Homewood Suites by Hilton Manchester/Airport

They are still under construction/remodel. This was never mentioned until I arrived. Guests should be warned, noise, off gasses from carpet glue, boxes and dust everywhere on the first floor. Customer service was excellent! Loved the room amenities 💗

The pool was gross and green. The kitchen didn't have oven mits

House staff friendly and welcoming always. Not great to pay for parking while staying locally.

Close to the airport with shuttle service

The room was large, clean and quiet. I thought I would hear more airport traffic, but if I didn't open the curtains, I would not have known an airport was so close. Shuttle Transportation to and from the airport was quick and easy.

Room is great and breakfast is very good. I am puzzled we were told at check in that parking is 5 usd a day but they charged us 13 a day for the duration so f our round trip flight.

Paying for parking at hotel is only negative, but it is only 5 dollars a night.

Breakfast was poor. Fruit was rotten if there ever was any. Nothing was replenished. One choice of drink. Same things each day. No hot chocolate. Had to ask each day and then it seemed like a chore. Fridge of drinks was rarely stocked and had to continually ask. Muffins and such were dry. Pool closed 2 days and we had to walk across the road to other hotel

The rooms were nice and clean. The only issue is that we were not made aware that the swimming pool was down. We booked the hotel because of the pool. No one advised us when we checked I either. We asked where was the pool because we weee planning on going and that is when we were told it was down. We feel that we should get a discount because the hotel did not provide a service thatnwas advertised.

The pool is very small. On arrival day (Saturday) there must have been at least 20 kids in the pool. We booked for my daughter’s 8th birthday because it was her birthday wish to stay at a hotel where she could swim and bring a friend along. Luckily is cleared out to have a good amount of swim time on Sunday. If you’re booking to swim, I recommend calling the hotel to see if it’s a busy weekend and booking for weekday instead. Also, there were never towels stocked at the pool so we had to use the towels in our room. Otherwise the hotel was fine and the kids enjoyed it.

The room was filthy, housekeeping brought us a vacuum so and had us clean it ourselves. There was what sounded like a perpetual wrestling match in the room above us. The front desk worker said there was nothing they could do.

Got to the room , the toilet had waste in it from someone else, we flushed it and the water wouldn’t go down, called the front desk and they said someone would be right up, no one ever showed up. We went to the bathroom in the restaurant we went to , and didn’t use the shower either

The room was okay, the furniture was broken. The bureau was duct taped and the drawers would not shut. The room was nice but the broken furniture, not just the bureau, but the stand next to it was broken, dented refrigerator, and the bureau in the bedrooms were all scratched up. For the cost of the room it was a disappointment for sure.

The thermostat was broken. Struggled to maintain a comfortable temp the first night and the second day we left for the day and had set at 65 degrees came back to the room with the thermostat reading 99 and it felt hotter. Asked for help, got sent a man who just said it was broken and he brought us a portable AC unit to help cool the room off… had to shut the heat off. So we couldn’t control the temp in the room the second evening/night. Kinda feel they could have done something like offer us another room or refund us a night for inconvenience. Was told if it becomes “unbearable” to call the front desk back… unfortunately I will not be back. Plenty of the hotels in the area to choose from. The room was nice.

The staff was very helpful and kind but the halls and rugs through were filthy and the halls all smelled like take out food. Breakfast was nice.

There were ants coming out of the bathroom drain and on the bathroom floor. We were on the first floor.

This was our second stay here. The first time was in March of 2020 the week the pandemic was declared so I assumed the shortcomings of the hotel were due to matters out of their own control. We remembered the beds being very comfortable and needed a suite due to our family of 4 (2 toddlers) so we decided to book again due to the fair rates and needing to stay for 4 nights. The staff was incredibly rude. Any time we went to the front to ask for anything, the front desk staff would tell us to wait until someone with a cart came around (there was no one that we saw on the floor at the time which is why we asked) and they were not nice about the way they said it either. One of the days we were there, staff came around to refresh our room and somehow we were left with zero toliet paper. The cleaniless of the room was awful. Their was a gross smell, like stale food/garbage and sewage, in our room and it was especially bad in the bathroom. We bought multiple air fresheners which honestly barely covered the smell. The shower/tub was not clean; you could see mold growing under and around the bath mat so I was not able to give my toddlers a bath while we were there (we still rinsed them off in the shower but this is not ideal for a 1 and 3 year old). The kitchen drawers were disgusting. I ended up taking everything out of the drawers due to my kids being able to open them and everything in the drawer was dirty/sticky. There was a black/mold like substance at the bottom of the drawer.

Upon arrival, we immediately realized the room had not been vacuumed as the rug was covered in animal fur. The room also had a very unpleasant smell. The pool water was cloudy and there were not any towels at the pool. When I called the front desk to ask for more (I was not the only person in need) I was given an attitude and told that the hotel was sold out and they haven’t had many towels to launder. Someone brought 3 towels down which was definitely not enough for the amount of guests at the pool. Back in the hotel room, we pulled out the sofa bed for my children to sleep on and there were not linens for it. I called the front desk to ask for them and was given an attitude again with the same excuse of being sold out so they may not have any. The shower shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were all empty or close to it. We will not be going back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else

The room needed to be thoroughly cleaned

The hotel itself looked pretty good though it was very dark and a little creepy. Parking was not well lit. Our room had visible dirt and grime in the kitchen. The bathroom wasn’t super clean and the pullout couch didn’t have sheets and the mattress cover was dirty. The building was very quiet but wreaked of cigarette and marijuana smoke.

The room was not fully cleaned. I reserved a suite with two queen beds. The room I was given was only a two bed queen and a kitchen. When I asked them about the suite they told me the room was correct. I looked at the website and saw the rooms were still available and they refused to give us the room I reserved.

Good hotel, reasonable price! You can tell the rooms are starting to get a bit aged (sheetrock tape seams showing in areas), but overall a very comfortable stay

The room is spacious and clean. The kitchen was convenient. The bed was comfortable. No complaints and I’d stay here again.

My check in was terrible. The girl working the front desk was not helpful and rude. She gave me the wrong room than what i reserved and told me there was nothing she could do about it.

On first floor, couldn't hear anyone above or next to us. The room was very spacious. Only thing we didn't like, we had a suite room and you had to go into the separate bedroom area to get to the bathroom.

The suite was very spacious, clean, and comfortable! The included breakfast was very good.

The suite had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. The full size dishwasher, cook stove with oven, microwave, and fridge were all great and easy to use. A few more pans for oven cooking would be handy, but were not necessary for us. There was pleanty of room for our 6 person family in this suite.

I booked this hotel Beacuse we needed longer stay for 5 of us.on pictures room has 2 Queen beds in separate room and sofa bed in separate room with tv and kitchen area.kitchem alao looked big on pictures.when we get in room it was nothing like on pictures .it was just regular one room with 2 beds and chair ,no sofa bed and kitchen was so small like in hallway entrance. Room smell so I just turn back to the front and ask them for room that I booked. They said that is what I booked. I told them that is not and asked for my $ back because this was very expensive and I could booked regular room in different hotel for half price but I chooses this one because on pictures was what I wanted. So don’t trust pictures that they have

Stayed there many times, the staff is always top notch and helpful.

I stayed at this location for my college graduation & upon my arrival the two front desk receptionist were not welcoming at all, absolutely no customer service. Check is at 3pm and i arrived at 3:49 & all she said was my room wasnt ready & come back in 20 mins. I gave them 30 mins, still no room so i asked was everything ok & she hesitantly said they were short staff. No apologies or empathy. By 5:05 i finally got room keys to get to my room & see it was downgraded. I didnt even have the energy to debate so i let it be because i didnt have time to wait for another room. Pool times were incorrect. Just not the overall best experience. My key kept deactivating because it was too close to my phone. Never stay here during SNHU graduation weekend.

Be careful of this hotel. I booked on Expedia and choose the "pay at hotel" option. The day I arrived, they told me that they tried to contact me to tell me they gave my room away because they tried to run my card previous to my arrival without my permission and was unsuccessful. I was in towm for my graduation. Fortunately they fixed the error. But be careful of their options. We almost had a serious problem.

Everything was wonderful. We got to the hotel at 3:30 (check in was supposed to be at 3) The staff was so amazing trying to comfort us while waiting. We had 4 adults and 4 kids in our entire party. Our rooms weren't ready until almost 5pm but your staff bought us pizza and we just relaxed in your breakfast area watching tv. The rooms were very clean. This message is most certainly not meant in a negative way. Your staff (I wish I could remember his name) was just so amazing. Chatted with us every time we saw him and asking our or stay is. Great employee's 10 *stars* if you had that :-)

It was hard to get room service and the staff (at the front desk) was a bit unfriendly.

Before our arrival date we notified the property that we would have a dog with us. Nobody informed us that there would be an extra $75 fee for this until check in time. The tv in the bedroom didnt work. The phone didnt work. The toilet paper was low. There was no paper towels. During the night there was a fire in another room and the building was evacuated. After the emergency the firefighters allowed us back in the building. Nobody from the hotel staff checked on us to assure us that all was ok. Someone should have contacted us, as guests, and made sure we were ok after such a traumatic ordeal but nobody did. So, in short, we paid full price plus $75 for a suite that wasnt stocked properly and had faulty equipment. We were evacuated to the parking lot at 3AM and never checked on to make sure we were ok. We could not get ANY restaurants to deliver to our location. This is not how i would treat a guest at my home.

We arrived to breakfast at 9:04, not realizing it ended at 9 and the lady was a little rude. My husband asked if there was any cream cheese for the bagel and she said “breakfast ends at 9 so no, we’ve already put it away”. They were removing spatulas when there was still food in the trays, and then shut the doors. I realize we were late but kitchen staff was not accommodating or pleasant.

Incredibly convenient to Manchester Intl. The staff were friendly, efficient and hard working.The room was well appointed and comfortable. The woman managing the breakfast buffet the morning on 4/22 deserves special recognition despite the regulat person callimg in sick and having to keep the service stocked and organized, despite more than one professional sports team staying at the hotel in addition to the usual crowds. She deserves a medal.

Very conveniently close to the airport and shopping mall. Nice sheet on everything around us.

Quick in & out due to flight changes to next day very early departure. Excellent location for such a last minute issue. Property was clean, well maintained, friendly & helpful staff. A quiet evening with a very early wake up. Would stay here again whenever the need arises.

Great location but it is next to the airport so expect a little airplane noise. I turned on my A/C and slept really well. The staff is nice and breakfast was decent.

Disappointed at the breakfast. Both waffle makers broken but still on the counter. Breakfast didn’t open on time. Worker sat in the lounge drinking her coffee while we stood there at the time it should have opened.

There were renovations that I wasn’t informed about which effected breakfast. When I was expecting a hot fresh breakfast I got disgusted pre packaged baked goods and cereal I get very annoyed. My room also smelled of paint and there were no towels by the pool.

The breakfast had amazing taco options and great sauce. The room was wonderful and we just marked it as a place to use anytime we are in Manchester!

Everything was great about the hotel except the breakfast buffet. There was very limited choices and the waffle maker was only on the weekend. There also were no bagels, muffins, or yogurt on Monday like there had been the previous day. The trash was also overflowing on Sunday so we had to throw some in the hallway trash.

Friendly staff. Shuttle drivers were super nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty sparse on choices and quality. Otherwise all good

Woman at check in was quick and helpful. Unfortunately the elevators smelled aweful and the pool was not well kept. Slimy stairs and puddles of "froth" left my children uninterested in swimming. The free breakfast was a disappointment, only offering waffles on the weekend, and croissants had specks of mold growing. I have stayed at this location multiple times in the past without feeling disappointed, but after this stay, will most likely not return. The actual room was fine and comfortable.

The stay wàs average. The free breakfast was garbage. Water down all juices, food ran out and wasn't replaced in a timely manner. Perhaps not enough staff.
