Checking in and out may take a while if you have questions. The best thing about this hotel is that you will not smell like an ashtray after you leave. It's smoke-free. The rooms are good and the beds are comfy. Good wi-fi. Eataly is too pricey for what you get. The Cuban chef truck is just OK. The Primrose has a great brunch. Parking is easy self park but it's NOT free.

The Park MGM is well located on the strip with access via Tram to hotel Aria and Bellagio, very convenient. Swimming pools were fab. Casino and food outlets very good. Rooms were a little tired but kept clean and price was brilliant so a very good find. Would stay again. And would recommend.

We had lots of trouble with their check-in/check-out system. We had stayed at NY-NY resort next door the night before (also an MGM company) and that system was great! (We were able to easily check-in, options for adding parking, late check-out, & option for maid service straight forward and easy). But the MGM Park system was impossible! Everyone seemed unable to make it work, so everyone was standing in line for "old-fashioned" checking. Then the parking pass did not work, and we were delayed while a parking attendant called us in). We had to stand in line again to get a replacement room/parking key, and then it did not work again. We again had to stand in line to get that replaced! What a mess, and with NY-NY systems next door a shining example of how to do it right. Go figure!? And NY-NY offered a simple "Self-check-out" BOX to drop your keys in! Now talk about simple! MGM-Park, guys.. take a walk next door to see how the other park of your company GETS IT DONE!

Signage/directions throughout very clear and easy to follow. Pool area seating plentiful and options for sunbathers and shade-seekers. Staff friendly and courteous. A big plus.

Honestly I loved it compared to the larger surrounding properties. It is so nice to be able to quickly access your room, the pool and dining facilities without having a 10 minute walk. The Nighthawk Suite was very spacious and comfortable, also conveniently next to the elevator bay. Pool facilities were nice and we loved that the property had free water dispensers in public areas. Thank you for having a non-smoking option for Vegas! We can’t wait to return.

I liked staying so close to the Dolby live theater but the parking was terrible for us with having to get a pass to leave the garage. There were two times the card didn't work and one time we paid $25.00 just to get out of the garage even though we had a paid pass( thankfully it was credited), There needs to be someone on sight that can help with parking concerns. Not sure if we would stay at the resort again because of the parking problems we had.

Hot!! The hallways and elevators were sooo warm and miserable. But, room was wonderful and gorgeous and comfortable. Pools were clean. It was disappointing that the dining options had such limited hours. Also bummed that the nomad pool was closed during our stay but Park MGM pools were nice. We enjoyed are stay and will stay again

Safe in the room didn't work. Duvet on one of the beds had a smear of blood on it. The concierge told us how to get from our hotel to the Venetian for dinner and made it sound quick and an easy walk. It was anything but for two people in their early 70s.

It took awhile to check in. We didn’t do self check in because we wanted to be on the same floor as family. After we already settled in the room, we noticed a sun hat, dangling by the chin strap, in the shower. Then when we got back to the room at midnight, we noticed there was no tv remote. We called to guest services requesting a remote, stayed awake another 45 mins but nobody came. We advised front desk of these 2 issues the next morning and they were apologetic and gave $100 toward in hotel food or drink. Then the 2nd and last night I noticed a set of 2 room keys that were left on the table from guests before the us. I don’t think the room was cleaned very well before our arrival.

The staff was fast, efficient and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The room could have been much cleaner. It was very dusty and there was hair in the sink upon arrival. (Not ours). The first thing done on our arrival to the room was dust.

Trash left behind on the side of the bed. Appeared to be something in a ziplock bag and I did not want to touch. Called housekeeping to remove and waited an hour for someone to remove. Bed also had deep indentation on one side. Room was not vacuumed. Will not stay at that property in the future.

Easy access off the South Strip. Plenty of food options: food truck, Eataly, high-end steak house (Bavette’s), etc. Clean, non-smoking casino on lobby level. Room was typical but not maintained well. Carpet was filthy with dark tracks. Couldn’t walk barefoot in my room without the soles of my feet turning black! Thin walls too.

Property isn’t too big that it takes 20 plus minutes to get from your room to the strip. Quiet rooms, clean, nothing fancy, carpet a tinge more worn than I would have expected, not in a dirty way. But the shower head and water pressure was the best I’ve ever experienced. Ever. I will be writing facilities to see how I can achieve this in my own home. Overall good property. Restaurant options are all delicious! Will stay again!

Park MGM is a well run property, clean and modern. However there is no fridge in the room, not enough room for luggage except for one carry on case. The water that should be in the mini bar is on a shelf. Who drinks warm water?

The rooms are fair. It's about as nice as a motel 6 inside. The furniture is poor quality. The shower felt like I was being blasted with a firehouse and being suffocated. The main thing is the bed was comfortable and bedding was all white so I knew it was clean. It was hot in the room despite having the AC on lowest setting. I'll stay here again because it's smoke free and near the T-Mobile Arena.

The front desk people are pretty bad. When I checked in and asked them questions about their parking garage, they did not provide me with any information so I had to spend more time at the garage trying to find the easiest way to get back to the hotel

Valet and VIP check-in staff were wonderful. Bell Hop (Andy) made our trip - absolutely wonderful service! Tram to other casinos and Italian restaurant overlooking The Strip were wonderful added bonuses.

This was a nice hotel - friendly staff, Primrose was a great option for breakfast. Room was clean. More info on tram, requested a sewing kit from housekeeping and didn’t arrive until 3 hours and 3 more calls, but overall would consider staying again.

I enjoyed my stay here for the most part. They didn’t clean our room though despite us removing the DND sign. When we requested more towels, it took 45 mins to deliver, and they didnt even knock on the door when they did drop it off. They just put it on a bag on the door handle, which was odd, and a first for me. Haha. Other than that, the staff was friendly and i liked food options.

Where do I start? DON’T stay here. I’ve been to this property 5 times now because I like the convenience of seeing shows at the Dolby Theater. Checking in, was given the wrong room number. One thing I said was I can’t walk much due to injury, please put me near the elevator. I had to go back and forth 3 times to get it sorted out. With all my bags and luggage. I tried calling from upstairs when I couldn’t get the app to work and the number listed goes to VM! Spoke to a manager, and she waived 1 nights’ resort fees. ONE $40 fee - and I arrived at 11:00pm. THANKS! Made a reservation for one of the restaurants. Had to wait 20 minutes to get a table. People walking up were told there’s a 10-20 minute wait. OK. Every day I spoke to the cleaning staff to “check in” because I didn’t want anyone in my room when I wasn’t there and I know they have a policy of making sure everything is ok if you don’t see them for 3 days. Guess what, they came in my room anyway, without a heads up, a call, or permission. Not even a door tag saying we stopped by. All my stuff was rearranged, towels taken, etc. When I was checking in, I asked to use one credit card for the resort fees and another one for the hold. I don’t charge anything to my room, so I wanted it cleanly on and off a different card. 3 days after I got home, I noticed the nearly $400 resort fees charge on the card I said I did NOT want charged. Incompetent or poorly-trained employees, management without customer service skills

We’ve stayed several times at this property and the check in process just gets worse. We tried the app this time which was worthless and so much more trouble than necessary. Every time you went to your reservation, you had to input all your info all over again. Chatted with customer service - thought we finally had it right , but then couldn’t even use an elevator. The lobby was packed with a long check in line - which is what we were trying to avoid . We waited for a kiosk and finally went with a hard card. Everyone we spoke to said same. Digital check in worthless. The same applied to checking out. Batts were dead in tv remote and we didn’t watch tv. Went to check out and couldn’t even get it past “on”. Had to go to lobby to check out. Nothing was easy!!!

The hotel is super clean and smoke-free, which is why I decided to stay there. The staff was super friendly, it was incredibly easy to get to the hotel, and check-in was extremely fast (did it through the app). I was informed when my room was ready, and when I got there, the bellman helped me obtain physical room keys, which was also extremely easy to do. The room was big and spacious, the beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was awesome. The hotel had so many options for food, which made it even better (you don’t really have to leave the hotel to find good food). There’s a really nice shopping center next to the hotel, and it is walking distance to so many places. I highly recommend staying here!

The tram linking it to Aria and Bellagio made transit to restaurants and shows very easy. The rooms were simple but very roomy and clean. I wish the room had a coffee maker or kettle for hot water. Other than that small concession, it was very nice.

Booked this hotel because we were attending a concert at Dolby Live, which was convenient. The Strip View 2-Queen bed room was nice and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator, especially in scorching Vegas!

Clean lovely shower. Room a bit tired but clean. Lovely hotel, non smoking - perfect. Food in Primrose not the best - organisation a bit confusing. We were happy to sit at bar area but wasn’t offered and other people sat there. It was so cold in restaurant. LaLaNoodle food was lovely. Again restaurant was freezing cold! Ambience was cold too with bright stark lights around the end of the restaurant so a bit of a shame. Service great.

Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in! We had a great view, and the room was well kept. The carpet needed to be vacuumed a little more thoroughly. The dining options in the hotel are EXPENSIVE, but that seems to be on par with the rest of Vegas. I loved that the entire resort was smoke free!

The stay was excellent! This hotel is located in the strip, however, is different from the others. Smaller cassino and not as crowded. We joked this is a smoke free and herd free property! Only steps away from the bigger hotels and casinos. Well located! Guests there can either enjoy the property not at all crowded pools or use the pool complex of MGM Grand. The Eataly inside this hotel is a plus. Close to the airport and easily accessed without the mid strip traffic. If you planning a gambling trip not to leave your hotel, this might not be the one. But if you want a “quieter”environment to stay and party on the neighboring properties, this could be your go to place. Not the most luxurious hotel, but beds are comfortable, awesome pressure walk in shower and delicious toiletries. There is no fridge in the room, but a very clean ice dispenser machine on each floor. I suggest getting your bottles of water on the CVS next to Park MGM, the ones inside the room will cost you USD 10! If like us, you are going to a concert in the Dolby Arena, there is no better place to be!
