Nothing really unique about this place. What I didn’t like about this place was the bed was not that comfortable nor were the pillows and didn’t like how they don’t keep the pool towels well stocked. But over all I’d stay here again the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a quieter area (surrounded by industrial companies and a 7-11). The Main Street is undergoing construction, but we had no difficulties turning into the driveway. There were a few things that stand out positively. This hotel offers guests multiple luggage carts (not just one). They gave us room on the first floor to accommodate the need for our dogs to get outside quickly. The side door exit was near the pool (clean and well maintained) and some dogs out of urgency went to the bathroom on the hotel wall or the nearby hedges. What I really appreciated was that the maintenance person cleaned the area with a disinfectant and hose, making it sanitary. I liked that there was an indoor mall nearby the hotel where we ate dinner with our dogs in tow (it was 100+ degrees even into the evening, so outdoor dining was not an option). There was also a self-use car wash literally steps from the hotel. We were driving across the country and by the time we arrived in Vegas, our car really needed a cleaning!

Very easy to find and convenient parking. However the pool was not clean. It was early in the season but had had wanted to do some laps and there were candy wrappers and plastic in the pool.

Waken up the first night if our stay at 2:30am by the fire alarm which was turned on in every room for no reason. Couldn't get back to sleep after that. Noise was terribly loud. Many guest had to get out of the room and stayed in the hallway.

The sheets were unwashed, we had to change rooms which was an inconvenience. Breakfast had limited healthy options. The yogurt offered was filled with sugar, there was just one cow milk option, the only fresh fruit were bananas and apples.

The first night that I arrived the room was unclean and had pimple patches and a dried blood on the bathroom door as well as smelling like mildew and smoke and I asked for another room and no other room was available! The manager told me that she would give me a refund for my stay and then only refunded the first night after telling me that I would be refunded for my entire stay as after one night I was not wanting to stay in this hotel. Then expedía informed me I was only going to be refunded for the first night. The parking lot also was full and felt unsafe- not in a good location. Would definitely not recommend this hotel or using Expedia as they don't provide any guarantee of the property being habitable.

The property was very clean, inside and outside. Bathrooms were sparkling in the main common area. Parking was readily available in different sections of the property. Luggage carts were available for guests when entering the hotel. Coffee, hot chocolate and filtered water was immediately avaliable. The customer service was great. The ladies were nice and greeted us when we arrived. They greeted us each time we arrived and left. The hotel has a small sundry store. The elevator was sized for multiple people with luggage. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was soft and firm, multiple pillows and extra one in the closet. Clean refrigerator and microwave. The room was clean. The carpet was clean throughout the property. Also, the hot breakfast, muffins, cereal and yogurt, etc was good. Definitely, it saved us some money on food. Essentially, this is a great hotel to stay for everyone, business travelers and families alike.

The carpet in the room at the entrance had a big stain, the shower curtains were not the right height to prevent water from going to the bathroom, the fan in the bathroom had rust. Light was too bright, didn't have an option of a soft dim light. The shower was not properly cleaned, it still had hair from the previous guest. We could hear dogs barking from another room. Overall it gave us a feeling of a dirty room. Pros: Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable.

Our stay would've been much more enjoyable if: the bed wasn't so hard and the sheets weren't spotted with old blood, the chemical plant our room faced didn't roar all night, trucks visiting the plant didn't rev their engines loudly, if there wasn't a man with a backpack freshening up in the lobby men's room, or if our room wasn't so far from the elevator. I did enjoy the breakfast, the staff was friendly, and the hotel offered many amenities I didn't have time to enjoy.

Room was very clean but it just felt like it needed an update -- paint, bathroom, technology ... And the A/C was quite noisy. Parking was free (good) but weird as to layout.

The hotel was very clean with up to date furnishings. The king bed was comfortable and firm, easy on my back. The k-cup coffee machine with Green Mountain pods was great. The microwave and refrigerator was a welcome amenity. A 24 hour available custom brew coffee machine provided very good tasting coffee located near the front desk. I never felt the need to drive to Starbucks. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was fresh and hot. All the food was replenished throughout the breakfast hours and the dining room was extremely clean. Kudos to the entire staff. The area surrounding the hotel may look a bit rough and its off the beaten tourist path to be sure, but that wasn't an issue for me. In fact, I view it as a bonus. No need to worry about your car. I had zero issues during my week stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and I'll be staying here in future visits.

The highway traffic was not conducive for sleep! I requested a quiet room 5 days prior to arrival. I didn’t sleep at all! The next day requested a quiet room and I was told the room was ready after 5p. I switched room tried to see if any different- Nope!! I left and still had to pay for the night in a room I never used!

The stay was good, the hotel was clean. The drive to the strip is not bad if you want to visit and takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Hotel staff was friendly. We didn't have enough towels in our bathroom and the front desk didn't have staff there at all times. Tried to get towels at 9:30 am and nobody was st the desk and there was a line waiting at the desk.
The stay was good, the hotel was clean. The drive to the strip is not bad if you want to visit and takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Hotel staff was friendly. Jewlia at the front desk was amazing! Staff in general were very nice and the property was very clean. This is either a newer or renovated hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Price was excellent considering other properties. We were there for a basketball tournament. I would definitely stay here again.

When I checked at 1 am, I thought there was somebody at the front desk because the hotel check in was for 24/7. However when we arrived there was nobody there and the front door was locked we could not get in to the lobby. There was a phone to call to the front desk from outside, but it did not work. There was another gentleman who was in the same situation with me called to the hotel, however there was nobody picking up the phone. We waited for somebody to let us in at the outside of the door for 15 min. Finally some hotel staff came out and let us in. However he did not apologize to us for the inconvenience. When I checked out, I told the front staff to improve the phone or put the kinder notice joe to check in after 11 pm. But the lady at the front desk did give us the manager’s contact information and she did not take care of the their own issue seriously. I would not recommend to anybody this particular property of Best Western Plus. Hope they would improve their check in process at midnight but also their customer service.

I had completed a long drive and arrived less than an hour before the 3pm check-in. Other Best Western properties I had stayed at did not charge for a check-in within an hour of official check-in. This one wanted to, but I declined and just waited until 3pm. The hotel was not even close to full-capacity, so not sure that it was worth the hit to their reputation. Not a big deal, but it did taint my experience with this hotel.

Anthony went above and beyond in helping me with my stay at this property. I booked late at night after a family emergency brought me to the area unexpectedly. Unfortunately Orbitz was of no help in resolving the issue as I stood at check in for nearly an hour after being at the hospital until 2am checking on a family member. I was highly disappointed in Orbitz and their service. Anthony took care of me personally after Orbitz failed miserably. If you have the opportunity to meet with Anthony, he’s top notch and will take care of things! Thanks Anthony. You made an extremely sad trip out to say goodbye to my uncle more bearable.

Unfortunately Orbitz was of no help in resolving the issue as I stood at check in for nearly an hour after being at the hospital until 2am checking on a family member. I was highly disappointed in Orbitz and their service. Anthony took care of me personally after Orbitz failed miserably. If you have the opportunity to meet with Anthony, he’s top notch and will take care of things! Thanks Anthony. You made an extremely sad trip out to say goodbye to my uncle more bearable.

Got a text at 9 am from staff saying they would assist us during our stay. I texted back at 930am asking when could we check in. No response. We showed up at 1 pm, and they said we had to pay $50 for early check in even though the room was ready. Woman couldn't explain why they didn't respond to my 930am text that replied to their "wanting to assist" text for 3½ hours. So we left and came back four hours later and got more attitude. I stayed at this place 7 years ago and had a great experience, not so this time. Very noisy at night with doors slamming, parking was difficult to find. Won't return to this hotel next time.

We had a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a quieter area (surrounded by industrial companies and a 7-11). The Main Street is undergoing construction, but we had no difficulties turning into the driveway. There were a few things that stand out positively. This hotel offers guests multiple luggage carts (not just one). They gave us room on the first floor to accommodate the need for our dogs to get outside quickly. The side door exit was near the pool (clean and well maintained) and some dogs out of urgency went to the bathroom on the hotel wall or the nearby hedges. What I really appreciated was that the maintenance person cleaned the area with a disinfectant and hose, making it sanitary. I liked that there was an indoor mall nearby the hotel where we ate dinner with our dogs in tow (it was 100+ degrees even into the evening, so outdoor dining was not an option). There was also a self-use car wash literally steps from the hotel. We were driving across the country and by the time we arrived in Vegas, our car really needed a cleaning!

Visiting family in Henderson and this was perfect for our needs. The area is industrial and there is not much nearby, but if you want a hotel that is nonsmoking and has NO CASINO this is your place! Looks to be new, it was clean and in good condition. The guests we saw were primarily families and our stay was quiet and uneventful. We did use the pool late in the evening. It was clean but surprisingly cold for June in Henderson! The room was nice and dark at night even with lights outside; it has black out curtains. The breakfast was adequate with (only) egg patties, sausage patties, plain vanilla yogurt, 3 cereals and oatmeal, a little bread, and a waffle station. Juice, coffee, hot chocolate. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for 1 night as a stopover. This is more of a motel rather than a hotel. There was an issue with the first room assigned to us but the reception area allowed us to change rooms and were happy to help. The room was big and modern, the beds and bedding were comfortable. Breakfast was included but there wasn’t nearly enough for everyone. At 8am I counted 35 people in the breakfast area (this was about half full as many tables were still available). There was exactly ONE tin which was half filled with round meat patties and the other half with hash browns. There was ONE tin for eggs. The meat patties were grey and the potatoes were not golden but white with grey spots all over. They were hard and tasteless. There were 2 waffle makers but didn’t seem to have enough batter. There was a yogurt dispenser which dispensed about a teaspoon of yogurt. There were also 3 times of cereals, oatmeal and toast/bagels. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any and all requests but 2 metal tins of eggs, hash browns and meat patties wasn’t nearly enough for 35 people! At many times, people just stood there not knowing what to do because everything was empty.

The rooms were clean but the beds were hard not very comfortable, you can feel the springs in them. Breakfast was okay. I'd like to suggest some strawberries and/or blueberries for the parfait machine since you have one. A turkey sausage or other non-pork meat option would also be nice. The potatoes need work as they were slightly undercooked. Especially since there's limited breakfast options. I did make a waffle each day. Those were good. Sit some butter out so we don't tear up our waffle trying to spread cold butter on the waffle. Very nice staff though. Safe and quiet.

Elevators are very old and move extremely slow. In addition - elevators sounded loudly in each stop. Breakfast was very limited, only greasy food. Even bowls for oatmeal were from very thin Styrofoam material not design for hot food. No single vegetable was there.

To my surprise, the whole experience was great! Quiet at night time! Easy parking. Property is well lit. Mini Fridge in the room was nice & cold. Convenient micro in the room. Able to log into my Netflix in the room to chill! Left before the included continental breakfast began, so they packed me and my party a To Go sack breakfast. Casinos really close by for those who came to gamble. Strip was way closer than I thought. Convenient! Staff were amazing and accommodating. Justiana & Lauren made our stay even more wonderful. Very pleased! Coming back for sure!

The hotel was very clean with up to date furnishings. The king bed was comfortable and firm, easy on my back. The k-cup coffee machine with Green Mountain pods was great. The microwave and refrigerator was a welcome amenity. A 24 hour available custom brew coffee machine provided very good tasting coffee located near the front desk. I never felt the need to drive to Starbucks. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was fresh and hot. All the food was replenished throughout the breakfast hours and the dining room was extremely clean. Kudos to the entire staff. The area surrounding the hotel may look a bit rough and its off the beaten tourist path to be sure, but that wasn't an issue for me. In fact, I view it as a bonus. No need to worry about your car. I had zero issues during my week stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and I'll be staying here in future visits.
