This hotel was great! Room was clean, plenty of towels etc. cleaned regularly. Pool area was lovely. Couple of free waters per day was a great touch and well needed! Check in straight forward. Felt safe, security was on point. Luggage storage for day of check out was great. Everything was just smooth. No complaints.

Room was great. Very friendly. As it was end of season, part of the pool was closed due to no lifeguard. The hotel was full as was the pool area. Because part of the pool was closed, they refused guest, 13 of us, use of the concrete around the pool, which was where the sun was shinning. Noone even attempt to get in tbe closed part of the pool. We just wanted to layout and get our tans on. They even sent hotel security, wearing badges to come out and make guest move from the sunny part of the concrete to the shaded part of the concrete. We all paid good money to stay there and we couldn't lay in the sun. Some quest said they would not rebook at the location due to this silliness.

Disappointed with the pool hours. After walking all day on the Vegas strip we were looking forward to a nice soak in the hot tub, but it closed at 6pm. The pool hours seemed extremely restrictive. We could also not figure out how to access the pickleball courts as it seemed they were closed when the pool was closed.

With large comfortable condo-style suites,this non-gaming hotel on the strip is the perfect choice for a Vegas vacation. Having a full sized refrigerator and washer/dryer is helpful if you have kids or want to bring in your own drinks, snacks and breakfast items. Really nice pool area with lots of chairs, and good restaurant. Small store with coffee and essentials. Deuce bus stop just outside takes you down the strip. There's not much activity or many restaurants at the north end of the strip but you can walk or take the bus. There are several Hiltons in vegas but only 2 on the strip (this and Resort World), but this is the only condo style Hilton right on the strip.

Very clean, modern, hotel room with wonderful staff. We got a three room suite, which was actually a two bedroom and an adjoining room. It had a full kitchen and laundry in unit. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great! The pool area was nice with two pool areas and it was not overcrowded at all. Hotel is located across the street from a monorail stop at the far north end of the strip. We rode all the way south and worked our way back north. It was so convenient. Will for sure be staying here next time we visit Vegas!

The hotel itself is good but those ACs. They probably have not been cleaned properly for ages. All these bacteria lingering around makes you sick. Windows don't open and I doubt anyone airs out those rooms properly. I hate those AC. Other than that the hotel is nice.

Property is going through renovations. Upon arriving the room looked clean but as we started to settle in we noticed mold near the shower and in the shower. Ac was not working well even after allowing it to run for a few hours. After we woke up and started to make the bed we noticed a blood stain / scab. Our tv in the living room area worked upon arrival however, after a few hours the tv stopped responding to the remote. We checked into our room at 5pm and went out to do a few activities and came back at 9pm. We ordered pizza from the market place and ate and still the ac was not working well in the bedroom. We had to sleep on the pull out sofa which was bumpy, lopsided, and you can feel the springs through the air mattress. By this time of the night we were tired and did not want to bother staff but hope they see this review to make improvements. We were excited about this stay cation but this was a let down.

Bathroom was obviously not cleaned. There was a huge ball of long hair in shower on the drain. They had to come clean twice because when they came to supposedly clean it while I went to dinner, I returned and it was still there. Absolutely disgusting. I will not be returning to that hotel.

We stay here often while in vegas. Has the convience of being at home with full kitchen and washer/dryer which is nice for extended stays. They are currently upgrading the units so we had construction noise from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. But it was not real bothersome. Looking forward to seeing upgrades next time we are there.

The location was perfect—just a short walk to the convention center and directly across the street from the Fontainebleau, where there’s a casino if you’re looking for one. This hotel doesn’t have a casino, which we actually appreciated, as it made for a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. Our suite-style room was very clean, with a full kitchen that came in handy during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall layout felt spacious. There was construction (renovations to rooms) right above or below ours and the banging and drilling started way to early (7am) every morning including Saturdays. I was there for 11 days and Sundays were the only day I was not woken uo by the construction. The bed is super hard woke up with aches in my shoulders and back.

Room was real nice. Tv in bedroom was not working, called and maintenance was there within the hour and fixed the problem. The back entrance(curb) needs painted or something done with the rocks. I fell out there and another lady who seen it said she about fell there too.

Some people at check in were very rude to both myself and my partner. The first room we were given keys to was not cleaned and house keeping was barely getting there to start. The second room we were put into was missing a lot of the amenities and we had to call down several times to ask for things as we came across things we needed but were missing from the room. We were told we could do a later check out to make things easier since my partner is disabled and I have to get both of us and our things ready. Come to find out they didn’t put that in their system when we decided to double check since everything hadn’t been smooth in thus far and when we explained to the lady at front desk that we requested the late check out when we checked in, she could even do it for the time we were given before. Just an all around disappointing experience!

Everything was great. The receptionist were great. The only problem was the salesman who was trying to sell the vacation spots...I didn't want it so they made me wait for hours and didn't want to give me the $100 visa card they promised...went to the front desk and they handled it immediately.

Staffs downstairs are really friendly and helpful. Pool area is very small considering how much guests and rooms they have. Located at the end of the strip so far enough from all the drunk partying people. Loved that it’s a no smoking hotel.

Keep in mind that this is a time share property, so even though we did not buy a timeshare package to stay there they will be trying to sell you a package after you check in. But outside of that, the stay was great. It sits on the strip but about 15 minutes away walking to all the activities and and shopping if you are into that. We actually enjoyed that as it was quite.

The property was very well kept great location, staff were very attentive. The only issue was there was not many breakfast options. Other than warmed up breakfast sandwiches and bagels the only other options were the frozen foods. The mini Market place is great for items and supplies and a fresh coffee but I wish there was more than the frozen items.

You can get a five dollar breakfast sandwich in the Market Place Store. Order the wings at the bar at the pool. Some of the best wings I’ve ever had were purchased there. My room and the kitchenette were wonderful and I took full advantage of the washer and dryer in the unit. Love this experience at the hotel….

We stayed in a king suite with a kitchen. The place was perfect for our stay and met all our needs. I highly recommend staying here if you do not like a crowded place. The place was very classy. Housekeeping service was on point. This will be the only place I will be staying when coming to Vegas again.

Love a Hilton! Booked day-of and had a quick, easy check-in. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the Sphere. Overall, a nice, family-friendly and business-friendly hotel. Would definitely stay again!
