Free parking right along the street, very easy to get in and out of the building. Great location (<10 mins walk from the capital). Apartment was very clean and tidy, also provided bathroom toiletries. Would stay again!

The faculty and room are absolutely gorgeous. I also like that the check in is all online and you don’t have to actually deal with a front desk person. My only complaint is the parking situation. If the garage is all reserved, you have to park off site a few blocks away. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest and I was traveling with a child.

I understood there was no front desk at this hotel when I booked. This means everything is handled via website and chat. Not a huge deal but a bit annoying. Chose parking option 2-3 times while doing the booking/identity check. Showed up and had to use chat because I had no parking code. Tried three codes before one worked. The parking has a code, front door has a code, and the room has a code. I mean 3x 4 digit pins is a little annoying to remember. No signs anywhere saying where the gym was. I had to message again to ask. It’s at the far end of the LL parking garage completely hidden from view. Overall place was fine. Guest experience definitely lacking though. At least put some signs up if there is no person on site to help guests.

I'm not sure where all the high ratings are coming from other than the fact that this property is almost brand new. It's also not a hotel. There is no front desk staff. It's all virtual. Check in was unpleasant. I never received the email with the access codes to the building. I found a phone number to call and was connected with someone overseas. Eventually, we were able to get into the building and our room. The walls and floor/ceiling of the hotel are extremely thin and offer no noise insulation. I could hear every little thing all night long. The coffee maker in the lobby is also a pain to use. The neighborhood is quite unsavory as well.

The location is good. Within 20 minutes walking you can find coffee, varying restaurants and the Capital square. Beautiful residential neighborhood. The interior and outdoor lounge area is quaint and welcoming. Road parking is available but very limited at varying times. I’d suggest purchasing a parking space. Loved my room. The apartment structure of the room was efficient and comfortable. Kitchenette well stocked, washer and dryer and a separate bedroom area. Truly enjoyed staying here!

Decided to try out this newest option in Madison. I was blown away by the spacious unit, thoughtful design and easy access getting to my unit with no front desk. The beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Madison!

The interior was beautiful, with modern furnishings, a full kitchen, comete with dishwasher for the included kitchenwares, and a washer and dryer for laundry. Would recommend if you need a place to stay for a few days. My one concern for the place is that from a brief talk in the hall with another customer having trouble accessing their room, I was able to deduce that every room in the building uses the same code for entry as the front door. That worries me a little, as anyone that can gain access to that code essentially has a master key. Literally every guest has a master key. Luckily, there are security cameras on the premises to ensure that any shenanigans won't go unnoticed.

Very nice property. Check-in was easy and the underground parking was convenient. We rented a 2 bedroom that was plenty of space for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the unit was spotless. The area was very quiet but only a few blocks from the square and East Wash. I'll definitely be back.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Dylin! It’s tucked away in a quiet area, which made for a restful night’s sleep, yet still close enough to easily walk to everything Madison has to offer. Had to unexpectedly stay here for 2 weeks while my mom had medical emergency and was admitted to hospital. Stayed in 3 different room types and all were so clean and well kept up. Most importantly, the customer service was best I’ve ever had at a hotel which is even more impressive considering there isn’t the traditional lobby/desk staff. They respond 24/7 over text and were so accommodating given my mom’s medical emergency. Would 100% stay there again or any of their properties across the nation. Can’t thank them enough!

The check in process is a bit silly. Have to fill out a form (they give you only 24 hours to do it so if you miss it, you miss it), you need to upload your drivers license and a credit card and wait. You will not get the access code until 1/2 hour before check in. Parking is not fun. If you don't enjoy technology, I would not book this place.

This isn’t a hotel. There is no one onsite and the phone number listed on their website doesn’t work. We couldn’t get into our rooms when we arrived and because we could only communicate by text or email, it took a long time to get the issue resolved. We were late to an event because of it. The rooms are very nice but I don’t know if I would stay there again.

Room was amazing and super clean. Lots of timely emails with communication on what to do when. Perfect walking distance to area interests. Little far for UW-Wisco campus but uber is very reasonable. Parking option was a huge bonus. We visited the capitol, campus, breese field concert, shopping area, and farmers market all within a couple days and walking/transportation was a breeze. Will stay again!!!

The price was very reasonable during the week for the downtown location. The building is fairly new you couldn’t tell it was in the neighborhood that it was a “aparthotel”. It is in the quiet neighborhood and is walkable to the Capitol square where there are a selection of restaurants to eat from. We stayed in the studio suite, which provided sufficient amenities, including washer/dryer in the unit. We would come back here again.

This property is the biggest scam for a hotel that I've seen in forever. Located in unsavory unsafe neighborhood where you get your choice of street parking or parking in a structure a thousand miles away because the parking that they have on site is not for the people that rent the hotel space. Secondly the amount of unhoused people walking around and the men smoking pot right in front of the hotel along with the mattresses on the sidewalk and busted out dressers just add to the ambiance of downtroddenness. The lack of customer service and the fact that you have to communicate through text with an 8-year-old cyberbully on the other end who will apologize for all the shortcomings of the hotel but not compensate you correctly or anything else or admit that they have deceived the crap out of you. If you want to stay somewhere where you will be inconvenienced, feel unsafe and just unhappy altogether please book this property because when it comes to living dangerously on the edge I think that was the idea that they had when they decided to call it a hotel instead of a hostel.

Great stay at this hotel. No front desk just FYI but it’s beautiful and easy to get in the lobby and to the rooms very accessible. Just read the directions. Well appointed room very cozy. Everything was brand new and clean. Every necessity was included (dishes, cookware, towels, teapot, sound machine, full size fridge/ freezer/ icemaker , stove, gourmet coffee/tea, washer/dryer) Keyless entry was great. Walking distance to local event venues. Everything was so awesome it seems super nit-picky to say the fridges icemaker made a lot of noise. But thats my only complaint. Also, plan your checkin for Before you plan to arrive. The wont text you the entry code until Exactly the time of your reservation.
