping came daily to collect garbage and bring new towels when needed. The hotel having FREE laundry was VERY HELPFUL for us. We were there a week. Being able to wash bathing suits, all our clothes, and especially my daughter’s basketball attire I was very grateful to be able to wash without having to worry about quarters. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting with kids or in need of getting back and forth to the convention center without having to UBER there. The ease of walking through the westgate back and forth saved us some money on transportation.

Disappointed the pool was closed . Also no robes as indicated on the website. Loved the size of the room. We had a soaking tub that was so nice, big enough for 2! Location is great, the monorail is very close. No extra charge for parking. Would stay again.

The staff was able to easily assist us with changing our reservation to a larger room. Both rooms were neat, clean, and super comfortable. We had a late check-in for our next stay, but were able to leave all our luggage with their concierge services while we went out and explored. This is my second time staying at this location, and I would definitely stay again!

I booked a studio with 2 queen beds but ended up staying with my friend in a studio with 1 queen bed for the first night due to overselling. This change was basically a "downgrade," but they didn't offer any compensation actively. I got my resort fees waived after communicating with them two times. The most unacceptable thing was that when I brought up the issue, one of the night-shift agents (a lady with short hair, not the one who handled my check-in) said "You can cancel it if you want." And it was at 1:30 am. This made me question Hilton’s commitment to customer service. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The hotel is very clean, but we had warm water that did not get hot in our shower. The service is quick to respond via text, but the issue never was resolved and we did not get an offer to change rooms until the day before checkout. Our stay at this Hilton Location was amazing. It was quiet, relaxing, and the monorail was walking distance for easier/cheaper transportation to the strip. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxed comfortable stay in Las Vegas.

Property is in neat condition and in a quiet area, away but not too far from the noisy Strip, parking was always available and was included with my staying which was a big plus, I felt very safe inside the property, security always around but can't say the same about the surrounding area, nearest restaurants and attractions are at walking distance but the streets around the hotel are kind of lonely, there are some homeless people around, although I didn't have any incidents, always exercise caution specially at night or use other means of transportation but if you are planning to drive keep in mind that parking is limited and is not free around the Strip area.

This is a GREAT hotel for families. Check-in was super easy and the staff was amazing. Checking out was just a matter of texting them and saying I was leaving! Walking distance to the monorail so easy strip access without the noise and craziness of staying ON the strip. About a 2 minute drive to Circus Circus and maybe 5-7 minutes from the Arts district and Fremont Street. Great central location.

The suite was great, especially the full kitchen. There was however a used towel on the bathtub rim when we walked in. The parking is strange and takes a few drives to get used to its layout. Since we stayed 1 night, just learned details right before we left. I wish there was a connection through the parking structure to the hotel so the walk there wasn't in the heat carrying luggage. Food options onsite were very limited, but lots in the area. Bell boy was the best of very few staff we interacted with. Late checkout was very helpful, since for a 1 night stay, you only have the room a max of 18 hours (4pm-10am).

While this location doesn’t have the restaurants other resorts have it was within walking distance to at least 20 different places. Well lit parking lot and walkway for safety. Quiet for the most part. The seating area can be a little loud and can get crowed super fast. Would book this location again.
