Nice place to spend a night. Very clean and nice place. Only two (2) minor problems. First exhaust fan is bathroom was trying to work but didn't. Secondly, weeds growing around the pool deck. Other than that nice place with easy parking and nice breakfast at moderate price. Thank you.

The bedroom originally assigned smelled terribly, a mix of smoking and humidity, the second bedroom assigned upon request for a change due to the odor of the 1st bedroom, smelled, less strongly but it had a bad smell also the bathroom shower walls were dirty, pink mold dirty.The elevator carpet was not clean.

I liked the pool and the gym was decent. The lights un the hallways were cracked and broken with various different colored light bulbs of warm or cool. That gave it a junky feeling. Also the garbage was left out by ice machines overnight and not carried out. Made it feel dirty and was stinky. The also would not let me ride the elevator down as they were going up but the arrow on the door of the elevator was lit to go down. The breakfast was not good. Just go to dunkin donuts. I would only stay here for the pool in the summer, otherwise try a different place.

Hotel room/space is good especially the bathroom. The breakfast is modest/ok. I love the hotel quiet environment, and it's noise free if like to work remotely and rest. The hotel elevator and hallways smells like an old building. There is room for improvement: The hotel needs to place elevator sign visible for guests to see (especially for first-time guests). And, the elevator and hallway needs air freshener diffuser for good smell and ambience. I hope this helps!

WE HAD A KING ROOM AND WHEN WE WENT TO GO TO BED, I PULLED THE SHEETS BACK AND THERE WAS HAIR ALL OVER THE FITTED SHEET!! I CALLED DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK AND GOT NO ANSWER SEVERAL TIMES SO I WENT DOWN. THE FRONT DESK WOMAN GAVE ME A SET OF SHEETS TO PUT ON MYSELF AS IT WAS 10:00 PM AND HOUSEKEEPING WAS GONE. MY HUSBAND AND I TRIED TO MAKE THE BED AND THE SHEETS WERE QUEEN SIZE NOT KING!!!! SO BACK DOWN I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK, SHE TOLD ME THEY DID NOT HAVE ANYMORE SHEETS!!! SO WE PUT 2 FLAT QUEENS DOWN O SLEEP ON. THE SHOWER HAD HAIR IN IT SO THAT WAS NOT CLEANED EITHER. THERE WAS DEBRIS BEHIND THE WASTE BASKET AND THE CARPET WAS SO DIRTY AND FULL OF DUST ALL AROUND THE ROOM. IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED!!! I TOLD HER I WAS NOT PAYING FOR MY ROOM AS PEOPLE STAYING AT HOTELS DO NOT MAKE THE BEDS OR CLEAN THEIR ROOM!!! THE FRONT END MANAGER GAVE ME HALF MY MONEY BACK!!! THERE ARE A FEW OTHER THINGS BUT I JUST WANTED TO MAKE A REVIEW AND WARN OTHERS THAT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!!! I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

Room has not been cleaned throughly. Rug was filthy and show how filthy when you walked on rug and then stepped into shower. At least two inches of dust between mini fridge and cubby. Hallway stunk of pot. Microwave covered in food. I would never waste my money on this place again. Worn out and beyond dirty.

We went to a concert in Boston and have businesses in Manchester Sunday. I drank a Red Bull on the drive up and slept soundly straight from midnight to 8am. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the rooms quiet. Normally I'd have a hard time getting to sleep but this hotel great for comfort and silence.

• The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I would stay here again for that alone. • The location is very convenient to the airport, highway, shopping, gas stations, and restaurants, • The bed was very comfortable and the room/bathroom were very clean. • The room itself was very quiet and we heard very little outside noise. • The A/C unit was a little noisy when stopping and starting, but cooled the room well. It was a quick overnight stay before we caught a very early morning flight, so we weren’t able to try the breakfast. I’m sure, based on the staff we interacted with, that it would have been good as well. We would stay here again in the future.

The staff at night was awful, the room we stayed in was disgusting. When we went down to the front desk to ask for a different room because of the room cleanliness. The staff member at the front desk gave us a can of disinfectant spray and told us to spray the room ourselves.

I didn't like that some of the clerks at the desk were a little rude. Plus, I called the hotel prior to booking my stay because I needed to check in early if possible, they told me I could but when I got there, there were not rooms available. I fortunately got a room a little later after my arrival. It was an unpleasant experience.

The first room we were given they hadn’t finished cleaning so we requested a different room which they immediately did. Staff apologized for mixup. Second room was clean. Breakfast for the most part was good but the oatmeal was cold.
