The property was mostly clean, one of the nights we were there there were several events that were going on so the parking lot was filled. Plenty of places to walk to or get door dash. Breakfast was pretty pricey and if you weren't there early the buffet was pretty bare. If you didn't add the breakfast to your room it was pretty pricey.

We booked the “best room”’option. Great room. Corner room with great windows. Very spacious. A view of the ball park! Good water pressure. Clean & refreshing pool & a nice hot tub. Bar happy hour (430-600) had yummy Snacks & soiled cocktails. Easy free parking.

There was food on the floor in our room, and things left behind in the draws; napkins, straws, plastic bags, not in good condition. The elevator was broken down, so the entire hotel was running on one elevator and the wait and space on the elevator was very limited.

Everything was just fine for the night. My kids enjoyed the pool, staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. They offer gluten free/ dairy free Udis muffins and almond milk, which was great for our family and for others with dietary restrictions.

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at It was very clean and neat. The staff, in particular Ryan, (asst manager), Rylee, waitress, and Linda patio waitress were fabulous and so nice to be around. The pool and hot tub were very clean and perfect temp to enjoy. The chef is great. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We did have some issues, but they were handled with great care and kindness, thanks to Ryan. Rylee also spoke to us and made us feel welcome. She is one of those employees that stands out and exceeds expectations with customers. The stadium is an added bonus and an asset to the hotel, although the menu is very limited. There is much room for improvement, but overall this is a very nice hotel with alot of nice employees. We had a great time and would love to return in the near future. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was generally ok. The beds and rooms were clean, if dated. The carpets throughout looked quite dirty. The area surrounding the hotel in Manchester would be nice but there are homeless people everywhere and it does not feel safe to walk around.

The staff was friendly and helpful. But the cleanliness in the shower was not. There was mold in three corners and around the soap tray. The stopper in the tub was broken and on the side of the tub. There were crumbs under the remote by the TV. I expected better cleanliness at a Hilton Garden.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful but the cleanliness of the room was horrible. The bed was made but sheets had not been changed. There was body hair and other signs to prove it. There was no one there from the housekeeping staff so a woman from the front desk brought us some sheets and we changed them ourselves. While making the bed, I noticed a pile of nail clippings between the bed and the nightstand and what appeared to be some spots of dry vomit on the carpet. If you stay in room 426, take a look, I'm sure the clippings and vomit will still be there. I hate leaving such a negative review because the people at the front desk were so nice. Unfortunately the cleaning staff ruined the stay.

Easy and friendly check in and check out. Nice big room, comfortable bed and nice soft and clean towels. Only problem was our in room hair dryer was not working and the tub did not drain well during showers. Would definitely still come back to this property. We overall had an excellent stay. Breakfast in the hotel was very good also.

I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how to fairly review this stay. Let me start by saying that the front desk staff were incredibly attentive and warm, as well as responsive. I spent close to $1200 to stay here for three nights. When I got there, there was some trash, including latex gloves in my room. No big deal, I’m not too fussy and people make mistakes, so I tossed the trash. I went to eat at the Patio and even though there were like half a dozen staff hanging around, and not many diners, the service was horrendously slow. The food was overpriced and frankly just kind of gross overall. The real issue was when my youngest daughter (3yrs) found not one, but TWO used, unsheathed syringes in our hotel room. Luckily we responded quickly, and as I said hotel staff was incredibly responsive, but that should literally never happen. Skip the hotel restaurants, they’re just not worth it, super nasty food (except the desserts). Even with a meal and a night comped, we still spent over 1k on this stay, which is way too much for what the experience was. Unfortunate.

Staff was great. The rooms need updating though. The in room chairs are old, one of the beds in my room had a half dollar sized stain on the comforter and all beds in 2 rooms had frayed up corners on all the box springs. And the mini fridge in one of my rooms wasnt working at all and they are screwed into a cabainet so maintenance couldnt easily swap it out. He had to bring up a second one and put it on the floor. The in room TVs are small. For almost $200 a night each room the rooms are pretty meh. But agin the staff is friendly and nice.

The unique placement behind the ball field was interesting. When we checked in, the desk person was confused and even though the room was already paid for he tried to give us a single bed instead of a king. That evening, The same employee said there was a shuttle but when approached he basically hid so that he couldn't be asked any questions. We were looking for a ride to the SNHU arena but unfortunately there was no communication between the shuttle and the desk person. Since it was so cold outside we ended up driving and spending an extra $30 on the parking garage. There was open air in the turnstile door in the lobby so that when we ate breakfast the temperature was close to 50°. The cost of the breakfast was far above the value at $20 each for a very limited and subpar feed. No one ever apologized for the conditions or lack of heat. Some attention to detail is needed. We ate breakfast in the buffet and the breakfast items were cold that were meant to be hot. We don't usually complain about things but this one needs a little bit of help.

The hotel staff and the hotel was perfect. We had a great view of the baseball field from our room, which is why we went. The hostess at the restaurant however was extremely rude. We asked how long of a wait, she said she could seat us right then, but we had to bring up our luggage (I was expecting a long wait, so I wanted to put our name in) We dropped off our luggage, came back down and she gave the table away! Then told us we'd have to wait an hour. If she had told me I'd give up my spot if I left, I would have sat down right then. I asked why she didn't state that, and I got no response. I said to my husband I guess we'd have to go elsewhere for dinner, but asked if we could split our party to which she replied with attitude, "I thought you were going somewhere else." RUDE! I just turned around and walked away. I was not dealing with that attitude! Grabbing pizza delivery and watching the game from the room was just as good, if not better.

It was a very easy drive to SNHU, my destination. Although the hotel was fully booked, once I was able to check in the process was easy. The parking lot was full but the staff worked with me to find a safe place for my car. I was given a complimentary breakfast which was delicious and very much appreciated.

Check-in was 3pm and we arrived around 245 and was told the room wasn't ready yet. That's fine, since we were early. 3pm comes along and the room isn't ready yet. We sit in the lobby and it isn't until almost 5pm that our room is ready. The front desk associate tells us they are going to comp our room for the inconvenience as we explained we missed our dinner reservation and were in danger of being late for the concert we had tickets to. When the time comes, we are told that they will not be comping our room and instead we got a free breakfast. I was not happy that they told us they would give us a comp and then took it back. Then I hear someone in the elevator talking saying how they got their room comped because it wasn't ready in time. Well, at least the breakfast was good

We did not realize this hotel overlooks a baseball stadium where the Fisher Cats play. It was an unexpected bonus to have our room overlook a ball game when we arrived. The restaurant and bar also overlook the field so it is fun if it’s game day. Just a short walk into town for shopping and restaurants. Easy parking. All good.

Hilton Garden in Manchester was convenient for attending the NH Fishercats basebll game. The hotel is very nice, and clean. The staff is helpful and professional and there is always complimentary coffee in the Lobby. Unfortunately we got what was probably one of the worse rooms on the property due to its location. It was room 107, one room seperated it from the elevators and public restrooms, and the corridor that leads to the lobby, patio and bar. There was also two cornhole games just outside the window, next to the outdoor bar and patio. So it was pretty noisey up to 11:00pm. I don't know if this was an unfortunate coincidence, or due to the Expedia discount.
