Was a nice stay. Only complaint was the music at the pool. Had some DJ and it was so load and raunchy music which was not appropriate for all the families. We wanted to stay at the pool longer but just couldn’t take the same old beat over and over.

This property has been in disrepair for years now. I had not visited in a few years and decided to try again. 1) the baby pool has been fenced off for years and it’s an important amenity for families. 2) the pool area smelled bad, was dirty and the decks need a deep power wash. 3) the jacuzzi was broken and drained 4) the lower pool’s restroom still smells like sewage 5) lower pool fountains that shoot out of the wall by the lower restrooms are not running 6) 1 of the lower pool outdoor showers is bot working Staff was great, food and adult beverages were highly overpriced Please Marriott, get renovations done!

I would have booked somewhere else if I had known the that one of the pools was closed and that both hot tubs were closed. The entire resort looks like it is due for a remodel and needs major maintenance. Overall my experience was very poor.

Beautiful property! But why is the lower pool closed and beach closed, and as far as I could tell no prior notification on the website to set your expectations when you arrive at the property and find a portion of the amenities closed.

It was very relaxing. The pool with the slide wasn’t open, weekend only. It was very quiet, not many people. Rick’s Cafe was excellent. Waitress friendly. All staff was very polite and helpful.

I can attach photos of their ‘fitness room’ & spa. Non existent & filthy. No water working-an alarm on machine kept beeping. No towels, no bottled waters. Front desk check in like a motel 6. The only positive: they had a nice shuttle driver that drove guests to the village. I tipped him & thanked him for pick up & drop off. Other guests much nicer than the staff!

The overall atmosphere was very nice & beautiful scenery. However, there was a used plate next to our room door & was passed up multiple times by cleaning staff since we got there a bit early. Also the condition of the bathtub & shower head was a bit broken but useable. Overall I can't complain about the stay to much since it was pleasant but I just wish it was more modern.

1. Unfortunately, this property did not come close to meeting the typical Westin standard. Very much in need of a remodel…from the rooms, to the public common areas, to the pool. Seemingly everything was not functioning….from elevator buttons, to falling ceiling tiles, to lack of toilet paper in the restrooms near the restaurants, to the clogged drains near the pool resulting in pooling water/mud. Keys didn’t work at the pool….had to prop the gate open with a rock. Towels were frayed and ancient. Bird poop all over the pool chairs. Pool umbrellas without pins to hold the umbrella up. 2. Human errors. First, they checked us in and gave us the key to AN OCCUPIED ROOM. Not making this up….we checked in and went up to our room….luggage in hand…..opened the door to the room to find occupants in the room in a compromising position. The front desk simply said “oops, not sure how that happened”…and offered nothing to us or the poor folks we walked in on. They then tried to give us an inferior room on the non-view side that the first room had. Second, no one came to clean our room until day 3. Next, pool service was very understaffed…amazingly took 1.5 hours to get a simple hamburger for lunch and it came ice cold and beef jerkey well done. Last, the convenience store with the Starbucks was closed at 8 am when the sign said it was open until noon. Sadly, as a huge Westin fan….this place was waaayyy below the typical Westin. Serious management issue here.

The upper pool was so gross and had debris floating all on top of it. They need to skim and clean it out. Beds are old. They are sunken in. Bathroom door was filthy. Not sure it’s ever been wiped and shower floor was yucky!

Room wasn’t cleaned well at all. Bathroom and shower were dirty and had hair in the sink , counter , and shower. Fridge was warm and didn’t keep anything cold. Glasses and coffee maker were disgusting and very dirty. Bed had someone else’s hair in it and the room overall was just gross.

The grounds are nice but lots of trash around the edge of the water. Should be cleaned up. Rooms are pretty average/dated and we had numerous plumbing issues including having to run hot water for 15 minutes to get warm. Too expensive for the quality we received.

The hotel smelled strongly of sewer, inside and out, and was worse at different times of the day. We couldn’t even sit outside and enjoy the hotel’s fires because the sewer smell was so strong. Our room itself was FILTHY, and the corner of the bedspread had blood on it, and the dust ruffle was visibly dirty with what looked like someone’s shoes. No way I would drink out of the glasses in the room, as they were also visibly dirty and streaky like they had been wiped with a dirty rag (probably was!). The couch in the room had so much dust on it that you could visibly see dust, crumbs and dirt. It was GROSS!

I cam in 1 hour early to check in, they told me I would receive a text message once my room was ready, 4 pm came and no one eached out so I had to form in a long line once again. Once ispoke to some one they apologies said they tried calling me however I never received a phone call. Once I got to my room with lake view, my window view was just trees I couldn't see any lake O was told it was due to the hotel being fully booked that was the best room they had for me. The outside window was very dirty. I honestly wouldn't come and satay here again

Lake view room, king room was a bit small. Could see a thick layer of dust on the headboard and the ledge above the TV. Door lets in alot of light so the room itself does not get pitch black at night (which is a personal preference). It was also rather noisy, you can hear absolutely everything happening in the hallway. Mattresses are firm...husband loved it but I was rather uncomfortable and prefer softer mattress. The property itself is beautiful, it was windy and cool when we visited so not alot to do and the spa was closed...which was not listed on Expedia and disappointing to find out after we booked (should have done a little more research). No ice machine only vending machines, at least on the 3rd floor. We were told we had to go to the bar or upstairs to the 6th floor for ice.

This property is tired and ready for a refresh. The first room I was given smelled like mildew, was missing the mini fridge and an area of the carpet about 6'x6' was very wet. The toilet also did not stop running without jiggling the handle. The second room was clean and dry but the shower faucet was loose and had to be held with two hands to turn it on and off.

So if you want a private balcony, as is listed under room amenities, know that it is a “Romeo & Juliet” balcony. Maybe a foot at best of a balcony. Did get moved to room with real balcony but it was not private. Any room on my floor could walk on over to my balcony via their balcony as there was no privacy wall (or anything else) to prevent that. Could be a safety issue.

My husband wanted this little getaway to stay indoors and watch movies. Unfortunately, the very thing we wanted was out of commission for the entire stay. The entire hotel lost power to the television. The staff and service very nice. The food at restaurant very nice, everyone pleasant. The front desk supervisor, Lucy, was very caring and accommodating. She dropped the resort fees, took care of our breakfast, and gave points towards another stay in the future. She was very nice, great customer service.

Our check-in process was exceptional with the front desk representative named Alexis. She was very hospitable, friendly and very helpful with the many questions that we had. I had a friend with me that had never stayed at the property before and was very pleased with the way Alexis took care of us when we first got there.

Mary Ann at check in was great. The rest of the service was poor started out at the pool was ignored for a good 30 minutes before a server made her way over to take my order. The pool bar was out of 3 beers that we ordered. Breakfast was ordered with Room Service. The order was delivered with only 1 out of the 2 meals. I called back down she said they would send the yogurt and granola right up 20 minutes later room service shows up with a bowl of yogurt no granola. She then proceeds to tell me that granola was not ordered. I pulled the receipt that showed granola was ordered. She said she would go back and get it at that point I was done and said to just take it off the bill. I didn’t want it and send it back. I also ordered a small sparkling water. A large was delivered. I was charged for a large. I kept it. It was fine, but overall service was very poor.

On arrival - the check in clerk stated that there were no more King beds available after prepaying in full for the reservation, than I was offered a 50.00 credit on the room and two free well drinks. So, I said okay - went to the bar for the well drinks and Bartender gave me a premade drink and said that's what you get take or leave it its free. I left it or course, the barista in the Starbucks was a bad mood every morning. The valet Carlos was very nice and helpful. After eating dinner to use the 50.00 credit it was still charged to my card, and I had to make at least 3 phone calls to have the billing corrected. It was very inconvenient.

Stayed at Westins across the globe. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Rude staff. Double charged me. Did not care. Had event which blocked us in hotel for hobby did not disclose this event to us at check in. Called to speak to management and phone call not returned.

This place was amazing with its views! So quiet and relaxing. It didn’t feel like Las Vegas with how calming it was there. Truly a wonderful place to stay, if you have business in Vegas but don’t like the crowds.

The property is in a beautiful location, which is quiet and safe. Be prepared for a 35-40 minute drive to downtown Las Vegas. My room had several issues: a strong cannabis smell and a blocked sink in the bathroom. The receptionist offered to change the room, but I was too tired to deal with a room change. The smell dissipated after I left the window open for 24 hours. Both of these issues should have been reported by housekeeping before anybody stayed in the room. There was also no luggage cart available for customer use - instead you have to wait for the bell hop staff, who are very busy at checkout time.

The vibe is very chill. Very relaxing. The grounds are spectacular. The views of the lake and the other homes around the area make you feel like you're in total seclusion. Not much to eat or do around the area. Not much shopping. Basically it's a place to relax even to go find other restaurants other than what's around the resort. You have to make a 5 to 10 minute drive into Henderson. Other than that, it's a very nice place to relax. I would do it again

We liked the quietness as well as the excellent service provided. We noticed that the hotel exists for some years, however, it is still in very good shape. For dining: there is dining in house which is excellent, however there are also excellent restaurants in the vicinity.

Hotel was nice but bed looked old. Mattress looked lumpy and saggy. It was okay but looked as it needed replaced. Room had a beautiful view of Lake Las Vegas which we enjoyed. Restaurant was nice but pricy. $35 for a breakfast buffet. Many hotels these days include some type of breakfast. Free parking which was nice. Overall we liked it and would stay again.

I would give all 5 stars, but I gave 4 for the following reasons: 1. When we booked the hotel it showed that we had a microwave in the room, which we needed. 2. There was absolutely NO coffee on the premisses after 11 am, and we had to go to the village to get a cup of coffee. Hotels like this should have at least a stand , where customers can make their coffee, if bo other options are not available. 3. Having queen beds vs double beds is actually going to bring more customers, as a family with children, and parents may not literally sleep on double beds! Other than the aforementioned, it is a wonderful place, and the service is on a top level! Thank you very much!

The hotel was great, room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, however, they are currently severely under staffed in their service departments. It took over an hour to get a drink by the pool and Rick’s cafe was worse. The place was not busy but the waitress apparently was. Never got our beverages, our meals came out all at different times, and overall dinner time was nearly 3 hours. I would highly recommend they hire more staff to run your restaurants.

Gorgeous entrance to the property with towering, perfectly-manicured palm trees lining either side of the drive. The lake view is stunning, and the pool is ample size. Breakfast at Rick’s was delicious - lox omelette with potatoes and Starbucks coffee. Beds were very comfortable. Dining options are really nice and offer great food. Staff was fine.
