Very nice property. Cleanliness wasn’t what I would’ve expected, there was a lot of dust in the room including the bedframe. Refrigerator wasn’t able to be used due to items fully stocked and being unable to take any out without being charged. This would’ve been a nice feature to have especially for eating leftovers from my dinner at one of the hotel restaurants. Pool service was very slow, I didn’t get my drink and food for about 30 minutes until I was about to leave the pool area. Overall, beautiful hotel and staff was friendly for the most part.

Always impressed with Wynn. I received a complementary buffet brunch daily. That was nice! Good food! All was great except vacuuming could have been a little better and hot tub at Wynn’s pool was out of order. Other than that, a relaxing stay.

The best hotel I’ve stayed on Vegas strip. The experience from checking in, accommodation requests & general help was amazing. It’s easily accessible to go from Encore to Wynn to shop, dine or just walk around. The spa at encore is beautiful & transformative. I went to my massage at the end of the day & received a day pass for the following day to be able to use the amenities provided. Rooms are spacious & beds are so comfortable. Truly loved my experience & stay!

Fantastic hotel. Calm vibe to come back to after walking the strip, but still all the gambling and amenities. Pools, except 1, were closed for maintenance. No discount on resort fees.

The room was nice and the scenic view was fantastic. In the room a large surface that could be used for other things is taken up by snacks that are not free and if moved you will be charged for. The same goes with the refrigerator that is full of drinks that can be had with a fee. They say you can request an additional refrigerator but I didn’t want to bother with that. One of the most frustrating things is that only one of the pools was open and it had extremely limited hours from 10am to 4pm. The gym also had very limited hours which I wouldn’t expect for a Vegas hotel. It was nice for a one time stay but I don’t plan on ever returning.

This property looks very nice, and the staff was always friendly. The gym is very good, but its hours of operation are too short. The hotel’s restaurants are good but extremely pricey. Something that really disappointed me was the reservation process through Expedia—there were too many hidden fees, and it was not transparent. I specifically booked a room at the Wynn with a view of the Encore tower. However, upon arrival, the front desk agent said that I had booked a room at the Encore tower instead of the Wynn. He offered me the option to upgrade to the Wynn tower for an additional $60 per night. Additionally, prior to my arrival, I received an email from Wynn asking if I wanted to expedite check-in and prepay the “Resort Fee” (which I was not expecting to pay in the first place). I agreed and paid for it. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk agent asked which credit card I wanted to use to pay for the resort fee. I explained that I had already paid it, but he told me that I had only paid for the first night! I just think that all these fees should have been explained upfront during reservation.

Loved the dark and coolness of the room, bathroom, mirrors, lighting, scale, separate shower and tub, quick check in, express check out, pool not too crowded, pool seating was available, complimentary towels, poolside service and the piña colada was amazing! Our room was ready so early and we were so grateful! The Wynn is a class act. Every Wynn employee we encountered was professional, polite, helpful and courteous.

While the hotel itself is stunning and the newly renovated Wynn rooms are beautiful and well-appointed, there were several service and comfort issues that made the stay less enjoyable than expected. The check-in and check-out processes were both unnecessarily time-consuming. At check-in, the line was extremely long, and despite having three rooms booked, my request to have them near each other wasn’t honored—our rooms ended up in completely different areas and floors (5, 36, and 52), even on separate elevator banks. At checkout, I had a confirmed 1:00 PM late checkout and politely asked for an extra 30 minutes, but this was denied. Ironically, I still had to wait until about 1:30 PM to actually be helped, which was frustrating and could have easily been avoided. The biggest problem inside the room was the air conditioning. For a property of this caliber, the cooling system should be excellent, yet my room was never cool enough. Shortly after arriving, I had to call engineering because the AC simply wasn’t keeping up. They replaced the filter, made some adjustments, and lowered the set temperature to 60°F, but even then, it struggled. I had to keep all the curtains closed the entire stay to keep the heat down. I specifically booked at Wynn this time instead of Encore, hoping the new rooms would also mean an improved AC system, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Another repeated frustration was the delay in basic service requests.

THE WORST WATER PRESSURE AND SHOWER HEAD EVER! I cannot understand how a high end hotel has such bad water pressure and a dinky little shower head. I have had better showers in motels. Also the door handle for the bathroom completely fell off in my hand. Paying almost $600 a night for this was absurd and embarrassing!

The room was beautiful. We stayed two nights and I believe you know each night was 600 hundred dollars apiece more or less. There was something going on outside the hotel that had loud Had very very loud music going on until about five in the morning that was just so loud that we could not sleep either night. To me this is unacceptable and I’m not sure whether to complain to hotels.com or to the hotel itself I would appreciate some type of correspondence back so I can figure out what can be done about this. To pay that much money and not be able to sleep is absolutely ridiculous. Thanks

The whole experience was like a circus, the hotel was booked as it marketed as a 5 star hotel. The front desk was rude and kept us waiting for hours. There was no instructions given ant check in and we basically had to get ourselves to our room, and figure everything out. We didn’t even know there was in room dining etc or know about the amenities in the room needed an up . Not a 5 star hour experience for sure

The Wynn was not prepared for last weekend. We checked in at exactly 3:00 pm and no rooms were ready. There was a long line waiting to check in and they told everyone that check in *begins* at 3, and they weren't required to have our room by 3. We escalated to a manager, and after a 30 minute wait, we were offered a $100.00 food credit. The room wasn't ready until 4:40. Ruined plans we had already made with a group. Not good.

One of the best Hotels in Vegas by far! In the middle of the action directly on the strip, but still quiet and for its own. You get everything you want. Self parking is super comfy and for free. They told us the only rooms available that were in the range of what we paid for we would have to listen to night club noise. They said they had another room away from there, but it would be another $100. I asked if they could give it to us complimentary since there were only noisy rooms available and they refused. We ended up paying the money since we had our 10 year old with us. The room is beautiful, but I don’t feel we should have been charged an additional amount when we booked far in advance and the room selection was extremely poor.

First time staying at the Wynn & enjoyed our experience! Went for the Backstreet Boys concert at the sphere and this was the best decision as it is so close to the venue. We loved how convenient it was to walk to the area through the indoor pathways. We also got our room semi-upgraded to 2 queen beds facing the sphere by Shanae(?) at the lovely front desk. Ate at Casa Playa for dinner and Terrace Cafe for brunch which were both great. Not to mention the hotel/room itself is gorgeous, clean, and provided great amenities. 100% would stay here again!

This is the best property to be at if you are a Celiac and need safe, gluten free options to eat. The very first morning at the buffet I was asked if I had any allergies. When I said I was a celiac, they had the head chef walk me around the buffet to let me know what I could eat. The options were endless! It was all so good! Every restaurant we went to in the Wynn asked if we had any food allergies as soon as we sat down and they had many different options for someone with Celiacs. This will definitely be my go to place whenever we visit Las Vegas!
