What a lovely time at the Liman hotel. Our check-in experience was positively delightful with Clement who not only made the process smooth, quick, and straightforward, but the man was truly hilarious and had us laughing hysterically. Would stay here again just to interact with him. Further, they were soft opening the new rooftop lounge and they let us take a look before they closed for the night.. the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, and this new rooftop is going to be a stunner! The room was fantastic, the perfect space for us with a charming design. Couldn't ask for more, highly recommend Liman!!!

Tout était bien sauf y avait pas d animation la terrasse était fermée et la salle de fitness toute petite mais la chose qui m'a derrangé était la salle de bain qui ne respecte pas l'intimité entre les occupants de la même chambre j'éspère bien qu ils paintent toutes ses vitres . Room was comfortable though we didn’t like the toilet being directly adjacent via just a glass screen. Nice staff, good breakfast. Restaurant seemed quiet at night and rather expensive. The hotel is situated on a main road with plenty of traffic noise, though the windows insulate some of it. It’s a trek to the train station for transfers so a taxi would be advisable to and from the train station for those. The roof bar looked like it had been closed all summer! Not much in the way of facilities, though you don’t expect a lot of these from a city hotel.

I really enjoyed the rooftop terrace that they have that was open til a reasonable time. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, all the facilities and rooms look brand new, and as this hotel is close to the Botanique station, you have very easy links to the rest of Brussels. Would come here again.

Etablissement récent, propre et bien entretenu. La literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité, avec un large choix, et le service en salle est attentionné et professionnel. Une salle de fitness est à disposition. L’accueil à la réception est courtois et efficace. Cependant, lors du petit déjeuner, une maître d'hôtel m’a demandé de payer un supplément pour ma fille, car elle avait plus de 12 ans. Après vérification sur son ordinateur, elle a reconnu que cela n'était pas nécessaire. Ce malentendu aurait pu être évité avec une vérification préalable. Le rooftop est actuellement en travaux, mais il promet d’être très agréable une fois terminé, avec probablement une belle vue sur la ville. Petit bémol : l’absence de parking sur place. Personnel professionnel, courtois et serviable. La chambre était excellente mais les parties communes sont en travaux car l'hôtel n'est pas complètement terminé et cela était évident à 2h et 4h du matin lorsqu'une fausse alarme incendie a retenti.

Le séjour c'est relativement bien passé. Malheureusement il n'y a pas de parking donc on devait chercher une place en plein milieu de la soirée. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Malheureusement, un offre aucune intimité dans les toilettes et la salle de bain. Quand vous avez les enfants ça devient compliqué.
Le séjour c'est relativement bien passé. Malheureusement il n'y a pas de parking donc on devait chercher une place en plein milieu de la soirée. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Breakfast was too expensive, so we went out for breakfast. Bedsheet was dirty on arrival. Carpet in the bedroom was very dirty. Towels were not very clean. Cups were not suitable for tea, only Espresso coffee size. Not enough black tea/English Breakfast tea bags or milks provided.

For such a small hotel, I love how clean the hotel is. From the lobby, dining area, gym, and my room. The staff were excellent and I felt safe staying here. The location is near the train station so convenient. It is a 15-20 min walk to the downtown area of Brussels. Definitely recommend this hotel for everybody (even solo travellers!)

We stayed at Hotel Liman for one night at the end of January. On the onset, it looked nice: modern, airy, pleasant staff and an overall welcoming atmosphere. However, later during the evening, problems started to emerge. One of the towels was dirty (we took a photo) with a brownish colour, looking like dried faeces. We only noticed this at around 10pm and by that time we were too tired to bother informing reception. As if that wasn't enough, some genius at the hotel had this bright idea (sarcastically speaking, of course) of turning the hotel ground floor lounge/restaurant into a discotheque. We kept hearing the muffled sound of music and throbbing vibrations all throughout the night till at least 6am!! At around 4.30am I informed the night receptionist about this, and he informed me that they will lower it down or turn it off completely - alas, it kept going on. I took a video of this for evidence. When we did the check out, we informed the morning receptionist about this unbearable noise and he confirmed our versions as even when he started his shift at 7am, the music was still going on. He did offer us a mere coffee and a (very buttery) croissant but that's nothing compared to the restless and uncomfortable night we had to endure at your hotel. It's a disgrace and it seems like we weren't the only guests complaining about this.

Nice clean new hotel, very comfortable bed, lots of freebies including shaving and dental kit, tv with streaming and chrome cast. Only design flaw is the bathroom is just frosted glass so the light from the bathroom in the window isn’t blocked so it makes the black out curtains on the main window pointless.

Leider war es viel zu laut, um schlafen zu können, weil ich zuschlagende Türen und Menschen auf den Fluren deutlich hören konnte. Die zuschlagenden Türen haben sogar die Wände zum Wackeln gebracht.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a solo business traveler. The room was modern and comfortable, with a super-comfy bed, high-quality linens, and everything spotlessly clean. All the complimentary items were provided, including bottled water, tea, and coffee. I also opted for the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a wide selection, from made-to-order omelettes to fresh fruit, pastries, and more. The staff were outstanding. The receptionists, as well as all other team members, were friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to work here, which created a very welcoming atmosphere. One note: the bathroom has a very modern glass design, which looks stylish but doesn’t offer much privacy. For couples, this might not be ideal. Also, the view from the breakfast area overlooks some graffiti on the street outside. A suggestion would be to consider frosting the lower windows for a more pleasant dining experience. The neighbourhood has a strong multicultural feel, and there’s a great little restaurant just 50 meters away that’s worth trying. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for business trips. The service was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was lovely, the free WiFi was very fast, and the general architecture and interior of the hotel was very good, felt premium and pleasant. However there was not good soundproofing in my room (202) from the adjacent room. You could hear people talking in the adjacent room quite clearly, and at some point the sound of running water (as if someone was having a shower) was loud enough that it prevented me from sleeping. For this issue I have removed one star.

What a lovely time at the Liman hotel. Our check-in experience was positively delightful with Clement who not only made the process smooth, quick, and straightforward, but the man was truly hilarious and had us laughing hysterically. Would stay here again just to interact with him. Further, they were soft opening the new rooftop lounge and they let us take a look before they closed for the night.. the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, and this new rooftop is going to be a stunner! Loved the hotel, great bathroom amenities that lots of hotel no longer offer (dental kit, comb, slippers, etc). Knew it was not central - not close to grand place when we booked .. it allowed us to explore other places we probably wouldn’t if we stayed near grand place, area felt safe. Staff were attentive and nice (one per shift at the lobby) even brought our luggages to our rooms(adrives early and left our luggages and when it was check in time our luggages were already delivered to our room). Only wish the bathroom had more privacy, you can see through the clear bathroom doors. Close to public transport, there’s bus stop right across the hotel and metro a 5-10min walk.

Can be unsafe in some streets not far from the hotel so stick to main routes. Paid for breakfast and was ensured due to early check out they would arrange something to take away. I even mentioned again to staff about an early check out and arrangements for some breakfast to take with us and still when it came to checkout nothing was given Disappointing after mentioning number of times and after paying for breakfast.

The staff was excellent and managed to find, after many phone calls, to find the taxi driver who had my phone. He had charged me (an 80 year old woman with her 11 year old granddaughter, 40 euros and took 40 minutes to reach the Liman from MIDI station when it should have been a 20 minute drive. An excellent three nights in Brussels was the result.

The staff are professional, nice and helpful. The hotel is nice with modern decoration in the entrance area, our room and the breakfast place. The breakfast is great with lots of choices, we especially like those fresh juices. The service is excellent. They also offered us 10% discount in having dinner in their restaurant. Clement is very nice and help us to book a taxi to the airport. He also told us to take some bread with us because we didn't have time to take our breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel and we enjoyed our stay in The Liman hotel.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Liman hotel Brussels! The staff have gone above and beyond to help accommodate us with all our questions and needs, so friendly, professional and warm too! The hotel is stunning, classic, contemporary, new and clean. I loved all the furnishings and textures and the layout is fresh and brings a calmness. Our twin room had everything we needed, pillows and bedding were excellent quality and the white fluffy towels were super soft. They were very eco friendly and provided so many little luxuries in the room too. The walk in shower was like a spa and the tv was huge, we slept well and were extremely comfortable. Our room over looked the patio where you could have breakfast and drinks and it was quiet at night. We would really recommend breakfast- staff were so welcoming and took your egg order (the scrambled eggs were our favourite) and you could have hot selection of mushrooms, potatoes, bacon and vegetables. There was a large cold selection of meats, cheeses, salads, olives, yoghurt etc and also another table with fresh pastries, fruit, bread, toast and various fresh fruits. Cold and hot drink selections were so tastey too! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti, è presente la fermata del tram e la fermata metro più vicina dista pochi metri. La zona non è molto bella, sembra essere in via di riqualificazione, tuttavia non risulta essere poco sicura.

Trevlig och omtänksam personal. Rummet fint men litet med konstigt inbyggt badrum, men det funkar. Väldigt bra sängar, man sov gott alla nätter. Området runt hotellet inte så trevligt så man får gå en bit till cityn och leta restaurang och annat roligt.

El hotel esta bastante bien ubicado del centro de Bruselas unos 15 min andando Lo malo es que al llegar a la estación de North hay que atravesar un barrio que da la sensación de poca seguridad, no obstante, si das un rodeo saliendo por la puerta principal dicha sensación cambia. El personal estupendo y bastante español trabajando alli. El hotel esta nuevo y muy bien.

For such a small hotel, I love how clean the hotel is. From the lobby, dining area, gym, and my room. The staff were excellent and I felt safe staying here. The location is near the train station so convenient. It is a 15-20 min walk to the downtown area of Brussels. Definitely recommend this hotel for everybody (even solo travellers!)

Ho trovato tutto eccezionale. L'hotel è molto bello e moderno, il personale gentilissimo. La camera spaziosa, pulita, letto king size con materasso e cuscino comodissimi! La colazione l'ho trovata eccellente soprattutto per la scelta del salato, le uova strapazzate e le omelette le preparano sul momento e sono state tra le più buone mai mangiate. The A/C made a terrible noise all night. When we complained in the morning the staff were unhelpful. They moved us to another room, but claimed there was no problem with the A/C like we made it up. The said the manager would contact us but never did and some of the reception staff were rude. I would certainly not recommend this hotel.

This is not a great option for families or friends. The restroom is completely surrounded in clear glass. Anyone in the room can see you shower or use the restroom. You are essentially on display. Traveling with teens meant we needed to rotate who was in the room during showers, and there isn’t anywhere super close to the hotel to go “hang out” to give them privacy (or to get some yourself). Super awkward and would not stay there again for that reason.
